31/03/2026: Authentic pizzeria with kitchen, a 5-minute drive from Biella. Run by a charming couple. The husband is an excellent pizza chef who makes pizzas, also for takeout, that are very digestible (long rising time), and the wife cooks delicious meat, fish, and vegetable dishes freshly. Excellent desserts too. The final surprise is a more than affordable bill!

01/03/2026: From the reviews, we expected a good, home-cooked lunch. They offer a fixed menu of mixed appetizers and a choice of a first course and a second course, which we later understand is "or a second course," but during the lady at the table, it isn't offered unless you specifically ask for it. Among the dishes that disappointed us were Peppers with bagnacauda, Polenta concia, strudel, and red wine on tap. The meat in the tartar is very good, but perhaps machine-cut, too creamy, and served without oil, salt, or pepper! Sorry, but for me, it's a NO!

29/12/2025: A 1970s-style restaurant. Good service and food! I'm giving it five stars because we ate well and spent very little. Three generous appetizers and three main courses, with a half-liter of red wine and two bottles of water, cost €70 (€23 each).

11/04/2026: Caffè Buonissimo, one of the few places where you can enjoy a good coffee without a burnt or bitter aftertaste in your mouth, I'd say the best, also served with a biscuit and a small glass of water which never hurts, (many places have forgotten this!) to finish it all for €1.20. Well done!

26/11/2025: We had a family lunch at Ai Tre Arc in Oropa and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a quiet atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions—perfect for a family Sunday. The staff is kind and attentive, always available without being intrusive. We felt truly pampered from start to finish. A pleasant lunch in an absolutely worthy location: we'll gladly return!

19/11/2025: This Wednesday in November, for lunch, my husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise! The daily menu cost €25 and included a hot appetizer, a first course, a second course with a side dish, a house dessert, water, wine, and coffee. Everything was excellent! The only small negative was that it was a bit chilly despite the large pellet stove. We'll definitely be back.

26/03/2026: A very cute, elegant place. The staff is friendly, very attentive, and eager to please. The food is excellent; the pizzas are stunning and delicious; the ingredients are very tasty and top-quality. The desserts are very good, although I personally found the cheesecake a little too sweet, but that's just my personal preference. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends who happen to be passing by.

22/03/2026: I went there exclusively for the pizza, which was very good, both in terms of the dough and the sauce, and it was large. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was casual.

26/04/2026: Bad experience!! After ordering two appetizers, the drinks arrived, but nothing to eat. In other places, for the same amount I paid, they'd also bring you a platter.

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I returned to this place with a glimmer of hope, remembering that my previous experience was not only disappointing but downright awful. Unfortunately, not only has nothing changed, but the situation has actually gotten drastically worse. This place is the definition of poor management and unacceptable service. The height of absurdity was the charge of €3 for a glass of tap water simply because it was after 10:00 PM (10:09 PM). Leaving aside the idea that water shouldn't be denied or priced this way, it's unacceptable that this happened on a Friday night, when the (already questionable) "bottle on weekends" notice on the menu implies a price increase on weekends. It's a shame that "weekends" are different from Fridays (even though the tap water isn't even a bottle). A blatant attempt to extort money for a basic service. And I'm not saying it should be gratuitous attention; I'm referring to the WAY the waitress spoke and what the menu says. Additionally, I requested a herbal tea and plain chips, which were also denied due to the time. Furthermore, a friend of mine cut himself on the indecent, untreated wooden table. The key to this horrible experience was the waiters: rude and disinterested, an abomination. Rudeness seems to be the norm, not the exception. Basic requests are met with annoyance or ignored. There's no trace of professionalism or even the slightest effort to make the customer experience pleasant. It's clear that the customer here is an inconvenience. My second visit confirmed that this place is sinking. If the first time was a blip, this is evidence of an irreversible decline. Avoid it and spend your money where quality, respect, and service are not unknown. Absolutely not recommended. REPLY to "owner": Dear owner, Your reply unfortunately confirms the defensive and unwillingness to listen attitude I've already encountered in person. The point isn't the "value of the service" (if you'd at least deigned to read my previous comment, you'd have understood I'd have paid for the glass), but its quality: laughing in customers' faces, feeling superior (as happened the first time) or denying them herbal tea and chips isn't a "managerial choice." Making up the idea that after 10 PM on a FRIDAY (I don't know what your concept of a weekend is, but Friday certainly isn't) a glass of water should cost the same as an (overpriced) bottle, and using that as an excuse, is simply poor hospitality. Furthermore, you come to attack me, claiming I "have to pay for the service" when we were a table of eight and, instead of a drink like the others, I wanted a water because I had to drive. If you pay for service, you expect professionalism and respect, which you haven't even remotely seen. Calling a true story 'offensive' is also a way of not admitting that, with unclear menus and rude staff, the customer experience is the last thing on your mind. Ultimately, there's no point in you trying to discredit my (and other) negative reviews to justify the behavior of some of your employees. Just look at the dozens of reviews from people who, like me, have experienced the same treatment and the haughty and totally inappropriate attitudes from the staff, not to mention the endless wait. These reviews are present not only here on Google but also on other platforms (TripAdvisor). That said, my review is not intended to denigrate or insult (as you claim) the staff at your restaurant, but simply to report the facts as they have repeatedly occurred. I hope all this feedback opens your eyes, that you can improve, learn to accept criticism, and train your waiters. Best regards.

06/03/2026: They welcomed us even though it was almost closing time, and for that we thank them again. Two fantastic first courses. You could taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. The bucatini were perfectly cooked (not a given, having eaten them elsewhere).

05/02/2026: In the heart of Biella, this fantastic restaurant and pizzeria has absolutely amazing fresh food, with top notch ingredients. We had the mixed fritto misto as an entree and pizzas. Friendly service, we were lucky enough to have a whole room to ourselves since it was during lunch, but I can assure that dinner is a whole different business!
