30/09/2025: Delicious food: best meal of our two week trip. It was Sunday evening so restaurant was quite quiet. As with many Italian restaurants the lighting is a little bright for my taste but that is a minor point. Definitely recommend a visit if you are in Locorotondo. The lemon dessert is to die for!

21/09/2025: I don't normally write reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it. I was out with my wife and dog and we stumbled upon this place by chance. They found us a seat even though it was 2:30 PM and the place was packed. The waiters were all incredibly kind, fast, helpful, and always smiling. They even gave our dog special treatment, even bringing her a towel so she wouldn't be on the floor. Every course was wonderful, from the appetizers to the first and second courses: fresh, expertly prepared local products, an excellent selection of local wines, and to finish, their homemade cantucci biscuits were out of this world. The quality/price ratio was unmatched. Our recommendation, if you're in the area with your pets, go there—you won't regret it!

10/10/2025: Tucked away in a small alley is this delightful restaurant with a friendly staff and excellent food. Our group of 10 tried both starters and mains, and everyone raved about the flavors and freshness. Add in some wonderful Puglian wine, and this restaurant was a real winner for our group. The staff spoke just enough English to help us navigate the menu, but everyone else there as Italian which to us was a good sign. If we go back to Locorotondo, this place will be at the top of our list.

08/10/2025: A delicious meal of lamb chops, very tender and cooked to perfection, ravioli with eggplant and fresh tomatoes, and excellent glasses of white and red wine... Quality service, a subdued atmosphere, and moderate background music: everything we're looking for!!! We're waiting for dessert to conclude... a flawless course: the pistachio and mandarin dessert was sublime, the Buffalo dessert too... we really enjoyed ourselves... thank you very much. We highly recommend it. 🫶🫶

06/10/2025: I read a fairly recent review by "Yolanda" saying this place gave 5-star gluten free food with amazing service and atmosphere. That is a total lie. I asked for gluten free options and they said "Salad?". Then offered sausage and potatoes. The sausage was horribly dry and overcooked. The salad was iceberg lettuce with pizza toppings. The potatoes were decent but drowned in olive oil. I appreciate them trying, though. My wife had a regular Quattro Stagione pizza which she said was decent. Service was brusque, almost to the point of rudeness. We arrived at the restaurant on a cold night wanting to sit inside and were brought to the back of the building to a covered rooftop patio with a few small heaters, where everyone was eating with their winter jackets on while the restaurant below was empty. A bit of a head scratcher. If you're gluten free (I'm Celiac), try your luck somewhere else, but if you can eat regular pizza, this place was turning tables away as they were so busy, so that must mean something!

25/09/2025: I was at Bespoke a few nights ago and I have to say it was a truly satisfying experience. The dishes are carefully crafted, using fresh, local ingredients. You can tell this isn't just "tourist" cuisine, but someone truly cares about flavor combinations. The price is fair, considering its central location, so the quality/price ratio is certainly admirable. The atmosphere is warm, the restaurant is well-decorated, and the service is friendly. Perfect for a relaxed dinner.

02/09/2025: We discovered this place thanks to the Lonely Planet guide to Puglia, during our visit to Locorotondo. We immediately felt at ease thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who, despite some difficulties during the evening (such as service issues caused by a storm), managed everything with professionalism and attention. The meat dishes were excellent: we chose a mix of grilled pork and beef, truly well prepared.

20/08/2025: Lured by the positive reviews, I booked a dinner here. The service is very slow, the food so-so... the bathrooms are clean but a bit cramped and there's no changing table. The tartare I ordered was actually a joke, the bombettes small but good, the pork strips excellent, the tagliata good, the knife-point sausage very very salty, the potatoes good. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't go back.

09/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't have a great time. Friends who had recommended it invited us, but they didn't enjoy it either. The service was terrible, and the food, honestly, wasn't excellent. There were six of us, and we all had the same feeling. I'm sorry.

23/09/2025: Tutto à posto! We loved the place, from the food to the decor! We could see the cooks making the dishes. The fried fish was excellent! The linguine with clams was also great! Bravo!

08/10/2025: We'd been recommended to try the meat in the Itria Valley, and we finally got to try some excellent food here. The spicy breaded bombette with paprika are delicious. The sausages are also light and of excellent quality. The staff is welcoming, and the prices are fair for the quality. Excellent experience.

06/10/2025: A delightful discovery! A welcoming and well-kept place, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The pizza is truly excellent: light, well-leavened dough, perfectly cooked, and quality ingredients. I tried a pizza with potatoes, mushrooms, mozzarella, and crispy bacon—an irresistible balance of flavors! The appetizers were also excellent: a Calabrian dish with peppers, potatoes, and porcini mushrooms, while the French fries were crispy and golden brown. All washed down with a good draft beer, for a simple yet impeccable dinner. A place we'll gladly return to, whether for an evening with friends or for a relaxed dinner with a breathtaking view of Locorotondo. Kudos to the Belvedere staff: top-notch quality, courtesy, and flavor! 👏🍕🍺

Located in a charming village, the restaurant combines local flavors and experimental dishes with great balance. Each dish is meticulously prepared, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors are authentic. Angelo and Kristian are attentive and know how to make guests feel pampered. The atmosphere is intimate yet lively. The value for money is more than fair, considering the attention to detail evident in the cuisine and the hospitality. In short: I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the best of Puglia in a special atmosphere.

07/10/2025: Beautiful setting. Good service. Simple meal. Chicken cooked well, but simple to prepare with arugula and mini tomatoes, no sauce. Ravioli would have been better cooked in water or pan rather than deep-fried.
