27/12/2025: I want to write a negative review, what can I say? I took the little girl to the bathroom at the bar, since she was taking part in the nativity scene down by the castle moat. The little girl needed to use the bathroom, we're talking about a 7-year-old girl. They refused to let me take her to the bathroom, but only if I bought a mandatory drink. I had coffee, what can I say? The bath water was better. Shame on you. Then you complain that people don't come to your place. Humanity and kindness are 0. Shame on you! I'm giving it one star because I can't put it below 0. Because that's what you deserve.

31/08/2025: A historic bar in Manfredonia, whose tables have been frequented by generations of Manfredonians. I remember spending evenings as a child with my father and his friends, listening to conversations recounting the city's history, enjoying delicious ice cream sundaes, not to mention the croissant that would wake me up on Sundays, still as delicious today as it was then.

10/11/2025: This week I had a rather traumatic experience. That evening, a friend and I showed up with the intention of eating a panzerotto with a sausage. Unfortunately, it was obvious that the sausage had been made 2 or 3 hours earlier. The mayonnaise inside had gone bad, and even though I'm a sucker for everything, I spat it all out. I don't recommend spending €2-3 to eat such poor-quality products. Instead, go get a kebab at Bilal's, it will brighten your day. P.S. I SUFFER FROM YOU and I hope you improve the service and everything you offer.

28/09/2025: Worst pizza ever in Andria! I had a horrible experience. First of all, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. But the worst part is that they screwed up everything and took the liberty of modifying it as they pleased without asking me first. I ordered two pizzas and they exchanged mine for a Maxi without asking... They brought me the wrong dessert pizza. Their Capricciosa was disgusting, filled with sausage. Never again!

24/01/2026: Just had breakfast. Terrible service: cardboard croissant with cream that almost never arrived and was completely frozen. Two glasses of latte macchiato were completely burnt. Crazy prices for the extremely low quality. Never again.

30/12/2025: Good product, but terrible service due to the rude staff. I'd say rude. Now I understand why it's almost always empty. What a shame... a thank you, a greeting, and a smile would be enough.

12/10/2025: I went on a Saturday night for pizza with family. The atmosphere is nice, and parking was easy. When we entered, the waitresses sat us at our reserved table. They handed us menus, and after a while, a waitress asked if we were ready to order. We were ready, and then she disappeared. After a while, another waitress came to take our orders. We ordered three plates of fries, and after a twenty-minute wait, two plates arrived first, followed by the last one. They made up for the pizza and were quite quick. The menu isn't very extensive: only a few pizzas, and the prices are decidedly high: a Margherita is €6, all other pizzas start at €10. As we were finishing our meal, from the exchanges between the owner and the waitresses (in a manner bordering on polite), we realized we needed to vacate the table, and as soon as we'd finished, we asked for the bill and went to pay. I won't be going back! The pizza isn't the best, either; there are better.

08/03/2026: The food deserves 5 stars, except that we waited a long time to pick it up and spent about €40 for two people. We didn't just grab a couple of things to make a quick move. So Local Guide only gives it 3 stars.

14/02/2026: We'll never forget February 14, 2026, and they'll never see us again, simply because we waited a whopping 50 minutes. We made a reservation on February 12, 2026, and every time I asked if a table was available, the usual response was that it would be available in a few minutes. We felt like we'd been cheated. Kudos to you for your professionalism.

22/02/2026: Be careful when ordering; no one tells you whether you want the menu or a single pizza. Or rather, without your knowledge, they force you to order the €15 menu, which includes pizza, cover charge, and drinks. A Margherita, a Ciccio with tuna, a sausage and chips, and a Norcia with chips in the middle and a drink are €76. Are you kidding me?!?! A Ciccio rosso and a drink are €20. You're out of your mind! Being mean will only make you lose customers, and for us, a group of 22, you can be sure we won't be coming back!

18/09/2025: The cocktails are good, but the staff isn't at all welcoming, especially the "younger" waiter, who was unpleasant from the start. Hospitality needs to be reconsidered.

30/11/2025: A very nice hotel right on the beach. Family-run. The owner speaks German, which makes everything much more relaxed. The rooms are modernly furnished, as is the bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels were provided, and the room was cleaned daily. The air conditioning works perfectly, and it also heats the room. The restaurant is highly recommended; the owner's mother cooks there herself. Everything is freshly prepared. Breakfast is good – they even have bread rolls. The best part was the freshly sliced ​​Parma ham. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

03/11/2025: Not recommended for business trips. I stayed in September, unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I asked for receipts for the dinners and for the tourist tax, but the owner got angry. It was a surreal experience, never seen before in 25 years of working in the province of Lecce. Not recommended for business trips, and I'll stop here in the story....

27/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant both for its location overlooking a beautiful central square and for its lower prices compared to other restaurants. We had a dish of fava beans and chicory, seafood risotto, and mixed grilled fish. The aforementioned dishes turned out to be truly delicious. The waiter was friendly, as was the owner, with whom we chatted for a moment after the meal. The bill wasn't excessive, although €6 for a glass of white wine isn't in line with the price of the dishes. We were nevertheless satisfied with the lunch.

14/03/2026: We waited about two hours for a pizza, very little toppings, poor quality products, and hot drinks. The restaurant has two dining rooms, one under the stairs, where cell phone reception is poor and the decor is retro to say the least.

23/02/2026: A quick stop for breakfast on a weekday: good-quality orange juice, but a dry croissant, probably from the day before—a real shame. When a croissant isn't fresh, you can taste it immediately.

17/11/2025: Unfortunately, the quality of service and products has progressively declined over the years. The waffles we ordered were disappointing: they tasted like packaged products rather than freshly prepared, and they were cold and unpleasant. Particularly unpleasant was finding traces of lipstick on one of the glasses, a sign of improper cleaning. We only noticed this after drinking, and at that point, we didn't feel it was necessary to report it to the staff. Given these experiences, I'm unlikely to return to this establishment, even though the ambiance is very refined and initially suggested a much higher level of quality.

11/03/2026: The Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza hospital is a hospital of excellence in southern Italy where people come from all over the world. There are excellent doctors, qualified staff of all levels and the cleaning staff is everywhere. The hospital is clean both in the wards and in the waiting rooms, in the bathrooms and in every corner of the hospital, not to mention the emergency room. The triage works wonderfully, the wait is short because there are rooms for all types of arrival codes. What can we say, thank you to San Pio for having created this hospital? THANK YOU❤️🙏

10/03/2026: I was recently admitted to Casa Sollievo Della Sofferenza in San Giovanni Rotondo for surgery, first in week surgery and then in abdominal surgery. Believe me, I was shocked by the incredible humanity of the staff, especially the nurses and the healthcare assistants. I remember first the unapproachable doctor, now his incredible humanity. Congratulations, I'm satisfied.

08/03/2026: During the evening, one of their employees approached our table, took a picture of us, and then left... who knows. But then the bill arrived and we noticed: 4 sgroppini for the modest sum of €32.

21/02/2026: Highly recommended...it's always a guarantee, no matter the occasion. You can never go wrong. My family and I have been customers of this pizzeria for decades now. Both the food and the service are excellent.
