03/05/2025: I had lunch here with my wife, and as far as the dishes are concerned, everything was almost perfect: portions, taste, choice of raw materials and even a certain seasonality of the menu. It's a shame about the service, especially in relation to the price paid: quite slow, disorganized and imprecise (they brought me the water first and after some time the menus, including the wine list without pages; furthermore, they got the order wrong and I was left watching my wife eating; I saw waiters wandering around the tables with plates in their hands without knowing where to go). I don't know if I would go back...

01/05/2025: Elegant and private environment, we had dinner in a delicious and simple secluded room... the waitresses were very kind and were able to give us the best advice on wines and second courses! The grilled casciotta d'Urbino with crostone was truly excellent as was the beef cheek and the sliced ​​meat! Homemade desserts!! Everything perfect! Normal prices and very satisfying portions...

12/04/2025: I often purchase pasta from one of their resellers (Coop). Sometimes everything is good, sometimes not. Initially I let it go but then, as it became frequent, I decided to understand what the problem was. Having found out that Coop received them in this way, I decided, on their advice, to order them fresh on purpose so as to be sure that they were fresh. Nothing, not even ordering them! Instead of 5 sachers, 5 chocolate mille-feuilles and 5 diplomats, I receive 10 diplomats, all the same, and 5 sachers that are decidedly old (they were at least 3 days old). Very angry, I first called Coop and then the bakery which, after somehow shifting the blame to the shop (which had nothing to do with it) decided (not very happily) to refund my pastries. But it didn't end here. I continue to buy their pastas because let's be clear, when they are fresh, they are good, they really deserve it. It went well for me several times until 1 month ago when 4 diplomats were fresh, but evidently gone bad. I call the bakery and the clerk tells me she'll leave. More heartfelt. I'll let it go. I repurchased the pastries yesterday for a birthday: 2 out of 10 other types of sacher purchased were dry, obviously old. Very saddened, I write to Mr. Grisenti explaining the facts and I am literally shocked by the response I receive: "It's over, you're the only person who complains and I don't accept that our work is denigrated like this. I'm sorry because I'm usually kind but enough is enough. And I'm done with this." I call for clarification but he doesn't answer (probably on purpose). I call back to the shop and explain everything to the sales assistant who tells me she will report back. Continuous

30/10/2024: In visita a Gradara, grazie ad un consiglio di un negoziante, ma già avevamo letto recensioni a riguardo, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per pranzare. Bel locale, proprio di fianco alla rocca, ma subito fuori dalla mura di Gradara. Buon pesce, frittura croccante ed asciutta, ottimi gratinati... Personale cortese e puntuale, tutto molto bene.

23/10/2024: Tutto perfetto! Locale con vista sul castello wow! Piatti ottimi, abbiam mangiato pesce, dall’antipasto, al primo, al dolce, tutto eccellente!

08/05/2025: I can only give 5 stars but I would give 10! we had to stay one night and we stayed (unfortunately only) two :)) We felt at home, very kind gentlemen, in a fairytale place with an incredible view that put us back into the world. Perfectly clean bathrooms with hot showers.

06/04/2025: I went to this restaurant based on the positive reviews it had, but I was quite disappointed as the dishes were not to my liking, everything was very salty, the fish was almost non-existent, the fried fish was tough, but the dishes were still plentiful.

09/02/2025: Really nice and welcoming restaurant. Friendly and kind staff. The waiters are very sociable and since I go to lunch almost every day for work they have now almost become home. The food is truly excellent and each dish is well thought out. Excellent sauces and more than valid portions. If you choose the complete menu (first course, second course with side dish, water and coffee) at €14, the first course will arrive fully loaded (without asking for the addition of a large dish) and the second with a more humane dose so as to balance everything. Average waiting times and in case of long waits due to problems they always apologized to us and then made it up to us. Truly a nice place full of nice people. Totally recommended. Both for the excellent food (even the delicious desserts) and for the people who work there who are really approachable. Come and get ready to smile with a full belly. ;)

The food was all excellent, nothing to say, classic and home-made dishes and a normal price, around 35 euros for a home-made starter, 2 first courses, grilled meat and side dishes and home-made desserts

06/03/2025: Starting from the positive sides, the environment is very nice, the view is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Regarding the food, however, we were a little disappointed. Maybe we were having a "bad" day, or maybe, reading the reviews, we had too high expectations. The first courses were good, the second course we took a Florentine steak, but in reality it was veal, very pale and tasteless. The thing I liked least were the side dishes, salad and roast potatoes. The salad was the mixed one from the bag, the potatoes were the same, the ones ready to cook. Since they are two products in the bag that I particularly hate, I can say that they were. The bill is average. I hope they improve some things because the place deserves it.

02/03/2025: A Sunday with friends in this very quiet place outside the city, nothing sensational but in the context I liked it, mountainous panorama as I already expected. Good food, all homemade, appetizers with orobati cured meats, excellent pappardelle with wild boar, good passatelli with fresh porcini mushrooms but I preferred the former. A friend of mine was able to choose her CELIA-friendly dish, i.e. tagliatelle with mushrooms which she said were delicious. As a second course we chose, upon reservation, a 1.5kg Florentine steak, served rare on a lava stone and so everyone then preferred to enjoy it as they preferred it. The desserts are also excellent, also homemade, the wine they offer is good, Rosso piceno for the red and Pecorino for the white. The bill surprised us positively because it was below our expectations. We will be back and highly recommend it

30/04/2025: Esternamente si fa notare risultando una specie di castelletto. L’interno non delude anche se ho trovato tutto l’arredamento un po’ confusionario con oggetti sparsi senza criterio e senza gusto. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma mangiare su un tavolo in plastica da giardino mascherato e portato all’interno non è una gran mossa. Cibo in generale discreto anche se i tortelloni ripieni del primo erano eccezionali. Il resto nella norma,piatti abbondanti ma nulla di indimenticabile. Prezzo sopra la media ma nulla di eccessivo. Avrei preferito trovare più ordine ed anche il giardino era trascurato e tenuto con poco gusto.

12/04/2025: Locale, servizio e qualità straordinarie! Siamo stati in coppia con cane taglia media e abbiamo trovato una splendida accoglienza oltre alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale! Abbiamo preso un antipasto di mare, seguito da tagliere di gratin di mare fantastico. Consigliamo vivamente!!

The service is truly kind, attentive and friendly, the cuisine feels like it belongs to those who put a lot of love and commitment into it with seriousness. The ingredients are of excellent quality and the combinations of the dishes fully enhance it without being too complex. The attention to aromatic herbs, aromas and the balance of dishes is very high. We have discovered a rarity that has an edge. ♥️

01/01/2025: Certamente trovare un ristorante aperto a pranzo il 1 gennaio è raro, soprattutto senza prenotare. Ordiniamo due cappelletti ( rivelatisi buonissimi) ma uno dei secondi richiesti era terminato (bisogna dirlo prima). Cambiamo ordinazione ma alla fine si dimenticano di portare l’altro secondo (che evitiamo di prendere). Concordo con chi ha scritto che i prezzi non sono da osteria

13/11/2024: Iris Cafè is a welcoming bar both in terms of furnishings and the courtesy of the managers. Even though they don't have a huge choice of croissants and savory items, what they do have is good and fresh. The place is not very large, in winter the open part is not used, it is always very popular, indicative of a good business.
