Trattoria Gargino In Re

The best ‘in the middle of nowhere’ food I’ve ever had. Everything is home made. The trout seemed straight from nearby river and the millefeuille worth a bravo. Despite very old school - it’s definitely worth stopping!

A trattoria with sixties-style home cooking, which expresses local authenticity and flavours. It is not located on the main street but a little out of the way. You can enjoy a beautiful view and in summer, if you can eat outdoors, it must be a spectacle. Polenta crostone with tomino and porcini mushrooms, venison bruscitt with polenta, apple pie with cream, coffee affogato, water and wine and coffee, all for less than 30 euros each. The staff is all made up of friendly and select women.

Quando arrivi e varchi la sala da pranzo sei rimbalzato indietro agli anni 80, (mancava la musica.. ) Comunque parlando di cibo non è malvagio, il problema è il costo,troppo troppo caro. Il personale è gente, ti servono a raffica come se ti devono liquidare in breve tempo per fare posto ad altri clienti anche se non ci sono.. Non mi piace sconsigliare un ristorante, però se vi guardate in giro c’è decisamente di meglio.

In gita a Re sono stato a pranzo. Classica trattoria dove a pranzo vanno operai. Menù a prezzo fisso durante la settimana. Buon rapporto qualità e prezzo nel menù fisso.
