Charming location, very warm and welcoming staff, very friendly and accomodating gentleman helped us get a taxi back to our hotel after our app failed us. Talked to us while we waited, and although we considerably delaying him closing up, he remained incredibly gracious, and even helped us find the taxi as it arrived at the end of the street. These are the people that restore your faith in humanity. Thank you for your kindness, and for a wonderful evening. Grazie mille!

03/07/2025: A pleasant surprise The choice of the place was random, we were attracted by the particularity of the place that intrigued us. Very good and high quality food, kind and attentive staff who made us feel at home; very beautiful and well-kept place. Interesting solutions also for celiacs. Bill in line with the quality of the products. They also gave us some cantucci of their production and we said goodbye with a smile and an invitation from them to come back and visit them. The service was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. It's a shame we're so far away; if we were closer, this would be a restaurant we'd happily return to often. 21/07/2025: Il Fagiano remains one of the few beautiful, classy places, with consistently refined yet unfussy cuisine. Ideal whether you want to enjoy an excellent lunch/dinner or plan a reception, its legendary dishes haven't changed much over time; they've evolved and improved, but they're still a guarantee of excellence! My only regret is the retirement of their legendary pastry chef! (Not that the desserts aren't delicious anymore, but...the legendary Angelo....) I recommend everyone to experience Il Fagiano; you'll tell me more later.

21/06/2025: Il Fagiano was our caterer at the wedding at Masseria Don Luigi on June 9th, I couldn't ask for anything better, from the service to the food and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. All the guests were satisfied and complimented on my choice. A special thanks to the restaurant for the excellent success of the wedding, also thanks to them. A guarantee!

28/07/2025: Good beach club. Warm showers and clean changing rooms and toilets. Lifeguard on duty and plenty of staff. Sun bed + umbrella + lunch and drinks for family of 4 was 300+ euros.

07/08/2025: It's been a while since I've written a review, because unfortunately, in the review metaverse, all the places seem fantastic, so you can imagine how motivated I must have been to write this review. Finally! A restaurant where you can eat traditional cuisine done well, in just the right amount and without unnecessary frills that only serve to satisfy the overblown egos of so many if you become a chef. And at prices that are almost touchingly honest. Superlative mussels au gratin, delicious crostini with anchovies, burrata, and zucchini, traditional rice, potatoes, and mussels. Definitely worth returning to. Impeccable service... after all, it's clear you're dealing with established professionals, not apprentices. Thank you for existing. Keep up the good work and resist fads. The world needs restaurateurs like you.

13/07/2025: Great spot near the old historic center. Located in a car-free area. The service is top-notch, and the appetizers alone are fantastic. Delicious wines, great pizzas, and the desserts are also delicious. A great place to come with kids, but also as a couple.

27/07/2025: In questo posto ci eravamo stati diversi anni fa e l’esperienza fu più che positiva. Infatti più volte avevamo tentato di ritornarci ma con scarso successo. Nel mese di luglio scorso al primo tentativo siamo riusciti a prenotare. Abbiamo ordinato la carne con contorno di patate e cottura media. È arrivata completamente cruda così abbiamo chiesto di cuocerla un po’ di più cosa che i camerieri detto di aver fatto. In realtà la carne è arrivata fredda, ancora cruda e le patate che abbiamo pagato come contorno non le hanno più portate

25/07/2025: There were eight of us, and since we couldn't make a single table, we opted for two tables for four each. The place itself is cute, characteristic of the area, well-decorated, but unfortunately very hot. The main room had three fans that practically blew away hot air. We kindly asked if they could turn on the only available air conditioning, but obviously it couldn't make a difference. The food, from appetizers to entrees, was impeccable, and the quality of the ingredients was truly exceptional. It was a shame, however, that the service wasn't entirely professional. It was 11:15 PM, and we had finished our first course. A member of staff came over and asked if we wanted a second course. We asked for time (5 minutes) to decide, but in an unfriendly tone, he exclaimed, "NO! The kitchen is closing soon!" So we opted for coffees, the bill, and off we went. At 11:45 PM, four tables were seated. We felt like we were being mocked by the waitress... unfortunately, because the place is so good, but the service definitely needs updating in terms of courtesy and quality!!!
