15/01/2026: I never write negative reviews because I find it demeaning and unnecessary, but today it's necessary because it seems like the only way to communicate this. The instructions on the medium combo menu on Glovo were clear: "1 whole chicken, generous potatoes, 4 sauces of your choice, and 2 Cokes." At the end, it's also reiterated (in case it wasn't clear): "Accompanied by our soft and tasty baked potatoes." We only get the chicken and the Cokes. We were about to call to report the absence of the potatoes (and sauces), thinking it was an oversight, and a young man told us that he had placed the order and the potatoes weren't there (the receipt also proved him right). The point was that the menu clearly stated that the potatoes were there (and also 4 sauces, if we're being picky). Even when we insisted, the man continued to tell us that the potatoes weren't in the order and that we should file a complaint with Glovo, which we obviously did. We've been ordering from you for years, when you weren't yet well-known, when chicken and potatoes cost about €6 less, and we were always treated with the utmost kindness. Tonight, you washed your hands of the matter, placing all the blame on Glovo for a mistake entirely your own. We weren't interested in a refund, just in not being ripped off, and you had to make up for it somehow. Mistakes are legitimate and understandable, and we'll certainly continue to buy your chicken, but ridiculing your customers is unacceptable, because there are always people behind delivery orders.

04/07/2025: In occasione della festa del 4 Luglio, cercavamo un locale dove poter cenare. Abbiamo trovato Osteria Cavour, che si presenta come un tratattoria per lavoratori a pranzo, discreta ma con una buona posizione. Innanzitutto le proposte vegetariane sono le solite (pizza vegetariana e pasta al sugo), inoltre non tutte le proposte scritte sul menu erano a disposizione. Abbiamo optato per ordinare due pizze, una pasta e una bistecca (sempre perchè la braciola era finita). Pizze che sembravano surgelate aspettate per più di mezz'ora e una pasta all'arrabbiata attesa per ben 45 minuti (arrivata tra il crudo e il tanto al dente)... La bistecca accettabile e ben cotta. Un quartino di vino rosso bollente, e due acque naturali. Per la modica cifra di 49 euro. Vi chiederte come sono stati pagati? Con il POS no, perchè non andava la linea, in contanti non c'era il resto. In tutto ciò niente da dire al cameriere giovane, bravissimo ed educatissimo. Almeno c'era l'aria condizionata.

19/02/2026: The room was dated, like the rest of the property, and therefore had a vaguely musty odor, and the pillow was uncomfortable. We found a hair in a croissant at breakfast and in a slice of meat at dinner. Two in one day, I'd say, too many. Through the half-open kitchen door, I noticed that staff were inside without headphones. The location is excellent and strategic. Considering the price, I would have expected more. Roberto Santoni

01/05/2025: Gita fuori porta in famiglia a recetto di candelo prenotato il ristorante trovato su Google !! Posto molto caratteristico e n pietra e legno veramente ben fatto , disposto su 3 livelli uno meglio dell’altro !! Proprietari e personale di una gentilezza raffinata !! Cibo ottimo di qualità e porzioni più che adeguate !! Prezzo assolutamente onesto !!!

03/05/2025: Per me, è stata una bella scoperta: trovare un ristorante,all'interno di un benzinaio! Vasta scelta nel menù e si possono scegliere sia alla carta,sia con le formule a € 13 a testa!!! Primi e secondi squisiti e anche i dolci! Servizio veloce e ragazze molto gentili!!!

13/04/2025: Ottima qualità dei cibi, specialmente il stracotto a prezzi ottimi. Ci sarà sicuramente una prossima volta.........
