14/04/2025: Ristorante con personale gentile e serio, dove il trattamento è UMANO, a differenza di quei ristoranti tipo AMAZON dove devi ordinare con il Tablet o App, dove il cibo ti arriva tutto assieme oppure non ti arriva affatto e NON sai con chi reclamare. 04/05/2025: Come in to try the cocktails. The proposal based on colors is interesting, which leads to the choice of mixtures based on refined recipes and unusual combinations. A couple of easy, refreshing long drinks, in an elegant atmosphere and welcomed by friendly staff. Must try!

12/04/2025: Bere molto buono ma personale sgarbato e maleducato. Eravamo una grande compagnia e appena arrivati ci hanno detto con tono non gentile " ma fare uno squillo era difficile?"

15/06/2025: A pranzo in questo ristorante nella parte alta del complesso di Oropa, con brutto tempo incombente (come pare capiti spesso da queste parti): per fortuna ci hanno trovato posto nella saletta superiore, all'interno del locale. Iniziamo con degli antipasti misti piuttosto ricchi ed anche abbondanti, per passare poi alla specialità del luogo: la polenta concia, piatto che non conoscevo davvero ricco di formaggio, burro e... colesterolo. Tutto buono, servizio ottimo e prezzi nella media. Decisamente promosso!

29/03/2025: A parte che nel locale fa freddo, il vitello tonnato era ancora buono ma poi 1h di attesa per i primi e: 2 paccheri che se metti del sugo mutti in una padella e lo butti sulla pasta è la stessa cosa, risotto alla liquirizia praticamente immangiabile al sapore di dentifricio e scotto e i plin...boh...ricotta e spinaci con dell'arrosto...ma perché?! Non so cosa dire

21/07/2025: We were there yesterday, 25 of us, never gone, but it's not recommended, we paid a lot and we didn't even receive the dishes we asked for... really absurd. Never again

28/07/2025: I could title this story, or if you prefer, this experience, "It happens in Biella." If you find yourself needing a pizzeria or a restaurant, the first thing we generally expect is to expect at least one of these places to be open. I don't know by what alchemy or coincidence, but after walking around the city I found all the pizzerias strictly closed. On one day, I didn't even suspect it. I asked the GPS in the car and it took me to Pizzeria La Piramide. The only place that was definitely open and available, especially at 10 pm. A true rarity. I was served very quickly, but when I received my pizza, besides finding the usual knives that didn't cut, I found a really good pizza, even if the size was questionable. I washed it all down with a small beer. I have to thank these gentlemen for welcoming me to their place at such a late hour. Thank you. The only downside is that you have to be careful not to finish your dinner too quickly, because they'll take your plate away in less than two thousand seconds... Could it be the late hour? Rating 7.5

21/07/2025: We visited the inn on Monday, two years after our stay, and were somewhat disappointed to find a decline in the quality of service and some of the dishes. We had to wait quite a while after ringing the bell (since no one was there), and as for the dishes, we were disappointed by the truly "wooden" beef stew, which should have been replaced with something else or not even included in the bill, and by the very "stiff" venison stew. There were also problems with the restroom, where the door to the men's room wouldn't close, and there wasn't enough water to flush the toilet in the women's room. We hope things can return to their former glory in the future.

02/07/2025: After a 10 Km mountain hike, we sat and enjoyed a good meal and a cold beer. Park your car here, have a coffee, then do your hike. Once back, sit down and have a great lunch and relax your muscles with a cup of coffee. Great location, good food, and friendly staff.

18/06/2025: I was disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere. I ordered the risotto with porcini and spinach on the side. The risotto was dry and tasteless. It must have been put under the grill for a while because it remained scorchingly hot throughout the meal. The spinach on the other hand was cold in parts and hot in other parts. Not once throughout the meal did anyone come to ask if everything was okay or if I wanted to order dessert or coffee. I was basically seated in the corner, served food and wine and left there.

24/08/2025: Let me start by saying that this is a purely subjective review. I'm sorry because I've often had good experiences, but today it was completely negative. The pizza wasn't cooked, there was a pizza plus beer and dessert promotion on the menu that said "EXCLUDING FISH-BASED PIZZAS," but then they told us verbally that wasn't the case because he said so and so it should be fine anyway. I repeat, verbally, when I asked why it wasn't written, I was told that it wasn't necessary to write because he decided and it was the same thing. The only positive thing was the waiter (who, despite being treated badly by a rude member of staff), works very well, very kind, helpful, friendly, and smiling. When we got to the cashier, they didn't even ask us if we liked it, and they didn't give us any explanations on the website, saying that just reading it is all written down is enough. As for me and my friends there, we won't be setting foot there again, even though we've been eating here for years.

18/07/2025: Went without reading any reviews. In the dark, in short, but let's be clear, Argentina and meat are an exceptional combination. Beautiful place with brick arches. Stunning. I chose the meat menu, which included sirloin, fillet, sirloin, ribs, and some good sausage. When I chewed, I could taste the intense flavor of the meat. They even have classic Argentine beer. Very easy to get to and park. Special praise to the girl who took care of the orders courteously, repeating things twice if necessary. Another plus is the lady grilling, sublime.
