26/07/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. Prices were reasonable. I had a pizza and a drink. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit chewy, and it was still in my stomach the next day. I'm not a fan of the pizza. The dough was definitely made in the afternoon, not in the morning as would be better. A real shame. I'll reply here. I'll start by saying that I'm not a keyboard warrior and I weigh my words carefully when writing a review. I have respect for the people who work there. I wrote the review this morning because I came to your restaurant last night, and there were two of us. We both had problems with the pizza, so I'm also ruling out any indisposition I might have that wasn't related to the pizza. But unlike you, I'll remain polite even when responding to your remark "after sitting behind a keyboard," which, frankly, isn't the case for me. Reviews are useful if you welcome criticism and try to improve. Anyway, I wish you a good day and hope to come try the food one day and write a great review.

21/07/2025: Che dire, il nostro ristorante ideale della domenica, senza troppi fronzoli ma che bada soprattutto al sodo (la cucina). Abbiamo trovato questo storico ristorante, perso fra le colline del Monferrato casalese ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. C'è il menu fisso (cosa che io preferisco) ma volendo anche la carta. Si parte dai classici antipasti monferrini (molto apprezzato che la signora passi a chiederti sempre il bis), semplici ma buonissimi (cito la carne cruda di fassona, la frittatina al gorgonzola, le melanzane,...) poi la scelta tra uno dei due primi e uno dei due secondi. In realtà, alla fine, siamo riusciti ad assaggiare tutto: agnolotti al ragu bianco e risotto alle mele, trippa in umido e tagliata (eccezionali) , perché la signora passa a chiedere se si vuole un assaggio (generosissimo) anche di ciò che non si è scelto, stessa cosa per i dolci (alla fine abbiamo assaggiato anche il bonet). Una considerazione sulla lamentela che ho letto relativa al servizio "troppo veloce"; personalmente non sopporto quei posti dove ti siedi alle 13.00 e ti alzi alle 17.00, con tempi biblici tra una portata e l'altra. Va bene parlare, ma lo si può fare anche mangiando, quindi, per me, qui allo sciapa pum, la sequenza e i tempi delle portate sono stati perfetti! Infine, il vino scelto (della zona) era ottimo e i prezzi decisamente onesti. Quindi, anche se veniamo da un po' lontano, ci torneremo sicuramente.

29/06/2025: Da tempo frequentiamo questo ristorante e vorremmo farlo più spesso perché è sempre inappuntabile sia per la qualità della cucina sia per la cordialità della padrona di casa che porta avanti una tradizione di famiglia iniziata tanto tempo fa.

14/06/2025: Three hours of waiting, I went to get a drink, and there was the usual arrogant bartender with a tattooed arm, I asked for two gin lemons and accidentally spilled one on myself and he didn't care and made me pay 10 for a drink instead of 5, something like this has never happened in fact shame on him he pretended nothing had happened and with an arrogant tone he sent us away, what professionalism, a great bartender really recommended!!!

16/06/2025: We had dinner at this pizzeria-restaurant and decided to try both the pizza and the dishes from the kitchen. The pizza turned out to be a good product, in line with the best pizzerias in the area. However, the real surprise came from the kitchen: the dishes were prepared and presented impeccably, with great attention to plating and a truly pleasant aesthetic. We appreciated the care dedicated to every detail, from the consistencies to the taste, up to the portions. The advice I feel like giving to the restaurant is to enhance and focus even more on the kitchen, because it really won us over

Luciano, knows how to live without taking himself too seriously, reliable, always challenging himself, capable of smiling at life, he uses the rule of the "good family man". Rosanna and Luciano are like parallel lines, but in the end they come together. They manage their business the "National" with seriousness and professionalism, hard workers, capable of creating a reality that innovates, transforming the bar into a family-run restaurant. Quality products at km.0, fish cuisine to be the envy of multi-starred restaurants, with an interesting quality-price ratio. Fast service, for those who use the break, they can enjoy a high-quality dish during the midday break. This is an example of how high-quality catering can be achieved with fresh, zero-kilometre products The reality of the national team, as an example of quality. ,price in one Minimal but functional location.

28/06/2025: Check your bill!!! I have to give it one star. The food was a classic three-star meal, but at the end, the restaurant tried to sneak a carbonara onto the bill, which I just noticed. Unfortunately, the portion wasn't very large, so we didn't get full. They always add €2 per person to the Koperto menu, which I've never experienced before.

05/05/2025: The coolest and tastiest place we've eaten at in a long time. Everything is furnished with love and it is super comfortable. Marcolino conjures up wonderful dishes and spreads a warm atmosphere with his friendly manner. Unfortunately we live 450km away and can't come by that often. 😭🥰

04/04/2025: Stop for lunch during the antiques market on Sunday 03.30.2025. All good. Strong flavors... very tasty. Portions quite generous. Fair prices. Unfortunately the usual recycled water... which doesn't allow me to give a higher score. Why don't I like recycled water?? Because I don't know if filter cleaning is done properly. I can't verify and I have to trust. It's different for bottled water that I personally open at the table. At least I know what I'm drinking and I'm happy to pay for it. Paying for the tap annoys me enormously.
