09/03/2026: Located in Pisogno, a small hamlet of Miasino (Novara). I chose it over other local places, but since I have a Boxer friend, I settled on this one because it has a large park surrounding it, just what you need for a nice post-lunch stroll. The first thing that struck me when I saw it was the attention to detail, the uncommon order and cleanliness... Upon entering the restaurant, the owner awaits us with unique kindness and courtesy, friendly and chatty, as do her daughter and their furry friends. The decor is lovely, tending towards vintage, and there's a large fireplace with a pellet stove inside that gives off a warmth that complements that of the owners. What can I say? There's not a single dish here that isn't beyond delicious and special in its preparation and service... everything is beautifully served, homemade bread with sourdough, excellent wines, even by the glass. Try it, you'll be delighted and will bring your friends too.
