25/11/2025: I liked everything, almost everything, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. Obviously, as usual, it's a matter of personal taste and not universally valid. After a tasty sampling of appetizers, excellent fondue-filled plin sprinkled with truffle shavings and capunet with toma cheese... I didn't like the coffee (made with a moka pot, which I liked), it didn't seem to be 100% Arabica, and I didn't like the small sweets that accompanied it, small wafers with walnuts and honey. No big deal, it's worth a visit.
24/11/2025: I stopped by this restaurant one evening for dinner at the recommendation of a friend.
The atmosphere is casual yet refined, as are the dishes: traditional dishes, but prepared and plated with taste and care.
The staff is friendly, courteous, and cheerful.
A must-try if you're staying in Saluzzo.

10/12/2025: Ordered and consumed, Piedmontese-style baked onions. Then ossobuco with mushrooms. Both dishes were sublime, and Mrs. Renata served me with great professionalism and charm. They brought me biscuits with my coffee. The bathroom is worth a visit. Nothing is missing. Even the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Mrs. Roberta welcomed me with a smile and professionalism. I'll be back as soon as I can.
06/12/2025: I think it's one of the best restaurants I've ever tried. The service is cheerful and super attentive. The food is impeccable, even the gluten-free version. I think 5 stars is too few.

14/12/2025: A truly pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, making guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive. The service is attentive and friendly. The cuisine is meticulously crafted, with harmonious dishes, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The wine list is excellent. A place to return to with pleasure and definitely worth recommending.
23/10/2025: I must say we were really satisfied with the delicious food and impeccable service. I highly recommend it. As for the price, it's fair for the service they provide.

09/12/2025: A little over a year ago, they opened their new restaurant, about 200 meters from the old location. It's absolutely stunning. The food is always excellent; I highly recommend the seafood menu. Congratulations. It's a shame we live a bit far away, but if for some reason we ever come to Saluzzo, we'll definitely come visit.
06/12/2025: The owner is a great woman, her name is Silvana, they tell me, a woman from another era, all in one piece but very kind and always with a joke ready, which is why, in addition to the excellent pizza, you always go home with a smile. Thanks to Silvana, Saluzzo is a better place.

14/09/2025: The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice.
Definitely a place to return to again and again.

12/10/2025: Today at lunch, discovered by chance... very nice place, excellent food, highly recommended
12/09/2025: We waited almost an hour for pizzas after the recent merger with Gusto Divino (a terrible choice). After 53 minutes, they brought us two small plates to share, one of which was dirty. The pizzas were okay, although the menu is particularly limited, and even though all three of us ordered different pizzas, they all had the same ingredients, with a few small variations.
There are many great places in Saluzzo, but this isn't one of the lucky ones.

15/11/2025: An unforgettable experience.
We were in Saluzzo for my birthday... because we liked the lovely house, we went to the bar... everything was simply perfect!
The staff was incredibly friendly and warm.
After just a few minutes, we felt like part of the family... and by the next evening, we were practically part of the family.
We're certain we'll be back to Saluzzo... and these people are the reason why.
Sometimes in life, you meet people quite by chance... who are doing exactly the right thing in exactly the right place... pure passion!
Keep up the great work... and wait for us... we'll be back!!
