09/11/2024: Locale molto particolare non distante da Serravalle Scrivia e attaccato alla zona del Vitigni del Gavi! Abbiamo mangiato bene! Buone le pizze, gli hamburger e ottima anche la carta dei vini e birre artigianali! Servizio ottimo! Unico neo a mio avviso forse un po’ eccessivo, il prezzo della birra artigianale da 75 ml a 14 euro e grappa a 7 euro! Nel complesso lo consiglio per una piacevole serata!

14/09/2024: Porzioni veramente buone e abbondanti, con un po’ di attesa ma ne è valsa la pena. Anche la pizza veramente deliziosa! Personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Consiglio spassionato: anche se siete molto sazi, prendete ugualmente il dolce😉

01/01/2025: Menù a base di pesce, 90€ con vini e amari inclusi Si parte con tris d antipasti di pesce, il polpo e tonno veramente notevoli e si passa per il cotechino. Dopo come primo un ottimo risotto con capesante e i ravioli di melanzane che erano i più buoni. Ottimo anche il secondo con il trancio di salmone. Dolce e caffè con brindisi finale. Rispetto ad altri capodanni posso dire di aver mangiato veramente bene. Porzioni giuste e facevano anche il bis di primi. La serata in sé è andata bene, l'età media era sui 60/70. Posto molto bello anche per matrimoni

20/11/2024: Poco distante da Acqui Terme questo ristorante è stata , veramente, una bellissima esperienza. Cucina del territorio di alta qualità . Locale molto piacevole con tavoli alla giusta distanza. Servizio tempestivo e molto gentile. Carta dei vini di buon livello. Rapporto qualità prezzo di ottimo livello. Consigliato

02/03/2025: I had already been to Tuorlo in July 2024 and I was struck by the exterior of the location, with attention to detail, with the presence of an olive tree in the center that made it special. The food (chosen à la carte) was appreciated even if the service was a bit on the border between friendliness and invasiveness. Despite these first impressions, I selected the place to celebrate an event that was very important to me. A month before, an exchange of emails began, which ended with a meeting in person (due to my excessive zeal): there were two requests that we wanted and on which I was very firm and abundantly reassured. An exchange of messages also followed, which reiterated my needs. Lunch was a total disaster: starting with the absolutely disorganized and careless service, made of unfortunate jokes and unexpected slips in a place like this (but not even from a restaurant not in the MICHELIN Guide do you expect the waiter to want to pour the red wine in the same glass as the initial bubbles, especially if the customer insists that the glass is not his. The answer was "first of all you can switch from white to red and secondly you are with the family, you know if you can drink from other people's glasses"). The requirements of the menu were not respected even though they were reiterated with great care and the whole thing was seasoned (or perhaps I should say unseasoned) with careless jokes that embarrassed me and the rest of the diners. The head waiter tried to make up for the mistake by improvising some dedicated dishes, the appetizer of which was inedible due to its saltiness; the first course was literally boiled rice, cold and unseasoned (moreover, if you reiterate that you don't eat an ingredient, you can't put it on the plate in the form of a wafer "easy to remove if you don't want it"). The second course was good and with an appreciated change of side dish (shame about the comments that accompanied it, embarrassing). Between one course and the next, we waited about 40 minutes, a complaint shared, moreover, with the rest of the room. The last gem was the cake: I had asked for a sentence to be written and three days before I had been reassured, both by phone, during the meeting and also in chat. Obviously nothing, just a candle. All this was managed with a discount of €20 on a really really high total that I would have paid more willingly if everything had been consistent with expectations: I turned to them aware of the costs. This review is not intended to speak badly of a place, absolutely with excellent potential but to invite you to be very clear when organizing events and to insist firmly on your requests, especially if related to your health. Furthermore, it would be important to reflect on the comments that are addressed: everything can be managed by inviting people to talk to each other aside, for example, or, very simply, by bringing dishes designed and prepared ad hoc (e.g. from other tasting itineraries, which I was guaranteed).

26/02/2025: Very good experience. 100% recommended. The very friendly and close service. Good wine recommendations. Very complete menus. I went with my partner and we were able to order two different menus, which allowed us to try a greater variety of dishes, which was a success. Correct price

She understands the customer and knows how to understand his tastes. Yesterday at the Insieme restaurant it was wonderful from the food to the location... on Christmas day it will feel like entering a fairytale world

19/01/2025: Pizzeria caldamente consigliata per qualità degli ingredienti e dell'impasto. Poca varietà nei dolci ma tiramisù buono (meglio pochi ma buoni). Prezzi onesti. Locale carino e pulito, personale giovane e cortese. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo se di passaggio.

02/02/2025: Informal and nice tavern style place. The (young) staff were friendly and put you at ease. Menu with local and seafood dishes. It may vary depending on availability (they offered us truffles and a sea bream which were not on the menu). Excellent value for money. The three of us paid a total of €91: two starters, two first courses, a second course of meat, a side dish, two glasses of wine. We made a reservation (in fact it was better that way since the place was full). Single app nto: the room where we ate was (in my opinion) a little cold. We will definitely be back.

05/01/2025: Trattoria found in the Slow Food book, we wanted to try it and it was a great idea. Very characteristic restaurant, very good food and very fresh raw materials (especially the typical Novara risotto), precise and kind service. The only advice I can give is to provide yourself with more high chairs for children and perhaps provide a support for changing children.

19/02/2025: They treated us very well, very helpful and even improvised a dinner for a vegan (which is not easy for the type of cuisine they do) with very little notice on a Saturday evening. The cuisine is simple and traditional but excellent.
