14/10/2025: This review is for Americans and Canadians. I've been here twice. The first time was by myself, the second time was with a group of about 12 people, all Italians. Everything was great. You must understand that this is in Italy and they love to share meals with friends so it can get pretty loud when everyone is laughing and talking at the same time. And a lot of the patrons were there after church! I can't imagine this scenario in the US. You'd be asked to tone it down unless it was Super Sunday at a sports bar. And in Italy, public intoxication is highly frowned upon. They are loud and boisterous because they're happy. I understand about the lack of menus but they do tell you what is on offer. You can also order one course at a time. We picked our antipasti. Then it was time for primi, then secondi then dolce. Each person either picked or skipped courses according to their choice. Italian waiters don't hover over you and ask how everything is every 5 minutes, but they are fully aware of how the meal is progressing. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

13/10/2025: We went on Sunday, October 12, 2025, for a company lunch with the cycling team. Delicious food, excellent service. The staff was attentive and helpful. Top!

05/06/2025: The food was not at all to my liking. Most of the things were totally covered in oil. Some things were raw. Others were salty honestly what I paid even if little was not deserved at all.

08/09/2025: Inefficient staff. I waited over an hour for a coffee that never arrived. When I went to the cashier, they charged me for two.

19/08/2025: The location is very beautiful and well-kept, and the bar definitely has potential. We stopped by for breakfast, but by 10:45 the croissants were already sold out, which might be a bit disappointing for those expecting a traditional bar breakfast. As an alternative, I asked for two biscuits with a coffee and an espresso, but only one biscuit arrived. I asked several times for a second one, but despite repeated confirmation from the waitress, it never arrived. The service was therefore inattentive and disorganized, and this negatively impacted the experience. It would be desirable to improve order management and expand the breakfast offerings, ensuring that basic items like croissants or equivalent alternatives are available at least until late morning. It's a shame, because the ambiance is worth it, and I've frequented this place before; I'd appreciate more attentive service.

29/06/2025: everything is very nice until you work there, then they say that young people don't want to work. 10-hour working day with nothing in your stomach, a miserable dry croissant definitely from days before and nothing else. dear owner remember that if you don't put petrol in the car, the car won't start. so think dear people who are deciding whether to book in this room or not, I leave you just one piece of advice, think carefully about who you give your money to because as far as I'm concerned a good owner can be seen above all by how he treats his employees.

14/08/2025: PaninOsteria Enrico e Carmela in Brindisi is a superior street food experience: creative and generous sandwiches, extraordinary ingredients—the sausage and octopus sandwiches are two of the real stars—all at fair prices. The place is well-kept, the atmosphere welcoming, and the owners incredibly kind. Just be careful with the service; on busy nights or for deliveries, wait times can be longer, and the packaging deserves an upgrade. But if you're looking for a gourmet sandwich that will make you fall in love at first bite, this is the place.

14/07/2025: The sandwich meat was raw.... The proposed cut was with rocket and parmesan, but I only received the meat cut into pieces.

06/07/2025: Well located, at the gates of Gargano, welcoming place, kind and competent staff, very good pizza for dough and ingredients of excellent quality, very good also the other dishes.

19/07/2025: A wonderful discovery. The location is fantastic as it is, but it could be even better...I recommend adding some water features. The food is simple but high-quality. Prices are fair. They work mostly by reservation, so it's best to arrange a menu in advance if you're looking for something different from the set menu. Nothing to complain about, however, about the variety and quality of the food. Five stars for the welcoming service provided by the lovely Milly.

09/10/2025: I went there for a friend's birthday. It's a beautiful and well-maintained venue, with friendly staff and meticulous attention to detail in the selection of ingredients used to create their dishes. Highly recommended, and I'll be back to try their drinks too.
