06/01/2026: Good for Food isn't just any restaurant. It's a sensory experience. Professional service, quality ingredients expertly prepared by Vincenzo, a gentleman chef. A special mention for the spaghetti with sea urchin pulp: I've only ever had them this good in Mondello. The wine list is good. The desserts are original and tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

03/01/2026: Before sitting down, we asked the staff twice if we could use coupons, knowing the restaurant's prices. Both times, we were told we could use them ("I'll go and ask the owner for confirmation"). At the end, we paid at the cashier, revealing that the coupons were unusable. I would have preferred to have found out beforehand when we were asked for confirmation twice, so we could have chosen to go elsewhere.

21/12/2025: Table booked a week or so ago, booked for 8.30pm we sat down at 9.40pm, we waited half an hour to be served, luckily the food was good but the service was terrible.

13/12/2025: We called to pick up the things, they said half an hour and they came after 2 hours and they paid 2 euros for the 2 pieces of focaccia and they didn't bring them to the child.

15/09/2025: It's a really nice place where they make delicious pizzas, focaccias, etc. I recommend it.

01/02/2026: A terrible experience! I found it strange to immediately find a table on a Saturday night at 9:20, and indeed there was a reason! It was my first time there, and it was a bit gloomy inside, mostly due to the dark walls and yellow lights. But upon leaving, we were directed to a room at the back, a bit remote from the rest. The waiters were barely visible and were struggling. Just keep in mind that for the condiments, I had to go into the other room to ask for them. That said, the sore point isn't the lack of waiters, but the food! The selection is very limited, mostly simple dishes, especially appetizers, nothing really elaborate, and in any case, gourmet prices. For example, an appetizer plate can range from €6 for three bruschettas to €13-15 for a bresaola appetizer passed off as carpaccio with a couple of strands of stracciatella cheese or 3-4 octopus tentacles with a chopped and sautéed boiled potato! Which already seems like an exaggeration given the lack of preparation, but all in all, it wasn't bad, so it's fine... the problem arises with the first course. We each ask for a first course—I choose seafood, my husband chooses meat, and I choose seafood. Aside from the pumpkin-focused option, which was obviously declined, I opt for a seafood tagliolini and he for the meat option! A disaster!!!!!!! The double tagliolini, cut so thin you can't even roll them up, the pitiful seafood, the mussels so overcooked they're dry and tiny, the rubbery shrimp—the kind frozen and pre-cleaned at discount stores, the kind you can't even remove the guts from—and let's leave the cuttlefish pieces alone! Of course, the red tagliolini, to top it off, is absolutely salty! In short, a dish from a nightmare kitchen! All served in a way that not even your grandmother would dump it on your plate for Sunday lunch! Truly depressing! As for the land-based one, the same thing, but instead of the seafood rubbers, strips of meat, like tagliata, always put in the sauce and topped with stracciatella! I'm not even going to tell you what I think... That said, in addition to these two dishes, we ordered meat for the children. The waiter recommended the tagliata (beef steak) for the kids because it was more tender than the entrecote, and we relied on him, asking for the courtesy of having the fries delivered with the meat, and to have the meat delivered first to them and then to us because they were hungry... Guess when the dishes arrived!? My husband's carpaccio arrived first, then the octopus with potatoes for me, and finally the meat for the kids, after a while the fries, and then our first courses! A sign of gallantry in serving my husband first, which is priceless. Obviously, it's not the waiter's fault, but the kitchen's... In short, after all this, we didn't feel like ordering anything else, so the two appetizers, the two tagliata (beef steak), a plate of fries, and those sub-types of first courses with two colas, a bottle of water, and half a liter of wine—that was good, for a modest total of €100! Since we had 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, and 2 second courses, it's as if we spent €50 each for nothing, and what's more, it was very bad and of terrible quality!!!! Shameful! Moral of the story? We won't be back, obviously!

24/02/2026: A beautiful structure, you can see they've invested a lot. I couldn't give it the highest rating because I didn't try the food and the service, which nevertheless seemed very good to me. The main hall and the immaculately kept gardens seem carved out of stone.

11/02/2026: Terrible experience... We went to the New Year's Eve dinner, and as soon as we entered, total chaos reigned... The children were supposed to be seated in a separate room (which we hadn't been informed of), the waiters had no idea what menu we'd chosen (seafood or meat), even though we'd already informed them in advance. Furthermore, the room was freezing, despite the air conditioning, due to holes in the frame in the Diamond Room. We stayed in our coats for the entire dinner, embarrassing after paying €140... And to top it all off, a relative of ours, unfortunately, couldn't attend the dinner and unfairly forfeited the entire fee, despite having communicated his absence... We haven't received any response regarding a refund despite numerous reminders. We'll never return... The one star is for the music and entertainment, which were impeccable.

07/10/2025: La Baguetterie del Porto overlooks the harbor, creating a pleasant atmosphere with a sea view. The menu offers a wide selection of appetizers, sandwiches, main courses, a variety of drinks, and children's options. Prices are reasonable and, considering the generous portions, more than reasonable. The fish used in the dishes is fresh, as specified on the menu. The staff is friendly and always available to help. I recommend everyone to try it.

16/08/2025: We had two Aperol Spritzes for €8 each (the menu says €7). There were no snacks to go with the Spritzes, so we had to get a bag of crisps on the side. The Spritzes were also awful. A truly unfortunate experience.

19/10/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism and were completely satisfied! The food was truly excellent and plentiful, the service was excellent and attentive, even with guests with various food allergies, and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with a stunning view of Castel del Monte! The owner, Nicola, was truly kind and always available! I highly recommend this establishment, we will definitely be back!

01/09/2025: I've been to Villa Imperiale many times, and I would go back because... it's a pleasant atmosphere... the structure is beautiful... the atmosphere is beautiful... excellent in everything... the lunch is exquisite in all the courses... for everyone. 08/03/2026: Undoubtedly the food is very good, the quality of the products is very good, the place is also very nice... the service is a bit of a shame, due as usual to the excess of people who booked... better one less table than being crammed in like sardines... Even the waiters, poor things, didn't even have enough room to pass.
