The portions may be a bit small, but all are very tasty and high-quality, served with good wine (if requested).

I wanted to try the traditional local dish "Bollito misto," but it was hard to find in Turin. Although I found the popular Ristorante Solferino, I ended up searching elsewhere. Once, at a restaurant in Verona, a cart of Bollito misto was brought to the table, and it looked just like a Japanese oden hotpot. I was so impressed with it that I couldn't forget it, so I searched for it in Turin too.
I think this restaurant is fantastic. It's a small restaurant located north of Turin's Royal Palace, and I honestly don't want to tell anyone about it.
The place is beautiful; the photos don't do it justice. Combined with the serene atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff, it's a gem worth saving and returning to.
The interesting menu offers various Piedmontese dishes, available à la carte or with a choice of menus.
Depending on the season, they also serve boiled meats, mixed fried fish, and other local specialties.
The dishes are tasty, beautifully plated, and balanced, accompanied by a good wine recommended by the owner and fresh bread.
We were truly thrilled with the menu and will definitely be back.
Reservations are required as the place has limited tables.

This restaurant serves Piedmontese cuisine for dine-in or takeout: electric or green tomini cheeses, cured meats, Russian salad, appetizers, pasta dishes like ravioli or gnocchi, cheeses like Castelmagno or Toma, bagna calda (a warm sauce), boiled meats, Piedmontese fritto misto (fried meats), sausage, cotechino (a type of cotechino), and matching sauces like mustard. The wine list is extensive.
The atmosphere is quiet and dimly lit: there are about a dozen seats inside.
The owner is very friendly.
As with other stores, the initiative to discount short-shelf products through the Too Good to Go app is commendable, so they don't spoil and food is not wasted.

Everything was truly excellent, the food quality was top-notch and the service excellent. If I really had to make one small complaint, I'd prefer the portions to be a little larger. We'll definitely be back. The salsa verde reminded me of the one my grandmother used to make, so it was exceptional.
