26/06/2025: English: We had dinner at this place on a Monday night and to our surprise there were a lot of people, both in the internal room and at the tables outside. The courtesy, professionalism and kindness of the waitress and all the staff was something truly pleasant, added value of those who know how to be in business (and these days it is not a given). I ordered French fries, a white pizza topped with fiordilatte, smoked provola, fresh sausage and speck; my partner instead a fried calzone (which I had to finish because it was really big). Everything was really good, especially the pizza, as they have a wood-fired oven. The bill was very adequate for the quality of the product. Finally, when paying the bill, the owner was really honest as he told me that the calzone had no additions, therefore he discounted me by €2. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a good pizza, but also a variety of appetizers. We will definitely be back.

03/09/2025: At Core in Taranto, I tasted simply exquisite gratinated mussels, among the best I've ever had. The seafood first course was superb, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. Making the experience even more enjoyable was Michele's kindness and professionalism, always attentive and friendly. A restaurant truly worth trying again and again!

19/08/2025: Good food...but I encountered some problems!!! Working in the kitchen, I noticed some problems that arose when we went to dinner (there were three of us). I believe there are problems in the kitchen, and I'll explain why (N.B. My criticism is intended as constructive, NOT defeatist). We ordered appetizers twice...the first ones served were OBVIOUSLY reheated, but the second ones were excellent because they were definitely made on the spot. Two plates of orecchiette, basically good, but the pasta was overcooked. My wife ordered (with us, NOT AFTERWARDS) a meat dish, which was served precisely an hour later. I also noticed other tables having the same "wait" problem. I hope it was a temporary issue, because it's a shame for a very nice place, and the quality/price ratio is also acceptable. COME ON...GOOD LUCK

17/08/2025: This the best restaurant i have ever been. We can’t speak ltalian , but the owner still treat us very well. She show patience and passion of food to us . The pizza crust, the ingredients on top and the overall taste are all amazing .Their pizzas are the most delicious pizzas i have ever ate(È molto delizioso!)(The owner taught me how to pronounce this word) The waiters and waitress are all nice and professional.The whole restaurant is clean and bright.This restaurant already is the reason that i will visit grottaglie again! 02/07/2025: Excellent pizza, exceptional dough, comfortable environment, in summer it is very pleasant to dine on the terrace. Very polite staff, very attentive to the needs of customers. COMPLIMENTS TO ALL THE STAFF... BUONOMO family.

11/05/2025: No more food of dubious quality..exaggerated prices based on the portions..we ordered sweet chips..they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic fries which were also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use for breakfast at home. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a good 8 euros..Fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated..just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a hamburger 250 g.. I received a classic sandwich with hamburger lettuce cooked very badly in my opinion, already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a very poor quality brioche bun (the sandwich is not mentioned on the menu!!) paid 15 euros.. non-litre cream water paid 3; euros.. a friend of mine then ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza arrived, apologizing, they changed it and returned after 1 minute counted with the same modified pizza cold.. just like my other friend ordered mixed roast which arrived cold in cold lava stone which they only use for embellishment.. they deduct the mixed roast from the bill apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros luckily we didn't pay for the roast otherwise how much would the bill have been? over 200 for having eaten two cold chips.. wrong cold pizza and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu.. of terrible quality.. the only thing decent perhaps and the Raffo beer they say is on tap.. never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euro cover charge each to have a table without a tablecloth!!!

28/06/2025: Nice hotel. I stayed in the original building. So I did not know about the other building until the last day which had the jacuzzi on the roof. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Very nice staff, I highly recommend this location for a visit for either work or holiday.

14/05/2025: Beautifully restored building with high-tec digital features in the hotel rooms (esp. lighting). Unfortunately. I couldn't get the TV to work - I pressed literally every single button on the remote control, same with the heating; but then again I never called the front desk, so it's not really their fault. But the unit seemed only to provide cooling. When I was there, the spa was not available neither was the roof deck, but the staff are kind & attentive and the details to design are beautiful.

29/08/2025: Overall, I really liked the wagon wheel dough. But the spicy sausage on the pizza wasn't good, so I wasn't sold on it. Fast service. The place is okay, but the bathroom isn't.

05/07/2025: We stayed a week at the bluebay. Magnificent location, in front of the rooms there is a magnificent cove with rocks and there is a pier where you can access the sea .. you have to be careful walking on some rocks before entering this beautiful natural pool. The room that was assigned to us is about 25 meters and is the Mimosa with a huge terrace with sea view ... from there we admired the sunset .. very romantic. Inside the room there is a fridge with a small freezer. The first day we had a problem with the room, I spoke to Daniela who immediately complied to manage the situation in the best way and to resolve it, I thank her so much, with good manners and by talking about it everything is always resolved. We had breakfast included (Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 9.30 / Saturday and Sunday 8.00 to 9.30) and it is with homemade cakes, croissants, fruit, cold cuts, juices and coffee prepared on the spot by the dining room staff. We also used the two swimming pools inside the resort. It is also possible to have dinner in the structure, we never did it because in the evening we went to visit the various towns. In the evening around 10.30pm we always went to the bar in the garden since it is open until late and there are some guys who are very good at making cocktails!!! The girls at reception and in the breakfast room were all really kind, in particular Daniela and Doriana who were the ones we had the most contact with.

24/06/2025: We chose Bluebay to host our wedding guests, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is simply enchanting: waking up with a view of the sea and enjoying the sea breeze was an experience that made the stay even more special. The pool provided moments of relaxation and conviviality to all the guests. The rooms and apartments were spacious, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. I must especially thank Doriana who took care of the entire organization impeccably. The abundant breakfast full of fresh products won everyone over, with special mentions for the croissants, homemade cakes and fresh fruit. On such an important occasion for us, knowing that our loved ones were welcomed in such a welcoming, elegant and well-organized environment really made the difference. We recommend this hotel with all our heart to those looking for a relaxing but refined location, perfect for both a special event and a regenerating vacation.

10/09/2025: A wonderful discovery..... A wonderful family evening. We celebrated a birthday. What can I say, everything was good, in fact excellent.... Starting with the appetizers, a delight. The pizza was excellent, the drinks were cold and brought to the table on time. Not to mention the hot and tasty side dishes. Chips, croquettes and everything else... Delicious desserts.... New and beautiful outdoor setting, very kind staff.... See you soon

06/09/2025: We've been going to this place for years and enjoy their famous pizzas at home too, but last night we went to the outdoor seating. I repeat, nothing to complain about the food, but the service was way too slow. There's only one manager taking orders, Mr. Antonio, a spectacular person, precise and very friendly, but he can't manage a place that can hold over 100 people alone, so for us the only thing they need to fix is ​​the order service. Last night we ordered at 9:00 PM and ate at 10:45 PM. With kids, it's really difficult to manage the hunger situation🤣.

29/08/2025: It's a bar, but in the evening it turns into a sandwich shop. The sandwiches are good. We're in Crispiano, so I recommend the meat ones. The missing star is for the burger; it was perhaps overcooked and dry, and the service was a bit slow to take the order, but the sandwiches arrived promptly. The price is a bit high, but it's worth a try.
