02/06/2025: I expected more, I remembered it better

25/05/2025: I am the third person in the group of four who was treated unpleasantly by a waiter. After an evening at the Biella amusement park we said "why not, a coffee is in order" so we went to the Loft Cafe because it was the only bar open at that time. At first the service seemed excellent, we ordered at the counter and asked to sit outside because the tables inside were occupied and it was very hot. A very kind waitress found us a place at the last table outside. Our friend who had remained inside to pay however overheard a conversation between this waitress and the one who had taken our order in which this gentleman called us b****ds for sitting outside even though we had been escorted by his colleague. My partner who has a certified disability felt very bad about the gesture of this waiter, considering that it is not very pleasant to be insulted for free after a nice evening spent in company. I also feel entitled to add that the bathroom was in a pitiful state, fetid smell and dirty floor that is half enough. I doubt I will return to this place again, I had high expectations for it to be one of the bars proclaimed as fantastic.

13/04/2025: Si respira un’atmosfera allegra in una grande sala, adatta alle compagnie e alle famiglie. Proprio per questo sarebbe importante fare qualche intervento di insonorizzazione, al fine di favorire il dialogo tra i commensali. Ho trovato gli antipasti buoni e fedeli alla tradizione piemontese, così come la polenta concia. Le mezze penne ai carciofi e guanciale invece erano proprio scotte. Servizio da migliorare, un po’ scoordinato. Prezzi giusti.

26/04/2025: We took polenta concia venison and sausage with mushrooms. All very good. The top polenta.

23/04/2025: We were here on Easter Monday. The place was very full. We tried the cold cuts, cheese and hot appetizers. The start was disappointing (only the cheeses were saved). The continuation was however good with the polenta concia and the venison which were truly excellent dishes. Good service considering the amount of people.

04/05/2025: Come in to try the cocktails. The proposal based on colors is interesting, which leads to the choice of mixtures based on refined recipes and unusual combinations. A couple of easy, refreshing long drinks, in an elegant atmosphere and welcomed by friendly staff. Must try!

12/04/2025: Bere molto buono ma personale sgarbato e maleducato. Eravamo una grande compagnia e appena arrivati ci hanno detto con tono non gentile " ma fare uno squillo era difficile?"

30/05/2025: unfortunately every now and then I am forced to return to this restaurant for group dinners, it will be the fourth time in the last two years and I am never satisfied. I will start by saying that the service here is excellent and fast, the prices are low and the portions are huge, but the quality is non-existent. the grilled meat I ordered last time had a terrible taste, it seemed expired, and even the dishes of my companions were no better: there were those who did not trust themselves to eat "fresh" mozzarella and those who a whole pizza garnished with ham that not even in the worst discount store. I do not want to be rude, but perhaps it would be a good idea to give a little more priority to the quality of the food over the quantity.

12/05/2025: Two stars for the food... the mixed fried fish is only made up of prawns, squid and three battered courgettes. This would be punishable as fraud, because you write me one dish and then bring me another. I noticed that the ingredients of the dishes and any allergens were not indicated on the Alpine menu

10/05/2025: You eat on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups, practically a village festival. Pizza worse than the supermarket and 6 types of pizzas. Alpine gathering perhaps they didn't understand. A couple near our table have steel cutlery, something doesn't add up 🤷‍♂️

19/05/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance during a visit to Biella. The pizzas are really delicious, with tasty and fresh ingredients. The premises are very normal, nothing fancy but really clean, quiet and there is also the possibility of eating in the internal garden, really a surprise. Finally, the prices are very fair. We will be back, keep it up.

16/05/2025: good pizzeria with exquisite staff and beautiful garden, seen from the street the place doesn't look great but in the summer I strongly recommend going to eat in the garden, also suitable for a birthday party and similar

06/04/2025: We ate excellent quality fish, super generous portions and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back 😁 thanks for the fabulous dinner and for the super desserts: Sicilian cassata and pistachio mousse! We couldn't do without the shoe for spaghetti with seafood! Congratulations, highly recommended!

29/03/2025: A parte che nel locale fa freddo, il vitello tonnato era ancora buono ma poi 1h di attesa per i primi e: 2 paccheri che se metti del sugo mutti in una padella e lo butti sulla pasta è la stessa cosa, risotto alla liquirizia praticamente immangiabile al sapore di dentifricio e scotto e i plin...boh...ricotta e spinaci con dell'arrosto...ma perché?! Non so cosa dire

07/02/2025: I went to dinner inspired by the good reviews, but never again or people don't understand anything about food or the reviews are fake, linguine with clams pasta with a liter of oil very strong southern oil that not everyone likes pasta without salt and I'm not one to eat very salty, I don't eat them I send them back the waitress instead of worrying she snorts I avoid discussion and I order a meuniare sole full of burnt butter final touch on top of the butter capers vinegar. I ask for the bill 120 euros 2 people 60 euros each I won't add anything else but better

09/10/2024: Introduction: I was in this restaurant in August. Simply avoid. I'm sorry to give negative reviews to people who dedicate their time to a profession but this home restaurant has nothing positive. If we can gloss over the location by adopting the excuse of a home restaurant, we cannot do the same with the dishes served. Poor quality food coming mostly from industrial and frozen packages which loses even more points when the final bill is very high. I hope that this review, together with the many other similar ones, can make the owners reflect on the future of the business which can only improve.
