22/10/2025: It's a shame I have to give only 3 stars to a restaurant in my town, but you have to consider that a review must necessarily take into account not only the banal and boring quality/price ratio, but also the quantity/price ratio.
The quality is unquestionable, but be careful: you can find the same quality and freshness in many other restaurants, both local and otherwise, where for the same price you can eat at least double the price. Getting the quality wrong would be a real novice's mistake, but it's very easy to fall short on quantity.
In short, the products are certainly fresh, well-prepared, and excellent, but many restaurateurs are capable of doing the same, but the price is truly exorbitant and unjustified.

06/04/2026: Don't sit in the small room with tables 1, 2, and 3 because you'll be entering another galaxy and won't be served: we waited over 40 minutes while they served other tables that arrived after us. We called them several times without success.
01/04/2026: We had two pieces of apple pie, I must say the industrial-grade ones. I say having two pies made by a pastry shop, it takes a lot if you don't know how to make them?

A family-friendly welcome, with friendly staff.
Excellent local produce, the menu ranges from dishes rich in the aromas and flavors of times gone by. Starting with traditional appetizers that will fill you up.
Excellent value for money, reservations are recommended, and in summer you can enjoy the pleasure of dining al fresco.

02/03/2026: We stayed at the other property, Easy Green Hotel, but we also ate at the Cavallino Rosso on two occasions. The atmosphere is very refined and clean, and the staff is helpful and extremely kind. The pinsa, in particular, is truly delicious. The semifreddo with "ferreo rochè" is exquisite. The added value is undoubtedly the helpfulness, courtesy, and kindness shown by Luciano (the owner) and the staff, with Francesco as a great conductor. Thank you for taking us around the center, the Padre Pio Sanctuary, and for your kindness.

It was so good, we went three nights in a row. The only thing I would change is to turn off the TV!

18/04/2026: Mediocre ingredients for both the appetizers and the pizza. I've rarely felt sick after eating pizza. The prices are exorbitant, both for the quality and the very popular atmosphere. The only positive aspect is the efficient service from the waitress. Avoid; there are better places in the area with more reasonable prices and superior quality.

The only thing to note is, check the receipt. I found an extra €15 on my bill, but I was already home. It can happen.
Recommended anyway.

Everything was really good, the service was fast and friendly, and the location was classic for a butcher shop. The meat was good.
The 500g tagliata was really, really good.
