05/07/2024: We found this place by chance on the internet given the good reviews, as we were here in Mondavio passing through. It was an unexpected surprise. We were lucky enough to have the chef recommend various typical alternatives and I must say all the dishes amazed us, dishes with quality raw materials and most of the neighboring places. Piadina with omelette and amazing truffle. The Bolagna cutlet was the most tender I have ever eaten with very crunchy breading on the outside, unique! Everyone is kind and the owners are friendly and approachable. Very honest value for money for those who know it! Compliments

28/06/2024: Just finished a sumptuous lunch here: beautifully located in a floral garden beneath an enormous locust tree and singing blackbirds with a lovely view that reached the sea in the distance. Wonderful dishes that tasted divine. 5 stars from us all. Especially myself, being the only gluten intolerant/vegan. No problem for the amazing chef, whom we were told by his lovely wife ran a vegan restaurant in Amsterdam previously. Cuisine was sympathetic to seasonal produce, made with love, full flavour yet simple and ‘clean’. I had fiore di zucche fried in a light rice flour batter on a bed of aubergine cream finished with wild herbs, followed by gnocchi di patate in crema di zucchine topped with mint and mixed seeds. All vegan and gluten free. Although this is a traditional trattoria so everyone would be happy here. The service was super friendly, kind and prompt. Highly recommended. Complimenti allo Chef! 08/08/2024: I went with my family and we had a great time: the price was very low and the portions were generous. Furthermore, it was all very good. The service could improve a little, but overall all good.

07/08/2024: Located in front of Urbino's cathedral, the restaurant has most of its tables outdoors. Good food at a good price. We went twice and in one of them the service was quite slow. Otherwise kind people.

21/08/2024: I can only evaluate and describe the swimming pool as I have only been there and not in the hotel. However the place is really beautiful with a beautiful view. You can find sunbeds and umbrellas both on the poolside, on the panoramic view, and in the cool of the pine forest. The swimming pool is very nice, shallow in some places and tall in others. At the weekend it is obviously very crowded and I recommend booking. If you want a little more peace, ask to stay in the pine forest, not near the beach volleyball court, or in front where there is a panoramic view, even if it is not very cool. Even at the pool restaurant you can eat well, from first courses to salads etc. I would advise the owners of this beautiful place to keep the bathroom and showers a little cleaner, and perhaps avoid letting children enter the pool with inflatables, especially when there are a lot of people. Thank you!

31/08/2024: Fritto buonissimo, piada eccellente, anche i primi erano molto buoni, dolci ottimi, personale giovanissimo e bravissimo, le portate sono arrivate tutte contemporaneamente così siamo riusciti a mangiare tutti insieme ed eravamo più di 10! Complimenti!

25/08/2024: Braceria Plinc is in the center of Acqualagna, a renowned center in the Marche famous for its truffles. Modern and welcoming venue, attentive and friendly service. Menu with meat and truffle-based dishes, all really excellent! Tried for lunch: Egg with parmesan and truffle, carbonara 2.0 with truffle and passatelli with fondue and black truffle. All truly excellent. Excellent value for money. Absolutely worth trying.

20/08/2024: We went for dinner, they welcomed us and took us to the table. The place was well looked after and welcoming. While we waited for the ordered courses they served a welcome of porchetta with truffle cream and crunchy flan. We took the Truffle Experience as a starter, which was really very good, especially the truffle egg scramble, the fondue and the carpaccio, first of all an EXCELLENT carbonara 2.0 and a burrata tortello with roasted tomato cream, yellow datterino sauce and very particular basil. We stopped here because we were already full but I couldn't help but try a decomposed mascarpone. Excellent quality food at an affordable price.

24/08/2024: Ingenious rustic ravioli, delicious skewers, and what about the house Sangiovese? It is perhaps the most common grape variety in Italy, and ranges from decent to excellent. This was indeed excellent.

19/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato ed è anche favorevoli a fare entrare i nostri amici a 4 zampe, antipasto con fagioli e piadine, strepitosi! Molte Piadine e buonissime, mia figlia di 5 anni e non facilissima nei gusti fuori casa, ma si è divorata la loro lasagna che oltre ad una porzione molto generosa era da leccarsi i baffi, considerate che l'ultimo pezzetto lo ha messo nella piadina, perché ha gradito anche quella. The ladies working there are so friendly, and the food is incredible and at super low prices! My daughter quite literally had their gnocchi for every meal. Best value in Fano!

01/08/2024: Locale carino,personale gentile prezzi eccessivamente alti per quello che si è mangiato...siamo stati dentro perché ci era stato detto che era condizionato...invece un caldo bestiale...è per favore fate qualcosa per le mosche...non si può mangiare scansando di continuo le mosche...una tenda all'entrata sarebbe utile 3 primi strozzapreti cacio e pepe pasta molto dozzinale comprata e sugo molto liquido3 grigliate composte da 3 spiedini di pollo3 arrosticini 3 braciole di agnello e 3 salsicce 2 patate fritte 2 hamburger acqua e 2 caraffe di birra 1 moretta 1 grappa 200 euro

26/06/2024: Had one of the best cuts ever!! Congratulations again!!! The price paid is worth every penny, you can feel the quality of the meat! Really friendly staff, they explain all the cuts to you, compliments, I'll definitely check back when I pass.
