In summer it's always full for dinner... while in winter / spring it's quieter

22/03/2025: Farmhouse in the heart of the Sibillini in the Bisio district -Sarnano- we got there on foot along the path of the Lost Waterfalls, but you can also get there easily by car. The cuisine is home-made and enhances the typical flavors of the Marche, with dishes such as handmade pappardelle with wild boar sauce, grilled meat and desserts prepared according to traditional recipes. All very good. Kind staff and always ready to satisfy any need. Normal price. Positive experience.

01/03/2025: Ristorante trovato quasi per caso, si è rivelato una piacevolissima sorpresa. Prezzi ragionevoli buone porzioni e qualità ottima, l antipasto di formaggi e la ricotta al miele favolosi, locale carino senza fronzoli, ma caldo e accogliente, servizio ottimo i ragazzi sono gentili e preparati, poi d estate deve essere ancor più bello gustare le pietanze all aperto con tutto il verde che c è. Complimenti, torneremo sicuramente.

23/02/2025: Local on the upper floor of one of the most famous and historic bars in Macerata. Hospitable and homely environment. Very good food with first courses, second courses and pizza for dinner. Probably one of the best carbonaras in the area. Rich and creamy A little noisy place, but pleasant to spend an evening in. Service at the highest levels

22/02/2025: Dopo alcuni mesi torniamo con alcuni amici ed a seguire di una crescia e salumi buonissimi chiediamo alla cucina se è possibile una “aglio e Oglio” volante; ci dicono di si e l’esperienza è veramente particolare : eccellente!!!! Torniamo di nuovo. Bravissimi

31/03/2025: People who know their job. The quality of the dishes is high but also constant over time. The service is good: it knows how to be polite and discreet without being too detached or formal. The wait is never excessive, considering that all dishes are freshly made. It is necessary to underline the quality of the raw materials used, always genuine and often excellent (such as the exclusively local meat or trout but also the delicious lentils or the exquisite truffle or the cold cuts and cheeses). The wild boar ragù, the roasted trout served with a local sauce, the truffle tagliatelle, but also the grilled lamb or the simple and economical sausage with lentils are excellent. The house tiramisu is exquisite. It's not even true that the menu is so limited: off-menu dishes are often available... And then you can also order on a pizzeria menu with completely satisfying dishes and flavours. I also recommend trying a simple mixed salad which, with the freshness of its ingredients and a rare quality oil (especially that of the "Franciscan lands") will certainly satisfy you. The environment is pleasant and clean and you are practically immersed in greenery with the exception of the provincial road that runs right below the restaurant (but which for this very reason allows easy access even for disabled people). The parking is no more than twenty meters away and is free.

09/03/2025: Piccolissimo borgo nel cuore del terremoto delle Marche. Tanta voglia di ricominciare!!!! Il ristorante è all interno di un convento di suore. Ambiente rustico ristrutturato dal Comune di Camerino e adibito ad albergo diffuso. Il proprietario del ristorante affabile e gentile, attento ai propri ospiti. L antipasto della casa è ricchissimo di cibi della trazione marchigiana. Ottima qualità nella scelta dei prodotti.

14/02/2025: Fantastic location, it's no coincidence that I got married there 💞. The dishes are all excellent, regardless of what you choose. As an example, we are in the open countryside but we eat fish much better than in many places directly on the sea. The cuisine is refined but offers both the flavors of the past and the more modern ones. Homemade bread and crescia always served. At lunch there is always an à la carte menu, while at dinner special events are often organised. It's not cheap, but it's absolutely worth it.

27/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner 2024: quality and quantity of dishes offered truly above average seasoned with punctual and precise service. I didn't know this restaurant and my expectations were low (especially during this type of event), but I changed my mind. Sincere congratulations.

19/01/2025: Ars Vivendi is a very welcoming place, located in Viale Vittorio Veneto in Civitanova. I happened upon it for an aperitif and we chose the "almost dinner" formula, with cold cuts, cheeses and fried foods for €15 (drinks not included). We were tempted by the dessert and personally I found everything good. The place is quiet, ideal for eating well and having a chat. All very good.

29/10/2024: Simply wonderful place. I returned after several years because I really wanted to see the majesty of those mountains again. Good food and the typical welcome of a refuge I gave 5 stars for this. The only thing I complain about, but which cannot be blamed on the managers of the refuge, are the terrible conditions of the road which should be closed in the valley. Indeed, I urge managers to become spokespersons for a need that I do not believe is far-fetched. Thank you.
