23/05/2025: Everything is perfect, but the portions are a bit small. For example, the mixed appetizer gives a large plate but 3 small pieces. The quality of the food is good. The things I really liked were the menu completely written in dialect and the whole bottle of wine where you pay by the glass. Prices a bit above average for a trattoria. Cheese counter very rich and interesting.

17/05/2025: To evaluate an ice cream shop I always try the pistachio or the Piedmont hazelnut. The creaminess of the ice cream is good but the pistachio leaves a lot to be desired.... Probably the pistachio paste is not IGP from Bronte or the quantity of the paste itself is not sufficient

04/04/2025: È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che umano Sui piatti niente da dire a cominciare dalla cocotte come antipasto che ci è stata suggerita, ottima la tartare e spaziali le ravioles al tomino di Melle ❤️ Un gradino sotto i tajarin cacio e pepe (giustamente chiamato eretico) Complice una giornata calma, il ragazzo in sala ci ha dedicato tanto tempo spiegandoci i piatti, quello che c’è dietro, la filosofia del locale e consigliandoci un calice di vino locale, il Pelaverga. Davvero un’ottima pausa pranzo

03/05/2025: Locale in bella posizione nella zona pedonale ha un bel dehor dove noi eravamo sistemati. Buoni gli spritz, le focacce farcite e le insalatone ma la ciliegina sulla torta è decisamente lo zabaglione freddo. Servizio cordiale.

14/05/2025: Very nice and spacious place. In the summer there are many tables outside the place that double the capacity. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is very good. The pizza is good. The prices are a little high but that's okay. To come and eat here there are no problems parking the car given the huge and free parking that is located all around the place.

These places, typical taverns/trattorias of provincial towns, are able to maintain tradition, the quality of the raw materials, all always accompanied by the courtesy and smile of the staff. We went to this typical restaurant in Saluzzo for Easter lunch. I won't list all the dishes, it would be excessive. I just want to point out that these places make our country unique in its kind, in its art and in its history. Advised!

01/02/2025: Purtroppo cena non all’altezza delle aspettative che considerando il prezzo sono molto alte. Abbiamo fatto tutti e 4 il menù degustazione da 5 portate, ricordiamo purtroppo il tagliolino con fondo di triglia che è stato servito tiepido e incollato, la trota insipida e dura e poi per finire in bellezza ci viene comunicato prima dell’ultima portata che il dolce “lampone”(presente nel menù degustazione) non era disponibile. Valuteremo di tornare in presenza dello chef (fuori sede questa sera) sperando che tutti questi errori non siano normalità.
