09/04/2025: Sabato sera, cena organizzata all'ultimo momento, dove andare per mangiare un buon piatto con un buon bicchiere di vino? Antico Cappelverde ovviamente, chiamo e anche se era un orario un po' al limite ci accolgono con serenità e professionalità. Partiamo col dire che hanno rinnovato la carta (lo fanno spesso seguendo la stagionalità di prodotti e tempo), assaggiamo la tartare Ca'di mat col tuorlo croccante e gocce di robiola di Roccaverano e la tradizione ( un mix di antipasti piemontesi). Primi i loro agnolotti di stufato col loro sugo fatto come la nonna comanda, e gnocchi alla carbonara monferrina, particolari e golosi. Alziamo il tiro con i secondi, la loro bistecca Milano senza osso, la mia esente contorni era 540gr, e il fiocco di filetto con salsa di gamba di pernice..... Spettacolari entrambi. Tavolata da 6, abbiamo fatto fatica, ma abbiamo portato a casa la vittoria con lo stupore genuino del titolare. Non abbiamo preso il dolce, non ci stava più nulla. Concludendo, conto più che giusto, con una qualità altissima e ricerca costante di nuovi piatti della tradizione piemontese ormai dimenticati. Lo stra consiglio a tutti di andarci, non rimarrete delusi, anzi......

11/03/2025: I booked a dinner for my nephew's birthday, there were 15 people and I was almost certain that it would be a nice evening. Wow, what a carefully decorated room, the fabulous menu, all super welcoming. I recommend it. Thanks to Mrs Carlotta and Matteo. The guests were super satisfied

01/06/2025: Total disappointment: non-existent organization and terrible service We went to this restaurant on the evening of 05/31 and unfortunately the experience was really negative. We had called to book, but no one warned us that there would be a fixed menu for everyone: we only found out once we arrived, when there was no alternative. As soon as we sat down, the bench at our table broke and none of the staff intervened or took an interest in the matter. The service was disastrous: we remained seated from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm and only received the appetizers, which were few and miserable - a piece of bread with ham per person, two tomini to share between eight people, and some raw vegetables. For each dish we had to ask several times, and even then nothing else ever arrived. After three hours of waiting, tired and hungry, we got up and went to ask for the bill up until that point, without having seen even the shadow of the first course, the second course or the dessert, despite the fixed menu of €35 including them. And the final bill? €270 for eight people: €30 each for a miserable appetizer, two bottles of wine and three of water. A rip-off. A surreal evening, badly managed from every point of view. We certainly won't be back and we can only strongly advise against this place.

04/04/2025: È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che umano Sui piatti niente da dire a cominciare dalla cocotte come antipasto che ci è stata suggerita, ottima la tartare e spaziali le ravioles al tomino di Melle ❤️ Un gradino sotto i tajarin cacio e pepe (giustamente chiamato eretico) Complice una giornata calma, il ragazzo in sala ci ha dedicato tanto tempo spiegandoci i piatti, quello che c’è dietro, la filosofia del locale e consigliandoci un calice di vino locale, il Pelaverga. Davvero un’ottima pausa pranzo

10/06/2025: The best ice cream I've ever tasted! A perfect balance between the classics (pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, etc.) and more original flavors that are definitely worth the detour. The products are clearly artisanal. A special mention goes to the salespeople, who are very friendly and French-speaking, which makes the welcome even more enjoyable.

25/05/2025: Dopo una vita che passiamo davanti a questo locale, finalmente siamo riusciti a venirci a mangiare. Due menù degustazione da 38 euro con 5 anticipasti, due primi, con costata o grigliata mista alla brace; vino, acqua, dolce, caffè inclusi. Antipasti molto buoni (carne cruda con scaglie di grana, insalata russa, terrina di carni bianche su insalatina mista, peperoni al forno con bagnetto verde e acciuga e involtino di asparagi con speck su crema di parmigiano); risotto con ortiche e una cremina di formaggio e agnolotti con sugo di arrosto (buoni gli agnolotti, sugo un po’ poco gustoso); la grigliata buona ma effettivamente con troppa salsiccia. Ottimi i dolci della casa (bavarese al mango su crema al cocco e millefoglie con crema pasticciera e gocce di cioccolato). Locale ordinato e carino, pensavo fosse più spartano ma meglio così! Servizio buono. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

07/05/2025: Domenica 4 maggio siamo stati in questo ristrante per la comunione di mia figlia. Che dire? Posto molto bello (salendo su a Verzuolo), molto curato e pranzo super con ottimi prodotti del territorio cucinati in modo divino! Tutti i commensali sono rimasti soddisfatti del menù e del posto...ottimo anche il servizio (ogni tanto leggemrente frettoloso) e i camerieri tutti moltogentili. Eravamo sistemati in 4 tavoli rotondi molto spaziosi e abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di avere un tavolino vicino per fare le foto con la torta e su cui sistemare palloncini e bomboniere. Oltre a noi c'erano altri commernsali ma sistemati in modo distante per cui non ci siamo disturbati in nessun modo. Dal salone si accede a un cortile interno da una parte e ai giardinetti pubblici delimitati da siepi e cancello dall'altra. In questo modo anche i bambini si sono divertiti molto giocando senza grandi pericoli non dovendo allontanarsi troppo. Anche questo ristorante ha contribuito a rendere la giornata indimenticabile! Lo consiglio sicuramente a chiunque abbia un evento da festeggiare.

23/05/2025: Siamo arrivati alle 19:30, ma siamo stati serviti nello stesso momento di un tavolo arrivato un’ora dopo, alle 20:30. I tempi d’attesa sono stati lunghissimi e l’esperienza complessivamente molto negativa. L’antipasto è arrivato alle 20:20, e il primo piatto — un risotto — ci è stato servito solo alle 21:20. Dopo tutta questa attesa, ci siamo trovati davanti a un risotto liquido, eccessivamente salato e completamente immangiabile: non lo abbiamo nemmeno toccato. Avevamo anche chiesto espressamente che la carne fosse ben cotta, ma ci è stata servita rosa. Non l’abbiamo mangiata. Non importa cosa pensa lo chef: se il cliente chiede una cottura ben precisa, va rispettata. Alla cassa abbiamo segnalato tutto, ma nessuno ci ha detto nemmeno una parola di scuse o mostrato un minimo di cortesia. Servizio disorganizzato, tempi inaccettabili e qualità del cibo scarsa. Non torneremo mai più e sconsigliamo vivamente questo ristorante.
