A sincere thank you to all the staff for the splendid experience they created with our 25th anniversary dinner on September 7, 2025, with a table set for 25 people, all of whom were completely satisfied at the end of the evening. That greenery conveys an incredible peace, and the healthy, authentic food made me decide to celebrate my 40th birthday there... it was beautiful, my guests were satisfied and entertained, and the staff was present but discreet. The food, crafted with ingredients cultivated in the masseria’s gardens, was both delicate and deeply flavourful. An elegant setting, a magical atmosphere, and exquisite dishes. And beyond the beauty of the place and the flavors of the table, it was the people who made it truly unforgettable—the staff perfectly matched the refined spirit of the masseria.

22/10/2025: High-quality (and quantity) rotisserie. The panzerotto (or calzone, if you prefer) is delicious, fried well, as are the frittini and fries. Must try!

14/10/2025: We had a lovely, fun evening. The hot panzerotti and mini cold pucce combo was very nice. You're spoiled for choice. The panzerotti dough is soft and fantastic, Bari-style (because in Brindisi, fried food is crispier), and since they're small, you'd eat them over and over again. Personally, I would have used less mayonnaise only in the cold pucce. If you agree with me, let the service staff know in advance, as they're attentive and excellent. The dinner couldn't have ended better: the artisanal gelato they make... fantastic, as are the almond paste pastries and the soft almond brittle... unique things you'll find here... unfortunately, caught up in the company and my hunger, I forgot to take photos of the panzerotti and pucce; I only took pictures of the gelato and the pastries... a good excuse to come back ;-)

12/11/2025: Extremely unpleasant staff and even worse owner, we definitely won't be back! I don't feel like adding anything else.

24/08/2025: The restaurant is very nice. I loved the calamari. Try the octopus. The appetizers that come with the starter are delicious.

07/08/2025: Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was truly subpar. I ordered cold tomato and raw scampi soup, which was a gazpacho with just cucumber and one scampi (which was also hard to find). Then there were packets of fish of the day—perhaps the Findus fish fingers were the fish of the day!

11/11/2025: I treated my parents to a dinner, and the experience was flawless in every way. The linguine allo scoglio was extraordinary, probably among the best I've ever had in Puglia. The warm bread, the excellent quality meat, and the perfectly cooked potatoes completed a memorable meal. The service was attentive, professional, and impeccable. A top-notch gastronomic experience, combining high-end local cuisine and refined hospitality.

10/09/2025: We arrived at around 1:15 p.m. and left at 3 p.m. for only a few pieces of filled bread and tasteless pasta. Already, a 15-minute wait for the menus when there were only 2 tables available... The "bruchetta" are only 2 pieces of toasted bread, well filled however and quite good. But the main course, pasta with shrimp and "ceps", in addition to the wait time (40 minutes) and the ridiculous quantity on the plate, was simply not good. Flabby mushrooms, large hard and grainy pasta, and 4 poor shrimps fighting a duel. With that, a fish of barely 150-200g billed at 300g, with the vegetables of the day at 4€: soggy spinach shoots. All this for over €100 in total Not to mention the waitress who seemed delighted to be there... In short, if you want to be disappointed, go for it.

04/10/2025: A must-visit. You might not expect anything special from a "mini market," but that's completely wrong here. The market is part of a cheese factory; you can get the freshest mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, smoked cheese, etc., as well as some air-dried hams and salamis by the gram from the counter, as well as a few loaves of bread. You can also get delicious paninis made with fresh produce at fair prices. They also offer a few simple hot dishes and focaccia. In the mini market, you can find almost everything you could possibly need. Our vacation apartment was right near the store, so we picked up fresh mozzarella, etc., almost every day. We were served by a friendly, English-speaking young man.

The counter is truly stunning, brimming with the freshest produce: dairy products prepared daily, quality cured meats, fresh vegetables, and ready-made meals perfect for a lunch to take to the beach. The staff is incredibly kind, efficient, and fast, even during peak hours. Fair prices and excellent quality. Highly recommended!
