02/05/2026: I was hungry and came here for lunch… I had a lasagna, and what can I say: the children's portion is at least twice the size everywhere else 😳 A very small portion for an exorbitant price of €14… in my opinion, that's an absolute rip-off! I will definitely never visit this restaurant again!

The service is impeccable, the waitresses are lovely and attentive. The food is excellent. A place to remember if you want to treat yourself in every way. ♥️
10/04/2026: Beautiful view over Lago Maggiore. Nice Garden to sit outside and enjoy drinks. We can't rate the food, but the coffee was warm and savory.

01/05/2026: Disappointing... 5:00 PM restrooms. No toilet paper, pee everywhere, and toilets with non-flushing flushes, foul-smelling due to the obvious presence of feces, as dirty as the bathrooms in the worst bars in Caracas. I point out to the counter that, given the cost of drinks, it would be appropriate to send someone to restore the restrooms to their expectations. The response was: "There's been a line since this morning, we can't do anything about it." Well, this note will be made public. Thank you for your interest. See you next time.

12/04/2026: The staff were very friendly; we arrived at 3:00 PM, and they served us with kindness and helpfulness.
The food was truly excellent; I haven't found such good fish in a seaside location for years.
Furthermore, the prices were more than justified, perhaps even low for the location and quality.
07/04/2026: Not recommended, you have to chase after everything, even the simplest things, with so few visitors and so many staff. A change in management should be considered; the organization is in Zerro's hands.

03/05/2026: Very nice location. Separate outdoor space, useful if the weather is so-so. Restrooms are reasonably well-maintained. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed a risotto with ossobuco, truly excellent, and a vegetable pizza. The only flaw is that they usually serve grilled vegetables on pizza, not carrots!

05/11/2025: True hospitality in a small hotel with a big heart. Just 2 km from Stresa, it has parking and a private beach, excellently soundproofed rooms, and a breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, cured meats and cheeses, and freshly cooked eggs.
The staff are friendly and professional, both in their welcome, room cleaning, and breakfast service. Congratulations, we'll be back!
09/10/2025: Large room, large bathroom, and large balcony. Clean. Good breakfast buffet.
A bit noisy on weekdays, right on the street. Parking is available across the street. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating. They always try to accommodate.
Approximately 2 km to Stresa, not recommended for walking.
No continuous sidewalk. Part of the way is on the street.

18/03/2026: We've known and frequented it for years. First and foremost, I find it to be in an enchanting location with a breathtaking view.
The place is rustic, welcoming, and exudes history and simplicity, with beautiful wooden furnishings and mountain memories.
I find the owner's service almost always extremely courteous and kind.
The dishes, cooked simply but with genuine, top-quality products, are always delicious and plentiful.
The price is more than reasonable, with excellent value.
They welcome our four-legged friends.
Suitable for couples, groups, even with children.
Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: Excellent Italian cuisine at affordable prices. Friendly and efficient staff. We didn't try the terrace as the weather wasn't cooperating. It's busy even out of season on Friday dinners. Easy to find as it's on the main street opposite the port. We highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Compact, but incredibly tasty place. When you enter the premises and see the laconic interior, you don't expect anything incredible. But!!! Every bite of each dish is a masterpiece!
The chef is just an artist. The waitress is great.
Recommendations!
07/04/2026: A top-notch culinary experience. We tried the lobster, red shrimp, and scampi agnolotti (sublime), and two slices of the catch of the day, both incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The dessert and recommended wine were also excellent.
Note on the service:
The order is taken directly by the chef; this slightly lengthens the initial wait, but ensures extreme care in explaining the dishes. Once we ordered, however, the kitchen was extremely fast and the service impeccable.
Highly recommended for those who prioritize the quality of the raw ingredients.

02/04/2026: I was at the restaurant. Upon entering, I asked if I could eat and they said yes.
I asked for a turkey salad, like Caesar salad, and they said, "Okay."
Okay. After 10 minutes, the very kind waitress arrives, followed by a woman in her 50s. She says, "We have a salad like the one the woman at the table next to her is eating."
I ask her, "If you put turkey in and don't put corn, okay?" The answer is like, "We don't put corn in."
I mean, if you don't have what I order, tell me it's sold out, and maybe I'll choose something else.
To finish, I order the salad offered. It comes without turkey, with an orange Zola and another cold one. I immediately made a mistake in the sum, but I was hungry, so I paid and left. The next evening, I went to another restaurant, everything was fine.
It's a shame, the place is nice but poorly managed. I'll start by saying that the waitress is very kind, but the 50-year-old is a little less so.
I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

05/01/2026: Visited for beers and coffee. Beautiful location, luvly inside area, again beautiful views. Area worth a visit. We walked up to the Mottarone go carting track, so was ideal place to visit afterwards. :) :)
04/01/2026: Beautiful place, very friendly staff, breathtaking view. The only flaw is the bedroom: the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows a bit hard, and there was no TV in the room. After dinner at 8 PM, if you don't bring a laptop or even a board game, time will stand still. If they fixed a few things in the rooms, it would be truly perfect.
