22/03/2025: Arroganza. Mi chiedo come sia possibile rovinare il lavoro, sicuramente apprezzabile della cucina, con un servizio di sala arrogante e supponente. Che ci sia uno chef capace ed una buona materia prima ( in puglia non è così difficile coniugare le due cose), non autorizza il personale di sala ad avere un atteggiamento arrogante con chi dovrà poi pagare conti di una certa consistenza. Solo a titolo di esempio, ricordo che il responsabile di sala non può battibeccare con il cliente, mediamente avveduto che contesti la correttezza di un piatto. In caso di controversia, al limite, si può interpellare direttamente lo chef, ma la regola assoluta è che il cliente ha sempre ragione, specie sulle contestazioni basilari. Un vero peccato. Questo il limite di chi pensa di essere arrivato e di poter prescindere ormai dal giudizio dei clienti.

They recommended appetizers to bring and everything was delicious (the carpaccio delicious), the pizzas were perfect, both the dough and the first choice quality of the toppings. Even though we went on a Saturday they were quick. To return!!!

04/03/2025: I was here for a dinner show on Tuesday. Good food: all the appetizers, ribs and Japanese cheesecake are worthy of note. The only sore point certainly due to the type of evening I went to, was excessive noise even before the arrival of the band which did not allow us to chat at the table. Furthermore, once the evening started, there were certainly too many too many people which did not allow us to dance and have fun in peace. Honest account.

Vittorio, an eclectic character, master baker and professor of flour, offers clarifications on the types of flour, defending his product at all costs. Vittorio does not fear comparisons with the renowned Neapolitan pizzerias. Vittorio believes it, Vittorio is hungry for glories and relaunches with his Signature pizza, a combination that sends the diners into ecstasy.

05/04/2025: Cozy room, bathroom equipped with a changing table for those who have small children and are spending the day away from home (which is not to be taken for granted). Courteous staff, fast and precise service. I have been there several times and I will return again because it has never disappointed me so far. If you want to be on the safe side with original and delicious dishes, Romana Bistrot is for you. Rich menu also for those suffering from intolerances and allergies. If I can afford to give some advice, I would only widen the choice of desserts for the intolerant, as the only dessert is the tiramisu which I honestly didn't like. For the rest I recommend it.

12/03/2025: I was invited just last night and, honestly, I was a little skeptical! Instead, the experience turned out to be truly interesting and satisfying, in a well-kept environment! The dishes offered were balanced and tasty with high quality raw materials! Nothing to complain about the Chef's proposals! Note of merit also to the order clerk, polite and kind! I will definitely return
