09/03/2026: I had dinner with my wife and it was truly a pleasant surprise, from the welcome we received upon entering to the kindness of the owners and wait staff. The food was excellent, beautifully presented. We gave the owner free rein to taste the wines paired with the dishes and were truly amazed by the expertise and perfect choices for each course. We will definitely be back and highly recommended! One of the best places we've eaten!

14/03/2026: Enjoyable dinner featuring a sweet and barley pizza. Very pleased with the pizza. I'd read about shrimp and zucchini pizza on the website menu, but it wasn't listed, but the waiter promptly told me I could order it. My husband asked for a little mozzarella, and my dessert was served without. Fresh ingredients were used, even for dessert. Compared to other pizzerias, the cover charge is a bit higher, but the location justifies the price. The staff was friendly and welcoming; we'll be back. Free parking nearby.

Plenty of tables, arranged on two floors.
There is an elevator with disabled access.
There are restrooms on the ground floor.

14/03/2026: I regret giving this review. I'm only giving one star as an overall rating, without being able to evaluate the food or service because, unfortunately, we couldn't stay for dinner even though we had booked through The Fork. The owner, with no empathy whatsoever, simply told us he was sorry but had ended his partnership with The Fork, but unfortunately the service hadn't been eliminated yet. Then he hastily asked us to leave because everything was fully booked. It was a Friday evening at 8:30 PM. We would have expected at least an attempt to find a solution, since he had caused the problem for us and not the other way around. It's a shame; customers deserve more respect.
17/02/2026: Beautiful. A place to have an aperitif or lunch. A nice, welcoming place. The owner is a gentleman. Mirco will welcome you and suggest dishes. Wine is also available, and you can also find cachaça pirassununga 51 from Brazil... a great place.

30/01/2026: Decent pizza. The place is really too small. You can't move around and it feels a bit uncomfortable. Prices and cover charge are decidedly high for the service offered. Furthermore, a simple substitution of a cold cut (prosciutto crudo instead of bresaola) was charged as an extra €3. For a pizza in Saluzzo, you're better off going elsewhere.

14/09/2025: The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice.
Definitely a place to return to again and again.
