11/06/2025: Yesterday, Tuesday 10 June, around 3:00 pm .... Attractive location, professional staff, menu with good choice (I took a good and well-presented Fassone steak), fair price: shame about the modest offer of wine by the glass ..... embarrassed, I refused a glass of mediocre red wine presented as Barbera (they very kindly refused my decision to pay for it). In any case, I will return.

31/05/2025: I've been to this place for breakfast many times and always found it to be a good spot. Unfortunately, the experience during the aperitif was terrible. We ordered an Aperol Spritz and a glass of Prosecco. The Aperol had tons of ice and almost no alcohol. The glass of Prosecco was downright ridiculous: they served such a ridiculous amount that we had to ask if they were serious or joking. The worst part: as soon as they brought the food, they came to charge us, as if they wanted to kick us out. The waiters were friendly; the problem clearly comes from the management. It's a shame, because the place is nice, but with this level of service, I don't recommend it.

20/03/2025: Compared to how it was before it closed for renovations, it's honestly a huge disappointment. Before, in addition to Longo's typical products, you could also find local products; now, it's Sardinian products. Frankly, for Sardinian products, I go to a specialty store where they have them everywhere, not Longo's. My objections were justified: "We specialize in cutting boards." I'll go to a bar or snack bar, then. I repeat, it's a real disappointment. Not to mention the charade they put on to avoid paying less than €10 with the POS terminal. Pathetic.

28/04/2025: Very nice environment, everything very well looked after... counter, tables, display. Very polite service (always) and available for any questions (we were on a bike... I knew the delicacies of this pastry shop... we both took an "apple in a bundle"... the lady gave us a saucer, napkins, two forks and warmed up the breakfast...!!!). Food: stop to see/buy the cakes, pretzels, jams, jellies they prepare... a dream!

09/03/2025: Very kind staff, exquisite pastries, but I only gave one star to the service as the pastries were served to me with my hands and not with tongs and the same person was the one I found at the checkout....

05/05/2025: Nel cuore delle Dolomiti e recentemente rinnovato, il rifugio offre camere eleganti e una zona wellness, rendendolo ideale sia per escursionisti che per sciatori. La cucina propone piatti gourmet, apprezzati per la qualità e la presentazione. Con musica di sottofondo è ideale a qualsiasi ora.

09/04/2025: Bellissimo ristorante con vista Marmolada… se vuoi mangiare carne di qualità non puoi che non andare lì… bellissimo il connubio arrosto e montagna … che dire lo consiglio a tutti gli sciatori della zona . Mi raccomando però di prenotare che è sempre full…

18/01/2025: A place I already knew. Reunion with colleagues. Ordered a plate of pizzoccheri. I'd say good. Refreshment point adjacent to the gym, recommended for a quick lunch during a work break, menu that varies every week. Dynamic and young environment. Recommended, also because, in the area, there is nothing better.

01/07/2025: Honest quality/price ratio. Convenient for those who work/study at the polytechnic, affordable prices (there are 3 possible menu formulas: trio dish, first course, side dish and fruit or second course, side dish and fruit) and quite tasty dishes, with normal portions.

03/07/2025: Unfortunately, despite the suggestive location, I have to leave this review to prevent others from suffering the same disservice that we suffered, who had a wonderbox for a stay. Once we got there, we realized that our reservation had not been marked (made at least 3 months before) and that our box had therefore transformed into a "free" dinner, in quotes because despite having left us without accommodation, the owner also asked us for €10 for the desserts that were not included in this phantom menu. The lady found us a replacement accommodation, which however was not convenient for us and despite being made aware that what had happened had created a problem for us, she continued to justify herself, accusing us of not having made it clear that we needed accommodation... despite the box with an explanatory name and several messages where we actually requested a room. Given the many negative reviews on similar experiences, we were not the only ones to have had problems so I would recommend being more careful with the reservations made but above all to question yourself more, given that at least from what we could see it seemed like a very suggestive place.

21/06/2025: Terrible experience, mess everywhere, dirt, inedible dinner with rice salad and hard and burnt ribs, unworthy of a farmhouse, we ran away the next day, even giving up breakfast and losing a €200 package, the owner didn't even show up to collect the keys, they don't have the courage to face customers... Not recommended, reported to Smartbox

25/06/2025: Too bad, I enter with a large plate of cold pasta salad on display, very inviting... today (3.20 pm) I haven't been able to eat yet, I haven't been able to stop yet. I ask if I can eat, rudely. "The kitchen is closed!", I ask for an orange juice, I ask if I can sit down? "3 €", on the table there was a half-drunk coffee and some water, I take them and bring them to the counter, and no thanks, I drink my orange juice, I take the bottle and the glass and bring it to the counter to put it down, nothing, I leave saying goodbye, silence despite everything seasoned with a 😅 smile, but nothing! Maybe it wouldn't be necessary to review the good manners? I cover the heat... but...

17/02/2025: Excellent bar in Castel Sant'Angelo Rieti, very kind staff, fantastic coffee and croissants, also excellent pizza and tarts like I used to, I recommend going there.

15/06/2025: I had been wanting to get a pizza from them for a while, I managed to do so and was disappointed, baby pizza, small, shape out of the ordinary, not even almost round, and it seemed like I was eating rubber, I'm sorry because I really wanted it and I expected at least good. Ingredients thrown away like this... Takeaway price I wouldn't say good for what I ate... Oh well

30/06/2025: I thought it was a restaurant with no charisma and grumpy service!! The service that walked around, was only sighing and groaning and not nice to the customers. The food was also bad. A salad mista with 3 lettuce leaves and 2 slices of tomato really too crazy for words. It was supposed to be a festive evening because my husband celebrated his 2 year old kidney transplant but this restaurant was not a good move! They will never see us again!

20/03/2025: Truly excellent pizza, in all aspects, cooking, flavour, quality of the ingredients and then accompanied by an excellent ice-cold draft beer, the service was also good.

12/07/2025: If I could give less than one star I would, it's a place without any sense, a huge arrogance in the service, non-existent portions, a menu bordering on embarrassing, and then you should know about Piedmontese tomini... you served some cheeses... bah
