11/05/2025: I'm sorry to leave such a low review but we're just not there... Small cup and not in line with the price. In addition to this, the three flavors that were served to me had a terrible consistency. Overly smooth and melt them. Not even time to taste a few teaspoons before the ice cream was already water... Furthermore, I asked for the caramel flavor but I was served the fiordilatte flavour. Flavors too delicate in my opinion...

22/05/2025: Wonderful place for relaxation and chatting in company. The environment is comfortable, original and was created from an industrial warehouse of Remmert s.p.a. The furniture used is what the workers used during their working day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast made here has a retro flavor. I highly recommend a visit.

30/06/2025: There were 7 of us for dinner at Il Gatto e la Volpe, a truly pleasant place located in a suggestive position, overlooking the Lago Piccolo di Avigliana. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The service was fast and professional, with attentive and helpful staff. A curious and pleasant detail is the presence of a robotic waiter who delivers the smaller dishes, adding a technological and original touch to the experience. We mainly ordered pizza, which turned out to be of excellent quality: well cooked, with fragrant dough and fresh ingredients. A choice that satisfied all the diners. Also very interesting is the initiative of the QR code to scan at the table, which allows you to participate in a small game with immediate prizes, such as chips, discounts on the bill or a bottle of sparkling wine. A nice idea that makes the experience even more engaging. In short, Il Gatto e la Volpe offers an excellent combination of quality and location. Highly recommended: we will definitely be back.

15/06/2025: Cena e degustazione vini è un’esperienza fantastica . È la prima volta che mi approccio a fare un test del genere e mi sento di dire che è stato superato a pieni voti. Anche il tour della cantina è stata un evento eccezionale e indimenticabile grazie ad Alessio che con passione e semplicità ha spiegato come nasce il vino. Poi voglio ringraziare Luca che nonostante la sua giovane età è stato un ottimo sommelier al tavolo. Oltre a vini eccezionali abbiamo degustato una cena da livello ristorante stellato. Complimenti alla famiglia Sobrero per quello che creato.

05/06/2025: It was absolutely an excellent experience, of quality, in an enchanting context. Everything absolutely perfect and more. First time at Fosco Bistrot, a day organized by Salvano cantine, which included a visit to the cellars with an aperitif attached, and lunch, with a traditional Piedmontese menu for the occasion, and the pairing of wines with the various courses. Highly recommended. I will definitely return, to taste the dishes of the absolutely rich and inviting à la carte menu. Appreciated and more, the competence, courtesy, welcome of all the staff and owners. An excellent reality. Thank you!
