16/07/2025: They always offer the same menu (which can be changed upon request): cold cuts from Valchiusella, chestnuts in butter, vegetable flan, fresh Valchiusella tometta and boiled potatoes (a typical dish from Valchiusella), polenta concia and non with wild boar and veal, dessert and coffee.

08/05/2025: Beautiful, panoramic location, pleasant food without excess, truly terrible service! There were 6 of us, we ordered bottles of wine (not the mediocre quality loose wine) which was simply brought to the table without tasting with an inadequate glass. Staff evidently recovered at the last minute with evident difficulties in relating to customers. Finally, at the time of payment (in cash) the owner dismissed us without a receipt, in short "run away, take it, go"! NB: We were with friends from Lombardy who had suggested the suggestive location! We won't be back, the farm is good but they underestimate the most demanding customers.

03/08/2025: Four of us went and really enjoyed the evening! The Piedmontese cuisine was excellent: the vitello tonnato was top-notch, but also the tender pork cheek; I loved it. The atmosphere was relaxed, the dishes were carefully prepared... in short, a place worth keeping in mind and definitely worth returning to.

30/07/2025: A lovely refuge to stop for lunch midway through the hike. The staff is very friendly, and the service is informal and friendly, yet still attentive. The food isn't the best I've had in the area, but it's still good! Prices are a bit high; if the main courses and desserts were €1 less, I'd find it more reasonable. Highly recommended; I highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

23/07/2025: Easy hike with lunch stop. A trio of tomini cheeses, two giardiniera pasta with tuna, polenta concia, tagliatelle with venison ragu, two gnocchi with butter and wild thyme, a tarte tatin, three coffees, a half-bottle of red wine, focaccia, €120, all delicious, we'll be back.

18/05/2025: My daughter's first communion was celebrated in this location. Giorgia was professional, prepared, welcoming and available. Very special place, all the guests liked it. High-level catering, excellent barbecue. You helped make our day special!

24/07/2025: I discovered it last year on my way back from vacation, purely by chance. It's inconvenient for me to go there directly, but it's a regular stop every time I pass through Casale or on the highway. The pinsa is top-quality, made with traditional and authentic ingredients. The staff is friendly and attentive. Well done!

22/06/2025: The atmosphere at b-evolution makes you feel at home: the staff is present and prepared, the food is excellent, the choice of gin is exceptional. Anyone who loves good food and good drink cannot miss the opportunity to frequent a place like this. I will be back soon!

18/11/2024: Rispetto al passato (l’anno scorso) a nostro avviso c’è stato un notevole peggioramento. Il menù è praticamente sempre lo stesso, ma, non andandoci spesso, non è una nota particolarmente negativa. Quello che ci ha deluso è la preparazione dei cibi che è stata decisamente poco curata. La cipolla, per esempio, era di una qualità meno pregiata di quella che eravamo soliti trovare (seppure sia indicata come di “Cureggio”) era più piccola, cruda e mancava assolutamente di sapore soprattutto se paragonata alla precedente versione con la (necessaria) salsiccia alla quale eravamo abituati (il prezzo di 16 euro, nella versione proposta, è oltretutto eccessivo). Anche la calamarata era cruda e con un condimento (crema di broccoli, perché il resto era “non pervenuto”) “senza arte né parte”. I secondi invece ben fatti, ma non tali da potere recuperare la delusione. Forse è stata una “serata no” dello chef o magari quest’ultimo non era più lo stesso dell’anno scorso.

17/07/2025: Good evening everyone, despite the overall positive experience, I'm taking the liberty of giving this pastry shop a negative review. These pastries were cloying and tasted of everything except pistachio or hazelnut, inedible, and not to mention the cream, which looked beautiful but tasted like absolutely poor quality.
