30/12/2025: Amazing place! I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a wonderful discovery. The wines were excellent, the platters and focaccias spectacular, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, whether for a simple aperitif, dinner, or an evening spent with friends, knowing you're in a place cared for and loved by the owners, who pass this love on to their customers. ♥️

16/01/2026: I sat down, thinking I was ordering an aperitif, but after 15 minutes, neither waiter bothered to come near my table. Out of 30 tables, only two were occupied. I got up and went elsewhere. It's shocking to work like this.

25/12/2025: Excellent raw materials expertly crafted. Great selection of gin. We had lunch on December 14th, and for a Christmas fanatic like me, it was a delight. Each room was beautifully decorated. I felt all the love and care the owners have for their place. Excellent service, super young, well-trained waiters.

05/11/2025: After our first experience a few years ago, when we enjoyed excellent spaghetti with clams, this time we were there for dinner enjoying a delicious pizza. We'll be back again to try the main courses and appetizers, especially since we saw some beautiful dishes passing by, which piqued our curiosity.

01/12/2025: This agriturismo certainly deserves its five-star rating, both for its typically rustic yet meticulously maintained ambiance and for the quality of its food, which also features traditional country dishes. The hand-rolled tagliatelle is a must-try. The peaceful, welcoming atmosphere makes you feel like a guest. From the hill on which the sandstone farmhouse stands, you can admire a stunning view overlooking the Metauro River valley.

05/12/2025: Eating at plinc's grill is always a pleasure, but this time we had dinner at "Foia," a restaurant near the grill but also near the butcher shop, where they mainly serve meat. Amazing. Check out the photos.

28/11/2025: We won't be returning. My partner and I went to eat here during the 2025 White Truffle Fair. We had fairly high expectations, considering how many people had mentioned it to us. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed for the following reasons: Reservation time: there were no alternatives between 12 and 2:30 PM... I understand that you have to organize shifts, but 12 is a really early time for lunch, and 2:30 is too late. Service: I honestly don't know what tone they want to adopt as a restaurant: some waiters addressed us formally, another addressed us with a "How are you, sir," which was completely out of place. Everyone was dressed nicely, except for the person at the cash register, who, honestly, was truly incredible for the tone of the place (he was wearing a sweatshirt, jeans, and sneakers... who knows). Dishes: Normal Michelin-starred prices for dishes served with black truffle, while those with white truffle were truly exorbitant. The point isn't so much the price as the fact that the dishes had little truffle flavor... very little at all. The only interesting thing was the fried egg with kataifi and truffle, but the rest was "banal": slices of homemade supermarket bread with cream cheese and a few truffle leaves (not much), all you could taste was the cream. A very light tartare, with virtually no toppings other than two crispy croutons, two truffle leaves, and an unidentified cream, which was the only thing that stood out... Roasted potatoes, nothing special. The tagliatelle were average: good, but I expected more. Furthermore, and this is a serious issue, everything except the tagliatelle was brought out immediately, so we found ourselves having to choose between eating quickly to have everything hot, or enjoying something first and having the rest lukewarm. They justified themselves by saying that it wasn't clear that the dishes were to be served at different times, but until now I've never had to clarify (in places of this caliber) that the dishes should be savored slowly and therefore there's a specific order to follow. Result: the egg and tartare were okay, but the crostini and potatoes were lukewarm... Final thought: they probably want to pretend to be a high-end restaurant but don't know how to do it. I won't be returning.

12/09/2025: Unfortunately, the photo wasn't taken until the end; when the dish arrived, we only thought about eating... Excellent, truly excellent. It says for two, but you could easily feed three. Amazing quality, beautifully cooked. The appetizer and the sea bream were also excellent. And we're people who know a lot about fish.

20/09/2025: I've only been there once, and I can only comment on that one experience. The place is tucked away, but once you step inside, you find a quiet corner. Beautiful location, good pizza, and attentive service. It's worth seeking out for a lovely evening.

14/09/2025: We went to this restaurant and had a great time! The starters were excellent, the dessert was truly spectacular, and the welcome was impeccable. The waiters, besides being incredibly friendly and helpful, were also kind enough to bring us Autan after a mosquito bit us: a thoughtfulness that makes all the difference. Highly recommended! 👌🍝🍰
