The food was delicious!! Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was very friendly! The food was a 10/10 👌🏻 The mussels as a starter were perfect! The kids also loved the lasagna!

The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, but we were very disappointed with our food; it's the worst restaurant we've eaten at since the beginning of our trip. What a shame!

The best Italian restaurant I've ever been to, real Italian cuisine at a good price

A cozy little restaurant in a real Italian square, where it was nice to stop for lunch and enjoy the atmosphere of local life. We arrived with our young child, who lives with anaphylactic multi-allergy. We gave our own food allergen card, which the waiter really liked. He took a picture, sent it to the chef, and then together we selected the safe dishes. Before bringing out the food, he checked the allergens with us once again and made sure everything was in order. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful, and the service was exceptionally attentive and kind. It was nice to sit in the square and listen to the locals' conversations, which gave the whole place a real Italian atmosphere. With food allergies, every restaurant meal for us requires serious attention, so it meant a lot that we felt safe here throughout. Thank you for this caring attitude, we hope to be able to come back! ❤️

We sat at the outdoor tables under the civic tower, so it's still in the middle of the square, but it has its reasons. I was disappointed about the food, though. I ordered a plate of braciola pugliese and received a plate full of sauce with TWO rolls of meat. I didn't complain so as not to inconvenience anyone, but it was really meager for a portion of meat.

A restaurant right in the center of Monopoli. The seafood risotto is truly excellent, and the mixed fried fish is very good. Fast service and friendly staff. Good value. I recommend it.

If you’ve not booked anywhere else, it’s an ok option for dinner. We booked earlier in the afternoon for 8pm dinner, then waited half an hour for the table to be made available. We were a fairly large group of 11. The staff were quite inattentive, we ended up putting tables together ourselves. The waitress was fairly friendly but got our orders wrong twice and we had to re-order second dishes. Wine was very good. Regarding food itself, it was mixed. Portions were very small. Mixed fried seafood was tasty but not enough for a main course. Starter of clams was nice, but we were not served a dish for the shells and the one slice of toast bread (not homemade) was not enough. Pizza and past dishes were good. Grilled Octopus was cooked well and was the best out of all the dishes. The desserts were a mistake- clearly not the chef’s specialty and should be removed from the menu.
