You're rushed from the very beginning – order quickly, don't think about it, pay immediately 5 minutes after your order arrives, and make room for the next customers. The way they treat guests is disrespectful. The food meets the minimum requirements, and the best part is sitting outside.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, one star for this place, the only thing that's fantastic is the location! We arrived at 9:30 and, after several reminders, we managed to order. We desperately ate at 11:30 PM, sending back a completely raw and cold tuna steak, resulting in more wasted time and endless waits! Perhaps there was only one person in the kitchen, otherwise this terrible nightmare cannot be explained... what a shame!

02/09/2025: Terrace overlooking the sea, fantastic atmosphere, unparalleled courtesy and professionalism. We ate wonderfully: orecchiette, beef with potatoes, fried calamari and shrimp, everything exceptional, including dessert. I recommend booking.

17/08/2025: It's a beach club. Permanent cabins have been built along the rocks. Seasonal cabins for locals. There's a small beach. But there are also several stairs to go down into the water. A beautiful, pleasant, and timeless place. Next door is the beach canteen. With its service. The prices remain cheap. A popular spot. They let foreigners in, with free parking.

10/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last night with friends and family. We placed our order just before 10:00 PM, but the wait for our pizzas was very long. Throughout the evening, incorrect orders were received several times, and in an attempt to resolve the issue, we were offered pizzas we hadn't requested. A significant issue was the lack of attention to menu changes due to food allergies, despite these being clearly communicated when ordering. Furthermore, the staff was not very friendly in handling the situation. One positive aspect was the live music, which made the wait more bearable. However, overall, the experience was not positive and did not meet expectations.

24/07/2025: Sono stato portato in questo ristorante da amici del posto, non essendo di Taranto, con l’idea di assaggiare un piatto tipico della zona e vivere un’esperienza autentica. Purtroppo, è stata una grande delusione. Nonostante ci fossero pochi tavoli occupati, il servizio è stato inspiegabilmente lento: abbiamo aspettato a lungo per ricevere i piatti. Nessuno si è premurato di darci spiegazioni o attenzioni particolari, il personale sembrava anche “scocciato”.. Il cibo era buono, ma le porzioni erano davvero misere, specialmente la frittura, che è arrivata scarsa e poco soddisfacente. Un vero peccato, perché il locale ha potenziale e una buona posizione, ma l’organizzazione e la gestione del servizio vanno sicuramente migliorate.

11/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce nel cuore pulsante di Taranto vecchia; mangiato spaghettoni con vongole , risotto pesce e patate e pacchetti pescatora ecc eccellenti. Poco come punteggio debbo dire quando invece sono eccellenti e anche molto servizievoli. 5 pallini per me. Fermatevi ci sono anche i menu

21/11/2025: On a Sunday in November, passing through Peschici, we stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The location has a touch of '80s flair, with a beautiful little balcony overlooking the entire village. We ordered a first course, which was good but a bit too oily, and a well-prepared sea bass. The bill was fair and the service was prompt.

24/08/2025: Truly absurd!!! Dirty and poorly maintained place, the owner ASKS for tips and makes customers feel uncomfortable, the drinks and food are unsatisfactory, and there's no menu! Absolutely not recommended, definitely avoid!!!

17/08/2025: It's disgusting, the dish with the sauce was without sauce, there were insects in the bread, the waitress also wanted a tip of 5 euros more, the pasta was without salt, the price for the starters and the first courses was more than 100 euros, enough to set us on fire 🔥 and burn themselves

02/11/2025: Positives: The lively and engaging entertainment and the location close to the sea. Negatives: The apartment was run down, neglected, and dirty, with a shower that stopped providing hot water while we were showering.

25/09/2025: Small rooms, lacking comfort, uncomfortable beds, neglected sports facilities with rust and moss in both the playground and pool areas. Some children's games were patched up, some were broken and therefore unsafe, the gym was unusable, and most of the pool loungers were broken. Uncomfortable beds, rooms in need of renovation. When a group arrived for two days, there was chaos, great confusion both during the afternoon rest hours and at night, even on the beach; the restaurant felt like a market. There were no warnings, as the group continued to make a racket without any problems. Unreasonable wait times for breakfast during the group's stay: a 40-minute line at the only machine for a cappuccino, with a bar open, and no staff member made a coffee or anything else. The water for showers was lukewarm, but after we informed them, the temperature was raised. The place is infested with mosquitoes. I recommend mosquito nets in the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the price isn't worth the service. The only positives are the staff and the good food. Salvatore is the top maître d'.

13/03/2026: Nice little restaurant, typical Italian cuisine, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the view is magnificent.

15/03/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience, especially considering the final bill. We spent €116 for two, a price that at many other restaurants would easily cover a full seafood lunch. The raw seafood was good and fresh, but unfortunately, that was the only truly positive note. The fried fish, on the other hand, was too crunchy and tough, a sign of poor cooking. The real issue, however, is the price: completely disproportionate for what we ate. And, what's more, we're talking about a fishmonger's with a few tables, not a gourmet restaurant or a high-end establishment.

15/03/2026: Today I stop by, as I often do, to get focaccia further down the road. Like last Sunday, I see the guy outside with the sea urchins. Last Sunday, the prices were €13 per kilo, and €1 per piece if opened. Okay. Today, as I was saying, I stop again. I ask for the open sea urchins, and they tell me the price has gone up, €1.20 per piece if opened. Okay, I say, "No problem, go ahead." A gentleman next to me buys them by the kilo, but the price is magically still €13 per kilo. The owner kindly says, "Did the diesel price go up? And the sea urchins cost more?" Okay, fine, but if the price goes up, the price goes up per kilo as well, not just the open ones. So that means you've abused the offer and only increased the price of the open sea urchins. I glossed over this because I don't like to cause controversy, but it's quite fraudulent behavior. Regards.

21/03/2026: Terrible service. We ordered pizzas two hours ago via Deliveroo, but we didn't get any. Never again.
