A pizzeria from another era. I returned after about 45 years, and the atmosphere remained unchanged. The pan pizza and farinata were truly delicious. Just in time, though, because this historic establishment is also closing its doors. Thank you.

We stumbled into this tiny restaurant with about 20 seats on a Sunday evening, a party of five. We received a very warm welcome and were offered a taste of the farina y'a, which we hadn't tried before – quite good. This was followed by pasta and veal Milanese, both delicious. The house wine was just like the house wine! The service was very friendly and quick. The restaurant seemed to be frequented almost exclusively by locals, and the prices were very reasonable. Far from the chains and luxury establishments, for a good, typical, and quick meal, I recommend it. However, the restrooms were a bit less than ideal (squat toilets, not spotless).

10/05/2026: We visited on Saturday evening for the first time, to conclude a wonderful family afternoon after watching the spectacular daffodils bloom at Pian delle Nere. At Minichin, we were welcomed by Vera and Diego, the chef. We dined in a small room with a spectacular view. We started with appetizers recommended by Vera, and what can I say...excellent and plentiful. Then the first and second courses were truly excellent, both in quality and quantity. I highly recommend this restaurant, and you'll rediscover the true flavors of meticulously prepared Piedmontese cuisine. I recommend making a reservation. We'll gladly return. Oh, and I almost forgot...excellent value.
04/05/2026: Without going into details, my experience at this restaurant was mediocre. Nothing exceptional, neither in the menu nor the quality of the ingredients nor in the service. Prices tended to be on the high side, in my opinion, given the overall quality of everything.

02/06/2026: Excellent pan-fried pizza, soft yet crispy, tasty, and made with high-quality ingredients. The appetizers are equally impressive: the farinata is superb, and the fried anchovies and zucchini are plentiful and delicious!
