29/08/2025: We were there this evening and had 3 panzerotti, one classic fried, one baked with 4 cheeses, and one baked diavola. What can I say? DELICIOUS! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff. I absolutely recommend it!

The real stars here aren't just the pizza, but especially the spritz and the panzerotto with mussels—a true treat not easily found elsewhere. Authentic flavors, flavors that evoke seafood and tradition, all accompanied by a genuine and friendly welcome. A perfect place if you're looking for an unpretentious yet substantial experience. 25/08/2025: I have to agree with all the negative reviews I've read. Poor service and food. We had pizza, and it wasn't all that great; there are much better pizzas out there. I highly recommend it! As for the service, it was truly awful. We ordered a gluten-free pizza (it's a frozen pizza that needs to be reheated in the oven), which, according to them, takes longer to make than a regular pizza. Too bad they forgot the pizza in the oven and wanted to serve it to us completely burned. Adding to the damage, they also showed arrogance and mockery. Obviously, we asked for another one.

07/09/2025: Despite some very negative reviews, and knowing that a single experience often doesn't provide a definitive verdict, we visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great time. The food was good, the service excellent, and the prices fair! We went back again yesterday...as above! 😊

07/06/2025: A group of friends celebrated the beginning of summer, there were many of us and we were a bit crowded, the thin pizza alla barese was a bit burnt on the edges, not bad, slow service, when the last pizzas were served the first ones had already digested. All in all for the price asked you could not expect more. The only negative note is that they do not serve wine, which surprised me.

04/06/2025: Bad quality at a high price. It's a shame that in a positive context like country, landscape and good food there can still be places like this. A unique and slow sauce in which they throw first and second courses with the same insipid taste. Nothing good in the kitchen. A lamb ragù without ragù and with a lamb chop thrown for two minutes in the above sauce. And a roulade with the same treatment. Price of a serious restaurant. Zero value. Oh.. and the peppers that were supposed to be roasted were poured onto the plate directly from the pickle jar. And corrected with oil. A filthy puddle..

03/05/2025: Clean place.. very simple.. close to the Castle and next to the car park.. good food but not great.. simple cuisine... and not very elaborate.. Possibility to choose the tourist menu (with a reduced list of dishes) or order different courses from the menu. Polite staff but not particularly attentive to customers and decidedly unsmiling. Service and staff with plenty of room for improvement. Mediocre value for money...

06/05/2025: I am writing in response to Mrs. Barbara's review and I inform you that everything she has made public is absolutely not true because the rooms were delivered clean and tidy in every way, only that chatter and gossip are often invented to achieve objectives such as discounts and so on. So respect those who have always worked seriously and for over 25 years

04/09/2025: We only stopped for a shaken coffee, but it was the best we've ever had. The menu, however, looks interesting, with raw seafood and a good wine list.

27/08/2025: On vacation in Rodi Garganico, we dined at this restaurant last night. "Dinner" is a manner of speaking, because it was quite an adventure: two diners received their appetizer (wrong according to the order), their main course, and then the first course at the same time. The raw fish appetizer was served, but it's a shame no one had a plate. The sparkling water arrived hot and in plastic bottles. But the highlight was the "tagliata arugula e parmesan." A steak (the owner called it an entrecôte) arrived, missing the arugula and parmesan, but... no worries, they arrived at our request... separately on a fruit plate. The staff were very helpful, but you don't ask a customer to open their own bottle of wine... (warm). But it was the owner's attitude that was so disturbing; he was keen to point out that he's been doing this job for years... Hmm.

06/07/2025: We went with friends to this street sandwich shop. All the sandwiches were excellent. Excellent but especially the meat. Few seats. Very fast service. Enjoy your visit

16/07/2025: We found ourselves there by chance, excellent food, delicious homemade appetizers, truly special grilled meat, not to mention the service, qualified, professional and always available, I highly recommend, a must try, congratulations!!!

13/08/2025: Wednesday afternoon, 6:00 PM I come in to order and they tell me to sit wherever I want and that the waiter will be there shortly to take my order. It's 6:27 PM and no one's shown up yet... Nice, relaxing place, excellent food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired...

13/08/2025: Since they changed management, the service has gotten significantly worse. Now you have to first get a receipt and then pick up your order, but the cash register doesn't work properly and it creates long, unnecessary lines. The wait is excessive for a simple coffee. Unfortunately, I won't be back again."

31/08/2025: After an hour and a half wait, they brought us drinks and a tub of chips we hadn't ordered, claiming the place was too crowded (about 10 people in total). After another 20-minute wait, they brought the two lactose-free appetizers we'd ordered, which unfortunately weren't lactose-free, ruining the rest of our day.

20/08/2025: The music was too loud for an evening, preventing conversation at the table. Despite repeated requests from several people, the volume was lowered. The set menu dinner was good. The service was good.

20/07/2025: You don't need to go to a luxurious place for a cozy dinner. Villa dei Sapori offers the perfect balance between taste and tradition in a simple setting that puts guests at ease. The cuisine is good and unpretentious, and the food is delicious. The service is excellent; the waiters are attentive and kind. You can spend 2-3 hours in a relaxed atmosphere, and above all, you can still chat even with 10-12 people at the table. The atmosphere is very convivial. Of course, we ate something else with friends, besides the octopus and spaghetti. I repeat, everything was delicious... Just like at home!
