11/06/2026: I went there tonight for the first time. I'll be back. The food was excellent, not like some others say (frozen pizza). If they can't tell the difference between pizza and Puccia, they'd better not write reviews.

16/05/2026: Terrible experience: for two Cokes, a portion of chips, and a platter of focaccia and prosciutto (supposedly including a Spritz) it was exactly €30. An aperitivo with a platter—two Cokes—and a mini portion of chips—was €30. Never again.

22/03/2026: Went for lunch for the first time on Saturday. On Saturdays, they don't have a set menu, and the prices are like those of a restaurant, but rather self-service. The food was good, but at least on Saturdays, the menu didn't entirely convince me. If I wanted to go to a restaurant, I wouldn't have gone to the self-service option.

04/03/2026: Good self-service. The pasta was left in the pan in a bain-marie, like in a cafeteria, and it was overcooked. The second course was cafeteria-style.

10/05/2026: Family & Friends??? There's nothing family-friendly about it! I expect a kids' area that doesn't exist. Yes, the food is good, but unfortunately, no family area. Oh, I forgot, they served us after an hour. We were about to leave; we were hungry, so we stayed.

03/05/2026: We had dinner on Saturday with a little girl. I think it's the first time ever that, in a restaurant with the word "family" on its sign, I've paid for entertainment separately. They have a children's menu, but it doesn't include pizza... in a place where pizza isn't designed, a child wouldn't want fried cod, but pizza. So I paid for the pinsa and a higher cover charge for the kids' area and entertainment. The service wasn't that friendly and very confusing. We had the pinsa, and it was good, but I've had better. Also, if you mention grilled artichokes... I wouldn't want them straight from the jar. One thing I didn't like is that it's full of rules/instructions... if I go out for dinner, it's also because having fun and finding slightly "aggressive" signs and notices doesn't make me feel very comfortable. One was present in the bathroom... and it's fine that I shouldn't throw paper towels in the toilet, but I also threatened to pay for the repairs... no way. Never read that anywhere. The bathroom was clean, but "bare" like the rest of the place. We were informed about the app and the discount points mechanism, etc., but we won't be returning.

11/04/2026: Terrible experience as the cashier today refused to sell me a one and a half liter bottle of water telling me that she cannot repackage it as the packages are sold in packs of six for me who work nearby it is out of this world

12/05/2026: Visited Mercato Centrale Torino for breakfast and loved it. The cappuccino was rich and perfectly made, and the brioche pastries were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. A great place to enjoy a real Italian breakfast atmosphere in Torino.

04/06/2026: If I could give it zero stars, I would have.... A super negative experience, starting from the moment we arrived. No one greeted us or told us what to do or how to sit. We entered with a sign on the gate that said dogs must be leashed, but it didn't explain that the dogs would be tied to ropes on a fence while the owners ate. I've never seen anything like that. Anyway, we continued with the food: risotto that seemed to have been assembled cold, then reheated rice salad, decent plin, but overcooked. And finally, it took 20 minutes to order and 45 minutes to receive our order. And did I forget the venison stew? I think it was liver, it didn't even have the consistency of meat, then baked potatoes, not an oven, but an air fryer. It's absurd, we're in the mountains, and I don't think I could have eaten more commercial food than this even at home. Maybe McDonald's has better meat. I conclude by saying NEVER AGAIN, REALLY NEVER AGAIN, AND I HOPE YOU NEVER SCREW ANYONE OFF LIKE WE DID.

03/06/2026: Delicious pizza, made with fresh ingredients, devoured!!! The selection of flavors was so vast that I spent half an hour choosing!!! Highly recommended. Takeout is available unless you choose a couple of stools inside, where we ate the freshly baked pizza. I'll definitely be back.
