I had lunch with relatives and friends and we were more than satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food, the preparation of the dishes, the cleanliness, the beautiful location, the kindness of the staff, especially Mr. Alessandro (owner) and last but not least also the average price. 27/12/2024: Excellent experience in this farmhouse restaurant just outside the center of Gioia del Colle, easy to reach from SS100 and with private parking. All very good, but I like to underline the attention paid to the guests from the moment they arrive until they leave at the end of lunch (on the table there was also a letter of thanks for having chosen their activity with lots of best wishes for the holiday). Right quality/price ratio...if I really have to make a small criticism to improve further, perhaps I was expecting a little more from the desserts given that it was Boxing Day lunch, but there will be another opportunity to make up for it😉

06/01/2025: Unfortunately my experience with this pizzeria was disappointing. I booked via the app at 5pm, specifying delivery for 9.30pm. The pizza didn't arrive until 10.45pm, over an hour late. Despite numerous calls to figure out what was going on, we were told repeatedly that the pizza was "out for delivery". I had guests and this delay made me look bad. I understand that there may be unforeseen events, but such disorganized service is not acceptable. I think it's better to focus on just one type of service: either serving at the table, or taking away, but not both if you can't manage it well. That said, the pizza was still good even though it arrived cold. To make up for it, they gave us a bottle of beer, an appreciated gesture, but which does not completely compensate for the inconvenience suffered. EDIT to answer your objection. Starting from the assumption that everything is tracked on my app too, even assuming it were as you say, a delay of more than 40 minutes remains unacceptable. If you can't guarantee an efficient service, including for a fee, don't offer it!
