02/06/2025: I really enjoyed this restaurant and would gladly return. The home-made food is absolutely positive, they don't pretend to "make a scene" with artistic plating. Everything is very genuine and sincere, typical Piedmontese dishes, exactly what I was looking for. There is no à la carte menu, the waiters come and bring you things, for some dishes even more than once, if you need special diets it is better if you ask in advance. For 2 of us we spent 48 euros including wine, we only skipped the second course of meat (for fear it was too much for us). The environment is very spartan, there is the essential and the idea that you have is that of being in a house. It was not very easy to find the entrance, but that is because I did not look carefully at the photos here on Google; you have to ring the bell to enter. The tables are very close to each other and it is a bit difficult to talk if the room is full. You can pay easily with POS and at least one of the waiters speaks English without problems. I was there on a Sunday, the kitchen opens from 8 onwards.

24/05/2025: Direi tutto come mi aspettavo . Io ed i miei figli abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti semplici , giro di antipasti, 2 primi e 2 secondi con contorno e dolce . Il prezzo 28 euro menù completo è assolutamente a buon prezzo .Ci ritorneremo sicuramente . Personale dì sala molto disponibile e gentile . Ottima scoperta 💥💥💥💥💥

10/06/2025: L'occasione di un matrimonio pomeridiano, la vicinanza della location e del ristorante, ci ha fatto prenotare una camera in questo hotel. Sin dalla prenotazione telefonica, la receptionist è stata molto carina e anche al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sorrisi e cortesia. La stanza era essenziale, ma spaziosa e pulita; il bagno molto grande e con un ottimo assortimento di prodotti per la cura della persona (spazzolino e dentifricio compreso!). Il balcone, ampio dà sulla piazza. Colazione ottima e caffetteria espressa. Ci torneremo anche perché Monforte d'Alba è un paesino stupendo circondato da magnifici vigneti.

02/06/2025: Excellent sandwiches and convenient delivery service. The only negative is that the opening hours are not clear, on google it has always been open in the afternoon but in reality it is closed and the hours are not updated.

25/05/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, very casual atmosphere with reasonable prices for sandwiches, a little less for "pizzas". I will definitely go back in any case, even for a quick break it is excellent.

18/05/2025: It’s almost a shame to leave a review for L’Bunet, for Emilio and his wonderful hospitality. Because when you discover a place like this, it’s like having come into contact with a precious secret that you would like to keep all to yourself. The dinner with the window overlooking an incredible view of the Langhe is perfect in every aspect: the excellent raw materials, the tasty and light recipes, the wine well recommended by the host, excellent as well. And to follow, after a walk in the village of Bergolo, a night of rest in absolute silence. The breakfast the next day is the perfect farewell, to leave with the desire to return soon. 29/03/2025: Ristorante in centro al paese, cucina piemontese, curata e ben fatta. Il locale non è grande, quindi meglio prenotare se numerosi. Fa anche pizzeria. Nei fine settimana possibile anche prenotare per il Fritto misto all'italiana, ormai difficile da trovare. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Twice I ordered a simple pizza with sausage, the first time I got it but without tomato sauce (that is, a white pizza with only sausage and mozzarella); while the second time instead of a pizza with sausage I got a completely different pizza, with: peppers, mushrooms that I personally do not like at all. I do not even want to talk about the edges of the pizza completely burned on every pizza. I am truly disappointed.

19/05/2025: We had a great experience. Marco welcomed us even if we arrived late without a reservation. He offered us a glass of wine and sat us down as soon as possible. The food is of great quality, you can appreciate the extreme attention to raw materials. The Blue cream is absolutely worth trying. Masterful polenta.

26/05/2025: Passing by on our way back from Lake Maggiore we discovered this pizzeria in Gattinara... excellent pizza, perhaps one of the best pizzas eaten in the north. No problem asking for personalized flavors.

27/05/2025: Very nice restaurant, I really enjoyed it. I had tagliolini neri ai frutti di mare and they were really amazing: fresh pasta, tasty seafood and a perfect sauce. The service was also kind and the atmosphere very pleasant. A great find — I will gladly return!
