What more could you ask for? All with excellent service, with girls who were always smiling and friendly.
I recommend it to everyone.

To complete your experience come and have a glass of local wine with a nice selection of snacks. We tasted the bresaola and the the truffle burrata 🤩 a ticket to culinary heaven
09/12/2025: Perfect place to try a panino alberobellese, Puglia wines, pasta with ceci, Italian beers, all the local favorites. Hostess warm and welcoming, happy to oblige. Informal seating inside and outside; weather permitting, sit outside in the glow of the Basilica of Sts. Cosmas and Damiano. Other reviewers complained about prices; I found them normal and reasonable, better in fact than the old town piazze nearby, and the place stays open later. After you eat, get dessert and coffee from the mouthwatering selection next door at Bar Central, same ownership.

We were appalled by the way the waiters treated us—they were rude and ill-mannered, speaking ill of us behind our backs because they assumed we didn't understand Italian. Low-quality drinks, poor food, and acidic, canned sauce. There is no pizza or fish on the menu. High prices and truly poor quality.

05/07/2026: I gave it 2 stars because the cuoppo for €9 is a really small portion. 2 fish balls, 3 shrimp, 1 octopus, and 2 cuttlefish. The fried food was really awful. The arancini and panzerotto were good, even if the panzerotto was small.
I don't recommend it.

La Perla dei Trulli

20/07/2026: A wonderful experience. I recommend it because the garden is truly lovely. The owner was incredibly kind. I sat at a table with my girlfriend that was in the sun since everyone else was busy, and the gentleman kindly opened an umbrella for us. The waiters were also very kind and smiling. They brought us plates of fresh, delicious orecchiette pasta, accompanied by a truly unique house wine. They also served a pork rib and salad for a very reasonable price, considering the place you're eating at. I recommend it to everyone. It's a sensational place in the UNESCO-listed trulli, with fantastic staff and food.
Thanks again for everything! 5 stars from me!
20/07/2026: Il Giardino is nestled among the trulli on Mount San Gabriele, an enchanting place.
The staff is very courteous, friendly, and smiling, and the cuisine is traditional. My wife and I loved it, from the homemade Italian orecchiette to the grilled meats—everything was delicious. I would also recommend it for those who want to eat inside the trulli because it's also very cool inside, given that the trulli are cold inside in the summer thanks to the white stone.

09/07/2025: Siamo stati con amici in questa pizzeria, locale bellissimo, abbiamo mangiato delle pinze eccezionali, i prodotti usati di ottima qualità. Ottimo anche il servizio. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo
10/06/2025: J'avais demandé à l'IA le chat mistral un restaurant à Alberbello qui ne soit pas un attrape touriste, il m'a conseillé celui-ci ! Pas déçu, bon rapport qualité prix, et serveurs très gentils, il y avait même une serveuse qui parlait français ! Parfait !

With such treatment, you only feel bad about beautiful trips. Ps. The last time we were there was on August 25, 2024. We ordered a lot of panini. The burrata was the best burrata of my life. The only shame is the treatment of the customers
