21/12/2025: We had our daughter's baptism at this location, and being from Naples, I wasn't familiar with it. We immediately clicked with the owner regarding the date and the execution of the day. I can say without hesitation that it completely exceeded our expectations; everything was as described, and I tasted a combination of flavors that will never go away. The staff was always attentive, smiling, and youthful, and the atmosphere was enchanting. I certainly won't be returning for any event in Galatina. My sincere compliments. Chapeau!!!

08/12/2025: We chose I Due Trappeti to celebrate our daughter's baptism. From the very beginning, we were captivated by the beauty of the venue, a warm and intimate space that allowed us to fully share the celebration with our closest family and friends. Furthermore, the atmosphere and Christmas decorations made it even more beautiful and elegant. The dishes served were truly excellent; everything was incredibly fresh and the flavors were particularly refined. The service was equally precise, punctual, and attentive to every need. A special thanks goes to Francesca and Filippo, two fantastic people who immediately understood our needs and were always ready and available to support our decisions and provide clarification where necessary. Based on our experience, we can only recommend this fantastic venue to anyone who wishes to try it. And thank you again for everything.

Also available with delicious whole wheat dough, very light. Fabulous appetizers (legendary parmiggiana! 😍). Good selection of excellent quality beers and delicious desserts to finish. 06/04/2026: A pearl of authenticity in the heart of Ceglie Messapica If you're looking for the essence of Puglia, Sapori e Tradizioni restaurant is a must-see. Located in the heart of the historic center of Ceglie Messapica, a village seemingly suspended in time, the restaurant welcomes you to an extremely characteristic and welcoming setting, perfectly in tune with the whitewashed streets and the magical atmosphere that surrounds it. The highlight is undoubtedly the food. We enjoyed expertly prepared local dishes: fresh ingredients and flavors that evoke the truest tradition. Every bite is a tribute to the region, and the passion they put into showcasing Ceglie's traditional recipes is evident. The food is excellent, with no complaints about the quality. However, since we were there on Easter Sunday, there were a few small flaws worth mentioning for the sake of complete honesty: The Menu: Despite the deliciousness of the dishes, I would have expected a more "celebratory" touch, something that would further elevate the offerings given the special occasion. Space Management: The sore point of the day was the seating arrangement. They crowded us in very close to other guests' tables, which took away some of the warmth and intimacy the venue usually promises. I understand the desire to accommodate everyone, but the comfort suffered. Despite these small inconveniences, likely related to the large holiday crowds, I absolutely recommend Sapori e Tradizioni. It's the ideal place for those who want to lose themselves in the alleys of an enchanting historic center and end their stroll with the authentic flavors of yesteryear. I will definitely return, perhaps at a less crowded time to fully enjoy the beauty of the location!

05/01/2026: Excellent bakery with gluten-free options (no gluten-containing flours), like pasticciotti and purceddhruzzi. AIC certified. We also bought the gluten-free panettone and it's simply amazing!!! We'll always be back!!!

23/03/2026: Excellent menu, fast service. All-you-can-eat appetizers, two first courses, a roast meat main course, and fried shrimp and calamari, always centerpieces. Coffee and liqueur for a total of €30 (fixed price). There's also a €25 menu if you're easily full. The only drawback is that you have to book a month in advance. Definitely worth rebooking.

31/03/2026: Unfortunately, the pizzeria is not fulfilling its delivery offer. I ordered delicious food and the order was canceled several times. I have 750 meters to walk, but I have mobility problems and no strength left, so I wanted pizza delivered. The delivery is March 31, 2026, so the pizzeria is not very busy on that date.

15/03/2026: Guys, what can I say... Tradition is not lost, a fantastic, close-knit, coordinated, professional staff, from Life "ALLA FRITTA BRINDISINA"... If you come to Brindisi this stop is mandatory... I recommend the one stuffed with Gorgonzola... Too spectacular!!!

We were lucky enough to find a table on a Sunday by calling that morning, and without much notice, the lady managed to prepare a menu with truly excellent gluten-free options! Fritters, focaccia, fried eggplant rolls, and even the ricotta dessert to finish—all the same as the standard menu, but gluten-free! Absolutely wonderful! We'll definitely be back.
