The large room is furnished with many tables and chairs, offering plenty of space to study or meet friends. The atmosphere is made particularly pleasant by the presence of plants, creating a serene and welcoming environment. I really appreciated the tranquility of this place, ideal for concentrating or for a relaxing break. It is a place where you can truly find tranquility. The only flaw, but important for those who study with a laptop, is the lack of power sockets. It would be great if they added more to make this place perfect for students who need to charge their devices. Despite this shortcoming, I highly recommend this spacious and quiet café for its relaxing atmosphere, spaciousness and pleasantness. It's a great place for a coffee break, to chat with friends or to find some quiet.

10/03/2025: Terrible experience! 1 juice, 2 spritzes and a non-alcoholic cocktail we spent €40.00 Only when we asked for information were we told that the aperitif for 4 people was €10 each. The receipt was given to us only after having explicitly requested it several times, but only with the total of €40 and not with the details of the products, furthermore beforehand he had told us to sit at the table that would be served to us, but after requesting the receipt he strangely resented it (the gentleman at the cash register) and told us to serve ourselves. I have never given reviews to anyone, but since he treated us with no respect I can't pretend nothing happened, maybe next time he treats customers better. Highly not recommended!

12/01/2025: Sono deluso. Non ci si comporta così. Siamo venuti a pranzo per la prima volta noi due amici. Tra l altro della zona. Hanno aperto il ristorante solo per noi. Alle 12"30 non c'era nessuno tanto che abbiamo chiesto se facevano da mangiare oppure erano chiusi per riposo. Al gestore gli si sono aperti gli occhi "venite venite certo siete i benvenuti"" Ed ecco che è scattata la trappola. Accese le luci.....accomodatevi pure...dove volete è casa vostra. In un batter d occhio servizio impeccabile....pronti e via ..menu alla mano prezzi più che economici...da non credere. Una carbonara 7 Eur. Una milanese 7 Eur. Allora ordiniamo. Bene: un antipasto della casa 10 Eur da dividere in due, due carbonare e due milanesi con patatine. Un litro di bianco e mezza acqua naturale. 2 caffè. Tutto sommato va bene.... abbiamo pranzato anche se l 'olio della frittura non era di giornata . I Salumi non erano freschi, al limite del commestibile a giudicare dal colore scuro,ma non si pretende nulla visto il locale che assomiglia ad un circolo delle bocce aperto su prenotazione. Purtroppo il conto è stato una rapina alla banda bassotti. 85 Eur. Il tutto ben studiato con uno scontrino fiscale senza dettaglio. Cioè una voce anonima ."pranzo" È venuto spontaneo chiedere " ma scusi , si può avere il dettaglio? mi sembra troppo! potrebbe essersi sbagliata?" Ahimè la signora alla cassa già pensionata da alcuni decenni con un modo sicuro e rassicurante risponde " è tutto scritto lì!" Va bè...il piano ben orchestrato è andato a buon fine e noi mestamente paghiamo. Per 20/30 Eur non viene ricco nessuno però è questione di onestà e serietà. Qui al Cavallino di Galliate questi semplici valori della vita non si conoscono.

01/04/2025: After a walk on Lake Orta we stopped for an aperitif in this bar! Friendly service, very friendly and nice staff! We chose from their menu a stuffed flatbread, a salad and a cold cuts platter and 2 drinks! Honest prices and very wide choice! We really had a great time! Until next time!

31/03/2025: Fantastic location restaurant. Unfortunately, only that one. I ordered a Neapolitan pizza with anchovies and parsley and what I received can be seen in the video... a clearly frozen industrial pizza on which anchovies were added at the end. There is no point in discussing whether or not it was a supermarket pizza. 1 millimeter thick, rubbery crust, mozzarella not melted... surely a foreigner wouldn't notice it but since I'm Italian the precaution was obvious. Furthermore, I paid €7 for it, but maybe it wasn't even worth 2 or 3... too bad.

17/11/2024: Always a fun place with live music, a very pleasant outdoor space in summer and interiors that perhaps need a refresh, but also not, because those like me who started frequenting this place around the age of 20, today participate in the evenings with an indescribable pleasure, precisely in seeing the same environment again linked to vivid memories of light-heartedness and fun that make every return better enjoyed, especially if with the same people as back then. Classic and modern cuisine, with specialties for all tastes and much better than fast food, burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches in general, like fries are much tastier and the portions are generous. The only point that has always left me perplexed is the size of the place, but there are few of them like this, so the fact that there are a lot of people on weekends in an overall small environment, when you can't use the area, doesn't even matter that much. external.

22/03/2025: Friendly staff, 60's hotel very poorly maintained, from the entrance you have a perception of poor cleanliness... breakfast dishes all chipped... For me it was a negative experience

20/02/2025: We changed two rooms. The rooms are cold, the air conditioners are on maximum, and cold air is blowing. There is no reaction from the hotel owner.

27/03/2025: Very nice place, nice atmosphere with background music, we ate a platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses (good) with a glass of wine, extensive wine list, the manager I would say welcoming... an experience definitely to be repeated.

17/11/2024: Nice room, but we found the windows open and the heating off and we couldn't get it to start. The cleaning wasn't deep but still acceptable, despite some flaws such as: sink not really free and stained mat (I think bleach). Overall, it can be fine for a few hours of sleep.

If I had to review the hotel parking I would have given six stars, even the restaurant did well in the end. In short, if I had to review the potential of this hotel... it would have been an excellent rating. But that's not all! The structure of the rooms is decadent, the camp beds, because they are camp beds, are embarrassing, the furniture is horrible, the bathroom is beyond review. Putting a welcome bottle of water in the room? Needless to say. Then I've already said it many times, unfortunately, at breakfast the food such as biscuits, creams and various drinks must be hermetically sealed in disposable containers!! Come on!

02/02/2025: Let me start by saying that I live in Busto Arsizio and I came because of the lunch with the character George the monkey, the play area was really well kept and above all very clean, a heated environment. Seeing the reviews, my fear was for the food and honestly I ate very well, I took a platter of excellent raw ham, fried dumplings and a delicious burrata, my partner took a hamburger cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. I would like to point out that it is not a starred restaurant and therefore sometimes an error can occur, especially in catering. So really highly recommended place and very professional and polite staff

30/12/2024: Ordine su just eat, Solitamente non ho problemi con loro, ma oggi non so cosa possa essere capitato. Consegna prevista 20.20, alle 20.30 l'ordine risulta consegnato ma a me non è arrivato nulla. Chiamo, mi si dice fra 10 minuti arriva. 20.50 ancora nulla, richiamo, sgarbatamente mi viene detto è in forno, 5 minuti arriva. Arriva esattamente un'ora dopo. Il rider gentilmente si scusa, ma l'ora di ritardo ormai c'era. Apriamo le pizze, ordine sbagliato. Per la fame le abbiamo mangiate ugualmente, ma evidentemente hanno sbagliato la consegna ed hanno invertito degli ordini. Bastava dirlo. Ovviamente mai più un ordine da loro, nonostante sia oggettivamente fra le più buone pizze consegnate, e, fino ad oggi, le più puntuali nella consegna.

02/03/2025: Il locale non è molto pulito, il servizio non è buono sono un po' freddi e soprattutto maleducati, inoltre è sempre molto freddo il locale perché oltretutto lasciano anche le porte aperte Ma anche se fossero chiuse il riscaldamento è inadeguato, i bicchieri non sono puliti Inoltre indipendentemente dalla consumazione che si fa quando c'è molta gente i locali dei bagni sono sempre inagibili dicono loro Questo per evitare di pulirli Ma è una scorrettezza grande scorrettezza Perché nel momento che uno ha bisogno non può usufruirne e quindi costretto andare in altri bar ed è una furberia e fanno un po' tutti quelli ad Arona

I give 1 star for the 30 minute wait (I understand it was Sunday but excessive) to take an order at the table, another generous 35 to have two platters with practically RAW raw ham and mozzarella, and with a mozzarella that to me tasted like sliced ​​fontina. I give 1 star for the rude manner of the waiter when I asked where the bathroom was, replying very annoyed, IT'S CLOSED!! I give NC for making me pay €4 cover charge each, for a paper placemat and an endless wait. Certainly NEVER AGAIN for me... but at least for €4 try to be quicker and kinder to customers.
