15/10/2023: In una ancora tiepida domenica pomeriggio, passeggiando per Pinerolo, io e mio marito decidiamo di prendere un gelato. A parte la quantità davvero minima, con una densità troppo molle che scivolava giù, il cono di mio marito è stato rifatto 4 volte tant’è che io avevo già finito il mio e lui doveva ancora incominciare…lo abbiamo dovuto mangiare di corsa altrimenti finiva per terra e comunque anche il gusto…niente a che vedere con i “mitici” gelati di Fiorio e non lo abbiamo neanche digerito… mai più!

21/10/2023: I'm giving one star because you can't do less! Very good experiences in this business. Meanwhile, one day you can no longer pay with Satispay and the justifications are somewhat questionable, then I discover why through the experiences of others and the rumors circulating regarding the treatment they reserve for customers. But I will talk about my experience. I purchased 3 products from Monopoly, on one in particular I was charged 5% tax by paying with a debit card as if it were due, without asking me, but above all, slyly while making the transaction he said it in a very low voice almost as if he wanted to hide. At the time I didn't have the energy to stop him, so I go out shopping. Then, upon reflection, I went back to ask for confirmation and explanations as to whether it was correct to pay €0.50 cents more on €10. I am told that they are authorized. I demonstrate my perplexity and still leave with many doubts. At that point I call 117 and they confirm that they have no right to tax products of that kind and that I can be sanctioned by intervening and reporting. I'll leave the complaint alone, but I'll come back again and point out what I just described. At that point I am told that I had been warned before, and that they are not obliged to accept the POS for payments, but above all, that they are fair to their customers. Furthermore, suddenly a card appears with information on the taxes that may apply, but which they kept hidden in a drawer, as if it were ready for use, in cases like this. Finally, they try to give me back the 0.50 cents which I refuse to demonstrate that respect and honesty have no price. With my 50 cents they bought the loss of a customer and I hope that this message will help others to open their eyes and/or make merchants reflect. I hope I was clear.

03/09/2024: Tornati da poco da un weekend presso questa struttura. Camera accogliente e silenziosa,abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione,cena con un primo ed un secondo,nulla di eccezionale ma comunque buono. Contattati via email,l'offerta è stata buona e conveniente.Credo che nella stagione invernale,direttamente sulle piste,sia una scelta ottimale. Consigliato
