25/12/2024: Gestione della sala non all'altezza del mangiare prenotazione fatta da due mesi il tavolo e stato posizionato all'ingresso abbiamo fatto il pranzo con i cappotti addosso per il freddo senza neanche le scuse a fine giornata
01/12/2024: Portate squisite, pesce freschissimo, locale pulitissimo, personale gentile e professionale. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente per mangiare davvero bene.

15/01/2025: We went for lunch today. Excellent restaurant at the entrance to the historic center of Cisternino, refined and at the same time informal. The homemade orecchiette are excellent. The rabbit from the Itria valley with fennel is unmissable. Impeccable and discreet service.

04/01/2025: I was on my motorbike for the umpteenth time in this warm, welcoming bar with a breathtaking view.
Top pastries, in particular the ricotta cake, and almonds with sugar, fast service, Mrs. Anna, kind and friendly. Always coming back!
17/12/2024: Super kindness and helpfulness. Desserts that just looking at them make you want to eat them all. Exquisite coffee. We will happily return and highly recommended.

15/12/2024: I'm not happy about writing bad reviews, however in this case I reluctantly have to say that if the starter and first course were excellent, the meat-based main course was inedible. I don't drink but my friends had to exchange the first bottle of red wine for a second one. In the end the bill was rather "salty".

21/08/2024: Sosta colazione di buona qualità alle porte di Cisternino, sulla strada per Torre Canne. Ottimo servizio,gentilezza,cordialità e buon assortimento. Cornetti, pasticciotti, brioches, appena sfornati sono stati particolarmente graditi. Caffè e cappuccino ottimi. Da segnalare !!
19/08/2024: Abbiamo fatto colazione in questa pasticceria poco fuori il centro abitato di Cisternino, sulla strada per Fasano. I prodotti sono artigianali e di qualità ed il personale molto cortese.

15/12/2024: Upon our arrival there was no welcome but you went directly to the butcher's counter to choose the meat, meat of various flavors that you would like to eat on the grill
In addition to this, there is the possibility of cold cuts and cheeses, all strictly local
The location is rustic typical of the place
The service quite fast
The food was all good

10/12/2024: On Saturday evening I had dinner with friends at La Braceria Soleti. Unfortunately, it was a decidedly negative experience. The day after eating the meat served by them, both I and the other diners had serious health problems: vomiting, stomach ache and digestive difficulties that lasted for three days.
Although the atmosphere was welcoming, the quality of the food turned out to be unacceptable, with obvious consequences on our health. I absolutely do not recommend this place and I invite the managers to review their procedures to guarantee greater food safety for customers.

12/01/2025: This was a wonderful experience, we didn't really understand the process, you choose your meat first, they then take in and cook in the wood oven, while you walk though to restaurant.
Food was great, meat cooked to perfect, crispy, charred but still juicy. We had bombette, sausage and veal strip + potatoes, (baked and covered
in olive oil and salt came close to stealing the show) and well as grill eggplant and zucchini. The meal is simple but perfect. The setting is atmospheric. One of my fave dining experiences in Pulgia.
12/01/2025: So yumm. A few of these types of butcher restaurants around and this one was just what we were after. The front room was set up as a butcher where you choose meat and then fabulous dining area through the kitchen and across the alley. Meat was spectacular and baked potatoes will be remembered. Great service and very reasonably priced

05/10/2024: Bellissimo style bar in una super posizione per godersi il bel’ tramonto, ma purtroppo il servizio pessimo e scortese, il spritz più scarso della mia vita, annacquato “senza” Aperol!
Le noccioline e le olive dovevo pagare extra! Peccato che non curano l’accoglienza del cliente!
Ci sono dei bar che non se la tirano come loro, ma sono cmq. al top.
Altri come il Chirico puntano solo sul apparire, peccato!

07/01/2025: Small but clean and welcoming environment, with a lot of family atmosphere. Excellent food, cooked with the care of times gone by. We had dinner the evening before the day of the Epiphany. Short wait and finally a nice surprise with lots of culinary pampering. We must return to taste all the other things the house offers. Excellent value for money. See you soon!

04/01/2025: I have been on a motorbike for the umpteenth time in this warm and welcoming place. Traditional flavors, excellent quality, Giuseppe's kindness and Mr. Franco's skill in the kitchen. Top bombette, excellent paw, excellent baked potatoes, worthy meatballs with sauce. Fantastic value for money. ALWAYS TO COME BACK!!

07/11/2024: Great little small bat perfect for a quick lunch. Very kind and friendly staff serving the table. The tripe soups and pasta as well as the meat stew are all very very good. Price very reasonable as well ! Definitely worth going.
30/09/2024: Bar fermé alors que les horaires disent que c’est ouvert. De plus, ce bar est référencé sur Google comme ce situant sur la place en plein milieu du centre historique alors que ce n’est pas le cas.

03/01/2025: Excellent structure, a small niche located in the historic center of Cisternino, only for true connoisseurs and true expert researchers.
Small shop, as if it were a small butcher's shop, offering a take-away or self-service service for meat and some small side dishes.
The place has a small entrance with the meat counter to choose from, and then a separate room with three tables where you can taste the dishes you ordered.
I must say that in my opinion there should be a slightly wider choice regarding the type of bowlers, but let's say that they also have rolls and sausage.
The choice is possible to have the meat on the plate or with the sandwich and the baked potatoes in foil are delicious.
Very kind staff, really very affectionate and caring lady, always smiling.
Remember to clean the tables once you leave!
Definitely coming back.
