22/10/2024: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

20/02/2025: We had dinner as a group! Everything was very tasty, but the service was very long. Small deli, very tasty limoncello!!!

26/01/2025: In un bel pesino del Canavese, si trova la trattoria L'Burnel, una location tradizionale e accogliente con un bel panorama sulle montagne. Il menù è vario, con una proposta di piatti anche per chi non mangia carne come mia moglie. Il personale è gentile e i prezzi ottimi. Complimenti!

20/02/2025: Très bonne cuisine piémontaise. Viandes très tendres et plats bien travaillés avec un peu d' originalité. Bon vin, sur les conseils de la serveuse. Elle est très aimable et nous renseigne sur les plats. Cadre original, c'est un oenotech. Il y a de l'espace dans la salle. Prix correct, bon rapport qualité prix.

23/11/2024: I have been to this facility several times, it is ALWAYS my first choice to spend time with friends or family. Every time I return to this farmhouse it is like coming home, there is an atmosphere of warmth and welcome, as if I were with family. The place is enchanting, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for relaxing and regenerating, disconnecting from the daily frenzy. Wonderful staff. The lady who takes care of the kitchen is exceptional: never banal, original, very tasty combinations, each dish is an experience, prepared with genuine ingredients, all made by them and with their products. The structure on the motorway can be reached easily and in a short time for those who live in Genoa.

18/01/2025: Everything was excellent!!! The savory and sweet pizzas have never been a problem, in fact always fantastic. The management had started to sin but... this evening there were 5 of us at dinner and we rediscovered the giropizza of the early days: very organised, lots of pizzas with lots of delicious flavors and there was something for everyone!!! We had our fill without any "hassle" of seeing pizzas only "from afar" 😊 They have resumed booking at time slots and I can truly recommend that it is worth going there. Well done indeed and carry on with this excellent management!!!

11/01/2025: Locale pieno con molte tavolate grosse con pochissimi camerieri a servire i tavoli e disorganizzazione del portare le pizze al tavolo. Cameriera che nel posare la fetta nel piatto ha sporcato ben 3 volte le giacche delle persone che erano al tavolo con me. Nelle tavolate grosse posti a sedere vicinissimi uno dall' altro, da non poter nemmeno alzarsi dalla sedia in tranquillità. Disorganizzazione in cassa, commento l'errore di non aver inserito bevande nel conto ecc... non facendole pagare, poi man mano accorgersene dopo e lamentando della mancanza...

The manager is kind and knowledgeable in advising you on the choice of the right dish. In short, if you have reached the best-known Barolo, going further up is highly recommended.

13/12/2024: Hospitality and welcoming environments, tidy rooms, huge and comfortable bed, quiet at night. Convenient location for visiting the Langhe. The owners were available for dinners that we did not book to give us availability. The juices for breakfast need improvement, the rest both sweet and savory are good

Ci sono stato per degustazione delle loro specialità e precisamente il bicerot e il pistacchiotto Il primo è una bevanda a base di caffè con Nutella e panna e l'altro con variante al pistacchio . Molto buoni entrambi e servizio estremamente gentile. All'atto del pagamento mi è stato illustrato il loro programma di appuntamenti serali con musica e si entra nel dettaglio inquadrando il QR che è stampato sullo scontrino. Buona organizzazione e molto bene tutto il resto.
