22/02/2026: 16 euros for 2 spritz half glasses obviously, together we asked for 2 platters and they brought 1 after 1 hour and a half! We specified that there were 2 another half-hour wait and nothing! After 2 hours we left. All for the modest sum of 28 euros! At the cashier the guy wanted to charge us for 2 platters, when I complained he justified himself by saying that the waiter was young (minimum 30 years old) and couldn't write 2 instead of 1! Pitiful! I obviously don't recommend it

24/08/2025: Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

29/11/2025: We were passing through on our way to the Vicolungo Outlet, and we found this trattoria. It was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and fresh, and the service was wonderful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent seafood cuisine in a quiet setting, a bit hidden for those unfamiliar with Novara.
However, I think the prices are a bit high.
The open kitchen is good. Good service and an extensive wine list.
It's a shame about the high prices...

07/02/2026: HORRIBLE! Rude staff. We say hello (obviously without a response) and ask the waitress if we can sit at a table, but she responds with a huff and a huff in an annoyed and rude manner. So we move to the bar next door (where they were nice), and as we walk away, we hear the waitress loudly commenting on what happened with her colleague, using discriminatory and offensive terms.

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, the place is run-down and unwelcoming. Not to mention the rudeness. While we were eating a mock-up of pizza inside, the lady behind the counter turned off the light. I understand it was close to closing time, but she could have at least apologized.
28/12/2025: The pizza, at 3 euros, has little flavour and the dough is soft and indigestible and above all the staff is rude.

16/03/2026: During a pleasure trip to Arona, I chose this pizzeria for a pizza, and I chose well! My pizza was simply exquisite! Very well cooked, nicely filled, and delicious! The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the prices were very good. I'll be back.
12/03/2026: Excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. Impeccable service and a varied menu with diverse options ranging from a tasty pizza to an elaborate seafood dish.
A place to be visited and enjoyed every time you pass through Arona. In my opinion, one of the best addresses for good Italian cuisine.

24/01/2026: My daughter's birthday party. I ordered a variety of pan pizzas. The dough was super easy to digest and flavorful, with generous toppings and excellent value.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Delivery was right on time.
I recommend!
24/01/2026: I like the wide selection of pizzas and the fact that they do take-out calzones, which not everyone does because they don't have the right kind of box. It was also well-filled.
If I had to say anything negative, we didn't really like the taste of the cooked ham. Maybe next time we'll try pizzas without it.

Excellent dishes with a good seasonal selection.
Good wine selection.
Very friendly and professional service.
Donatella, the chef, besides preparing excellent dishes, is friendly and welcoming.
A lovely place for both lunch and dinner.
Highly recommended.
06/08/2025: The pizzas were adequately sized, but the quality was extremely poor. The spaghetti portion was so small that I asked if they were serious. On top of that, they charged €13 even for the smaller children's spaghetti. In short, nothing about this place was right. I absolutely do not recommend it! There are much better alternatives nearby.

08/11/2025: A well-stocked store with niche products, but prices are a bit steep.
What leaves me perplexed is that no one has ever told the counter clerk (the one in charge of the meat) that it's not okay to eat while working.
Every time I go to this store, He's always there, munching on something. And, honestly, it's not a pretty sight.
12/10/2025: Too expensive, I also recommend a re-arrangement.

07/03/2026: You were ripped off. There's no menu, so you don't know how much you're spending. She makes recommendations, and then you get ripped off. A tomato gnocco for a small child costs €30. Two appetizers with six small appetizers cost €60. Disgraceful. Even though the place is well-kept and old-fashioned, it's simply unacceptable.

16/03/2026: I ordered two pizzas, one with fries and another with fries and sausage. The dough was bland, the fries were raw, and the pizza itself was tough, almost like a schiacciata.
I'm sorry, but I won't order it again.
05/01/2026: Ordered at 7:15 PM, still hasn't arrived at 9:00 PM. I'll cancel the order. Lack of professionalism.
