20/02/2025: Pranzo con amici. Servizio attento e disponibile. Abbiamo optato per due menù degustazione. Tutto molto buono con ottime presentazioni nel piatto . Materia prima eccellente. Buona carta dei vini. Prezzo medio alto che rispecchia il lavoro e la qualità della materia prima .

19/02/2025: La cena era il regalo di compleanno per il mio fidanzato. Il locale ha una atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. La cena è stata a dir poco strepitosa. Inaspettatamente abbiamo cenato nel primo giorno in cui lo chef proponeva il nuovo menù. Tutto fantastico, nei piatti tutti i sapori erano ben bilanciati e tutti ben evidenti. Servizio fantastico sia da parte della cameriera che da parte dello chef che ha saputo ben consigliare drink e amaro finale. Cinghiale in salsa indiana e gelato al cocco super consigliato 🤩. Bellissimo e molto gradito il pensiero del palloncino con scritto tanti auguri e del candelotto per il compleanno.

Dall' accoglienza, al locale, alle materie prime tutto merita assolutamente di essere provato. Consigliatissima la degustazione di antipasti e molto buoni i primi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

25/02/2025: We went a few weeks ago, we had some appetizers and a shank with ash potatoes. Each course was well prepared especially for the combination of flavors and colors. Very nice desserts. Genuine food, unbeatable desserts

05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

14/10/2024: Coming back every time with different choices, it never disappoints the palate, from pucce, to normal and special pizzas, and giant ones. Tastes for all types. Excellent food, service and staff.

03/02/2025: The courtyard is a small trattoria that focuses heavily on the quality of the products and the offering of traditional flavors with an eye to modernity. Although the level is higher than that of a grandmother's kitchen-type trattoria, in some of the dishes we tried the impression was that something was missing to center the flavors that really left their mark. The starters were very good and the chicken really well done, but the ciciri e tria, although good, was a little flat. The place could be made warmer and more welcoming and this would also make the prices better accepted which, although not exaggerated, are above the average for the area. A little more "courage" in trying stronger combinations and flavours, given that they know how to work really well in the kitchen, could allow for a leap in quality

16/01/2025: Seit Jahren wird dieses Restaurant kompetent und fleißig von der stets präsenten Chefin geführt. Man erlebt ein motiviertes, fröhliches Team - daraus resultierend eine gute Stimmung, eine warme und professionelle Gastlichkeit, sehr gut zubereitete Speisen, sehr frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, neben einer guten Auswahl an lokalen Weinen auch einen anständigen Hauswein - und das alles bei großzügigen Öffnungszeiten und noch vernünftigen Preisen! Hoffentlich bleibt alles so...

06/01/2025: A visit in this restaurant was a great pleasure. Very nice and atmospheric garden between the tenements. Tasty olives served as antipasti. We ordered papardelle with mushrooms (honestly the best that we've ever eaten) and pasta with shrimps (very delicious). The staff was very nice and the prices were low. We highly recommend.

30/12/2024: A simple and welcoming place, the pizza is sensational and you can also choose various types of dough. I took the one without yeast which was recommended to me by the staff and it was excellent as was everything else we ate but the thing that left us pleasantly satisfied was the service was fast and extremely courteous, our table was attended by a pretty girl with glasses whose name we don't know but who certainly left us with a memory that will make us return the next time we come to Fasano, in short highly recommended!

02/11/2024: Impeccable food, service and cocktails. In particular in big Jack... jack sparrow, as head nurse he entertains every customer in an elegant and friendly way The large, very fresh raw meat is really very good, worth the price

02/01/2025: penultimo giorno dell'anno, abbiamo pranzato in questo piccolo locale che ha come prerogativa la cucina espressa di mare: un solo primo, quello del giorno poi il pescato e la pescheria segnano in menù. Ottimo fin qui tutto ok , posti a sedere meno di 20 tra dentro e fuori, cucina a vista ma una sola persona ed un aiuto non possono bastare per 8/10 commensali senza che nessuno sia espressamente dedicato ai clienti nel servire ( vabbè siamo arrivati all'apertura) ma tre quattro tavoli iniziano ad essere impegnativi ed attendere 49 minuti un piatto di crudo scampetti e gamberi rossi (sostituiti con mazzancolle ) è un pò troppo. Per il resto buone idee, piatti adeguati al tipo di cucina che predilige e mette al primo posto la materia prima. Conto buono ( salvo la sostituzione gambero rosso mazzancolqa non considerata) piccolo consiglio: non fatevi dare il posto vicino alla porta della toilette la vostra schiena sfiora la porta ogni volta che un commensale ci si reca.

04/12/2024: I chose the Canne Bianche facility to celebrate my daughter's baptism. We found fantastic staff to welcome us.. Ottavio and Patrizia gave us the right advice and organized everything down to the smallest details and with maximum precision and attention. We had a great lunch, all our guests were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to go there, because you will certainly be happy.. I thank Ottavio, Patrizia and all the staff once again for their seriousness and availability.

01/11/2024: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes im Canne Bianche haben wir nahezu jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist und jeden Besuch ausnahmslos genossen. Die Qualität der Produkte und deren Zubereitung erreichen gelegentlich schon Sterneniveau nach dem Guide Michelin. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die frischen Fische (catch of the day). Aber auch eine Pizza mit Zucchiniblüten und Büffelmozzarella ist sehr lecker. Dazu trinkt man am besten die wunderbaren Weißweine der Region, die lecker und gästefreundlich kalkuliert sind. Wer Lust hat, kann natürlich auch einen Tignanello bestellen. Der sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Service rundet den tollen Gesamteindruck ab.

03/12/2024: A nice sax themed evening! A lively and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the sounds of the all-female duo Sole, sax and voice. Very good and close-knit with a vast repertoire of covers that ranged across various musical genres. Despite some showers of rain, the desire to share some time in company while sipping beer or spritz, listening to good music prevailed !

29/01/2025: Il mio cane è molto carino anche un mare esterno sotto i portici. Lo abbiamo scoperto per caso e devo dire che sono stati davvero bene. Servono alla pizza a pranzo , c'è una bella atmosfera ed il personale molto cortese.

23/01/2025: We were a large group for dinner. The pizza was good, but nothing exceptional, thin. As an appetizer we took some bread meatballs, which only tasted like they were fried. The pizzas arrived one at a time, in fact when the last pizza arrived the person who had received it first had already digested it.
