Percorrendo una strada di collina, tra alberi da frutta e prati, ci siamo trovati davanti ad un’elegante, quanto sobria, realtà, da cui non saremmo più voluti venire via. Una casa, un bel pergolato sotto il quale tavoli apparecchiati senza fronzoli inutili, pietanze belle, gustose, colorate, offerte generosamente. E una pace che sa di ricordi antichi. È difficile comunicare la gioia che abbiamo provato.
