12/07/2025: The best restaurant in Savelletri. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. I highly recommend it. We ate dinner there every day while on vacation. There was a wide variety to choose from.

12/07/2025: The restaurant is run by a very welcoming family. The service is very friendly, and the food is truly good and simple. The location is a bit too simple, but clean, which doesn't reflect the restaurant's quality. The sea bass au gratin is one of the best I've ever eaten. It's a typical local restaurant without too many frills, with average prices. We'll be back.

10/07/2025: A small but fine fish restaurant with excellent cuisine. Everything was delicious. It was mostly frequented by locals. The service was prompt and friendly. Reservations are essential.

18/06/2025: Friday night, fortunately not a very crowded place. Decent appetizers. We ask for a catch of the day for two people. The cooking method is not specified (also our fault for not having asked) which we later discover is in sea water (only after complaining about the excessive saltiness). The level of saltiness exceeded the tolerable level, declared to the waiter who answers us angrily saying that it is normal for it to be salty. We insist explaining that yes it is normal for it to be, but not to those levels. The waiter offers us alternatives and we choose a grilled swordfish that was a bit overcooked. On the bill we find both the very salty sea bass, of which we ate just the little piece that ruined our palate, and the swordfish (which in any other restaurant they would have offered). There is definitely room for improvement

03/06/2025: Friendly staff available for any need, from requesting dishes off the menu, to feeling at ease. We had a super creamy and tasty spaghetti with mussels 😍😍 I would go back.

25/05/2025: Sono stato in Puglia tantissime volte, ma MAI ho mangiato così bene! La qualità del cibo è eccellente, tanto quanto l’abbondanza delle porzioni, la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Sia il signore elegante ed educato che il resto del personale trasmettono la passione per quello che fanno, e la consapevolezza che offrono cibo di altissima qualità, preparato e servito col cuore. Si meritano 10 stelle!

25/04/2025: Location accogliente, camerieri molto gentili, competenti ,il proprietario molto cordiale, ottima la carne, porzione oltre le aspettative. Consigliato oltre che per la qualità anche per il prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente

15/06/2025: Locale all'aperto con personale veloce e gentile. Si può godere della vista del mare a pochi metri dai tavoli. Sfiziose le bombette. Sono involtini di capocollo tra i 3 e i 5 cm. da mangiare in un sol boccone. Buonissime. Il pane viene servito caldo. Abbiamo preso anche del carpaccio veramente ottimo.

08/05/2025: Direi che essendo praticamente l’unico a fare la carne arrostita a Savelletri, detiene un primate più per esclusività che per merito. Detto questo carne buonissima, “gnumaredd” eccezionali e bombette squisite. Nonostante Maggio la ressa della gente di domenica sera era davvero tanta, ma hanno fatto di tutto per rispettare i tempi dell’asporto concordato, tardando solo di un quarto d’ora. Conto nella media per il posto

19/05/2025: Trimalchione is a historic place in Fasano and it never ceases to be a pleasant surprise. Everything, from appetizers to desserts, is worth trying. Angelica is a strict and precise sheriff, as a very popular place surely requires, but she hides a tender heart, which she shows only to those who know how to ask. The staff, especially Giuseppe, also make the place welcoming and familiar. Thank you, it is always a pleasure to come back and visit you!

09/04/2025: We went to Pizzeria Trimalchione without a reservation and, despite this, we immediately found a table – definitely a plus. The service was excellent: the waiter was extremely kind and helpful, recommended several dishes from the menu and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food arrived very quickly, even though the place was quite full. Most of the dishes were very delicious and well prepared. The desserts in particular were simply divine! The only comment I can make concerns the pizza - personally I found it a bit bland, but obviously it's a question of taste. Overall though, the place is definitely worth a visit – nice atmosphere, great service and quality cuisine. I would happily stay here again!

06/05/2025: I was staying in Laureto with friends in the villa and we decided to have a roast meat dinner. But no one wanted to commit to the barbecue, so we decided to order sausage, bombette and chicken wings, all roasted from this butcher-brace shop. Everything OK; from punctuality in delivery, to the quality of the meat. To collect the roast three minutes by car.

11/03/2025: Strong point open as a grill only on Fridays and Saturdays small place with open grill so the meat is cooked to perfection and is also good the potatoes are excellent Spartan local but the quality is good the only flaw is the beers, in my opinion of course, poor quality! As far as I'm concerned, if there was more choice of beers the stars would be 5

30/05/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel; it's ideally located for exploring the Puglia region. Impeccably clean and very well-equipped, the rooms are very pleasant, and the view from the pool is simply magnificent! The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious local produce. Finally, the manager and his staff are very friendly, pleasant, and offer excellent advice. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

07/04/2025: Accueil très agréable. Nous avions commandé du vin et on nous a très gentiment offert des bombettes pour patienter en attendant nos pizzas. Pizzas excellentes à un prix très raisonnable.

08/06/2025: La grande quercia non delude mai, locale organizzato e basta vedere i tre frigoriferi pieni di bevande che basteranno per tutta la serata agli avventori. In otto ci siamo seduti per una classica pizza del sabato sera, ma alla vista delle loro famose polpettine di pane e dei moscardini fritti non abbiamo resistito. Inutile dire che le polpettine erano come sempre tipo ciliegie, una tira l’altra e i moscardini veramente buoni, paradossalmente ottimo pesce per un posto in collina. Pizza come sempre ottima, impasto alveolato il giusto e ingredienti di qualità. Due amici hanno preso cavatelli ai frutti di mare risultati spettacolari. Il cameriere, tutto il personale gentilissimo, ha sbagliato una pizza che nel giro di 3 e dico tre minuti ci è stata riportata. Andateci, una certezza sulla Selva di Fasano.

10/05/2025: Un peu déçue. Les avis étaient si positifs et à proximité de notre hébergement, que nous y sommes allés. Ce ne sont pas les meilleurs plats italiens que nous avons mangés. Les produits étaient de qualité, mais manque d’assaisonnement. Le serveur qui parle français est très sympa, les autres beaucoup moins. Repas très expéditif. Sinon fini la dernière bouchée qu’on enchaînait la suite. Dommage pourtant beaucoup de locaux donc signe que c’est une bonne adresse … on pensait retrouver la bonne cuisine de la nonna, surtout loin des restos touristiques, ce ne fut pas le cas.
