13/01/2025: abbiamo pranzato in questo magnifico ristorante a gennaio, giornata bella, piena di sole, ma sicuramente meno suggestiva come vista rispetto all'autunno, ma anche alla primavera e all'estate. Location incantevole nella conca di Monforte, tavoli grandi ben distanziati, servizio impeccabile, avevamo un buono offerto dai nostri figli del menù degustazione a 7 portate, la stella è veramente meritata, lo chef è stato svezzato dal maestro Yannich Allenò e si vede molto l'impronta francese nei suoi piatti, tutti di livello. Sicuramente il piccione è stato cucinato in modo eccelso, pure il dessert ha un livello molto alto, un po' sotto la media i plin, ma il resto è veramente da provare. un plauso speciale al sommelier ha abbinato in modo esemplare il vino ai piatti serviti, competente, mai invadente. Bravo. Prezzo elevato, ma vale il viaggio

05/01/2025: Quiet resort and in a good location, various points of interest can be reached in a short time, friendly staff ready to respond to every need, very nice spa area, non-buffet breakfast, which is something I really appreciate when I go on holiday. Clean rooms with a very large utility set, from shaving foam with razor, toothbrush and toothpaste to make-up remover wipes not found in many hotels or resorts. Their hazelnut cream is definitely worth trying (it is required for breakfast) before leaving I requested a jar of it which they kindly sent me express (for a fee and rightly so) I also really appreciated this availability. So definitely recommended!

30/12/2024: Il locale è vicino al lungolago di Intra, in un vecchio palazzo a pian terreno. Questo contribuisce a dare una buona atmosfera, considerando che si chiama appunto osteria. Però se posso dire sembra che manchi qualcosa, una piccola spinta che lo caratterizzi di piú. Lo stesso per i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato: sembrava sempre che mancasse qualcosa che li rendesse più personali. Il conto è stato del tutto onesto.

25/01/2025: Objectively we eat very well. Very well looked after location, perhaps too much if you think of a typical piola. Great selection of wines. Excellent service, the lady who served us was very courteous and helpful. As it should be (from a Piedmontese trattoria) I highly recommend making the mix of starters, certainly unmissable.
