28/06/2025: Nice hotel. I stayed in the original building. So I did not know about the other building until the last day which had the jacuzzi on the roof. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Very nice staff, I highly recommend this location for a visit for either work or holiday.

14/05/2025: Beautifully restored building with high-tec digital features in the hotel rooms (esp. lighting). Unfortunately. I couldn't get the TV to work - I pressed literally every single button on the remote control, same with the heating; but then again I never called the front desk, so it's not really their fault. But the unit seemed only to provide cooling. When I was there, the spa was not available neither was the roof deck, but the staff are kind & attentive and the details to design are beautiful.

10/08/2025: Siamo arrivati per primi , abbiamo preso degli antipasti e una pizza a testq, gli antipasti erano ok ma al momento dell’assaggio della pizza ho ritrovato questo sapore amaro che mi ha fatto scoprire che la pizza era completamente bruciata, l’ho fatto presente ad una dipendente che mi ha subito fatto rifare la pizza ed era visibilmente mortificata ; questo perché non è colpa dei camerieri ma di chi li ha fatto servire una pizza carbonizzata. Dopo la pizza abbiamo ordinato un gelato che ci è stato servito con i piatti delle pizze ancora sul tavolo. Davanti a noi 4 ragazzi si sono alzati e sono andata via perché erano 50 minuti che erano seduti e ancora nessuno aveva preso le ordinazioni. Vorrei comunque dire che non è colpa dei ragazzi che lavorano lì ma dell’organizzazione che c’è dietro a loro.

30/07/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena, posto incantevole, cibo ottimo . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico soprattutto due camerieri che hanno servito il nostro tavolo, Antonio e Davide. Grazie per la bella serata, torneremo sicuramente!!!

Every bite is a real pleasure, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in the preparation. A truly positive experience that I recommend to all toast lovers, and not only!

10/09/2025: A wonderful discovery..... A wonderful family evening. We celebrated a birthday. What can I say, everything was good, in fact excellent.... Starting with the appetizers, a delight. The pizza was excellent, the drinks were cold and brought to the table on time. Not to mention the hot and tasty side dishes. Chips, croquettes and everything else... Delicious desserts.... New and beautiful outdoor setting, very kind staff.... See you soon

06/09/2025: We've been going to this place for years and enjoy their famous pizzas at home too, but last night we went to the outdoor seating. I repeat, nothing to complain about the food, but the service was way too slow. There's only one manager taking orders, Mr. Antonio, a spectacular person, precise and very friendly, but he can't manage a place that can hold over 100 people alone, so for us the only thing they need to fix is ​​the order service. Last night we ordered at 9:00 PM and ate at 10:45 PM. With kids, it's really difficult to manage the hunger situation🤣.

16/07/2025: Recommended by our friends, when we tried the pan pizza made at Charlie's Way, we were amazed to rediscover forgotten flavors. Unavailable anywhere else, at least in the city. They use high-quality ingredients even in their fried foods. I recommend the parmigiana pan pizza... bliss!

27/08/2025: We arrived last night for a dinner for 8 people at 9:15 PM. We asked to order after a good 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, so we ordered fries as an appetizer and then the pizzas. The fries arrived after almost 20 minutes, and the pizzas arrived at 10:58 PM! (From 9:15 PM, which was the reservation time). Furthermore, we asked two different waitresses twice to tell us how our pizzas were, and no one ever answered. Did they really ask? I didn't like the pizza, though. For a Margherita with fries, you could only taste the extra virgin olive oil, not the Margherita or the fries. Finally, only three of us who paid by card were issued a receipt; everyone else was paid, and we were left with just the management receipt (not the receipt). For a €17 dinner and a two-hour wait, I'm not entirely satisfied. The only thing that was nice was the location.

11/10/2025: Can I understand why they set opening hours? I arrived at 7:30 PM and was told to come back at 8 PM because the place was still closed. I returned at 8 PM and, besides the fact that there were already people sitting and eating, I asked if I could eat, and the annoyed waiter told me that without a reservation it would be difficult to find a table. I don't understand.

01/06/2025: We stopped because we saw Carlo (the parrot) and then we were welcomed in a special way by Renato and Romina!! It was supposed to be just an aperitif...and it turned into a super lunch!! Very abundant!! We tasted a bit of everything and it was all fresh and made with love!! A good glass of rosé wine 'il patto' is recommended!!

08/10/2025: If you like fish and seafood, then this restaurant is for you! The chef, who is very friendly btw, seems passionate by his products. Everything was fresh and good, they also have a wide range of interesting red wines. Our best meal in Taranto, without a doubt.

26/09/2025: Maybe we got the day wrong, but it's clear that the service staff today is out of line. Recommended by friends and aware of their previous management, I took the liberty of bringing my wife and 20-month-old daughter for lunch. We've waited over 45 minutes and still don't know if we'll be served... the little girl is getting nervous, and nothing helped in saying that if they didn't serve us, we'd leave... crazy stuff. I can't comment on the food yet... it's 1:41 PM and we've been here for an hour. There were only four tables occupied when we arrived... if I have time, I'll reserve the right to rate the quality of today's food in another review. But surely our paths won't cross again by my will. I'm very sorry, but at 1:43 PM an awful pizza arrived...

06/05/2025: Portate di alto livello scelta di materie prime di alta qualità. Complimenti allo Chef nonché proprietario Carlo. Ottima la pizza impasto napoletano alta digeribilità pomodoro fresco come in poche pizzerie. Ottima esperienza di sapori e gusto. Ottimo servizio cura del cliente minimale. Esperienza da rifare assolutamente!

20/08/2025: Every summer night I go out and visit different places, and of all the ones I visit, this is definitely the best. Every day I come in here, I feel at home, like I'm part of the family. I've tried many things here, and I have to say they're all really delicious. I usually order a crepe with Smarties, as it's my favorite and the best I've ever had, so I order it often. Recently, I've also tried many different croissants, and they're fantastic (I especially recommend the Pan di Stelle and Kinder Bueno ones, both spectacular), paired with a delicious cappuccino at a fair price for what I order. I've also tried many other things, yogurt, gelato, and milkshakes, and I've never regretted them. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always available. I recommend everyone to visit and get something to eat or drink because it's absolutely worth it. ❤️

29/08/2025: It's a bar, but in the evening it turns into a sandwich shop. The sandwiches are good. We're in Crispiano, so I recommend the meat ones. The missing star is for the burger; it was perhaps overcooked and dry, and the service was a bit slow to take the order, but the sandwiches arrived promptly. The price is a bit high, but it's worth a try.
