12/06/2025: Takeaway pizza: Excellent quality but they are being clever! Average service Last time they robbed me of €7 for 2 cans of Coke This time I bought the drinks elsewhere but I was robbed differently: for adding very few chips on a single pizza they took €3. Kudos to the cleverness I want to answer you.... The Coke were in cans, the ones that cost €1.50 at the vending machines at most, if they had been in glass I would have recycled them because they are so cute. The pizza with chips was one but you marked down 2. Unfortunately I saw the receipt late, otherwise I would have taken a photo of both pizzas to show you

19/05/2025: I have to compliment the staff and the owner, they were very kind and helpful... We booked the day before for 19 people for a communion à la carte menu where there is really a lot of choice and I must say that even though the dishes were not all the same we waited little. The portions were abundant and the prices reasonable, we will gladly return and thank you

05/06/2025: We ordered this cold table with various goat cheeses, cured coppa, salami and this wonderful orange marmalade! The wine, without words! Very good! And the service was truly a pleasure. €60.00 for four people... It was a pleasure to spend every cent, because we were there with family from Brazil and I can truly say: It was a spectacular experience! I recommend you!

28/04/2025: Raramente capita di mangiare tutto così bene in un ristorante, piatti tipici della cucina siciliana squisiti, con un bell'impiattamento e porzioni adeguate, stinco di maiale molto meglio che in Germania, tris di arancini spettacolare e migliore di quelli assaggiati in Sicilia, caponata ottima, carne di una qualità difficile da trovare in un ristorante, cannoli esagerati. Personale gentilissimo, locale molto carino ed elegante, conto alla cassa assolutamente concorrenziale rispetto a quanto offerto. Sicuramente ritorneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

28/05/2025: We happened to be there with friends, we were really satisfied. Spaghetti with clams in foil was top!!!!!!!! Crispy and dry mixed fried food. Recommended+++++

21/06/2025: We arrived at the restaurant a little late but there was no problem. We ate delicious tagliolini with venison ragù and a typical local polenta. The cuisine is very well prepared and offers a typical mountain menu. The staff and the owner (Antonio) are very kind and hospitable. We will be back soon, very willingly.

14/02/2025: Mountain restaurant with typical furnishings, simple and clean premises. Our visits have always been on Sundays when a fixed menu consisting of four starters, two first courses, two second courses and dessert is offered. The cuisine is simple and homely but the dishes offered are decidedly good and plentiful, plus they review all the courses. The service from the young managers was very kind. At the end of the meal the cook goes out to go around the tables to check whether the food was liked by the diners. The bill is really honest. For us it is a pleasure to have lunch there when we go to Valmala.

10/06/2025: We went to eat on a Saturday night, for my birthday. Really excellent food, Piedmontese specialties cooked to perfection. Very efficient and friendly service. Very pleasant atmosphere, in a small town in Monferrato. They also prepared a delicious cake for us to celebrate our birthday. Absolutely recommended. Vincenzo

25/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per due calici di metodo classico, senza mangiare nulla insieme. Ottima scelta di vino, anche al calice, con prezzi più convenienti nell'acquisto della bottiglia. Molto curata la location all'interno, merita una visita e qualche scatto!

13/04/2025: If you pass by Moncalvo and want to taste some good wine together with a nice platter of cured meats I recommend this place. I took the opportunity to buy a couple of pretty good bottles.
