24/05/2025: Been there several times and it was a party again. Delicious food, beautiful surprising fish dishes. Very extensive wine list, attentive and smooth service in an atmospheric environment. For us the best restaurant in San Severino (and wide area).
18/05/2025: Yesterday I had the pleasure of having lunch at Ristorante Cavallini in San Severino Marche, and I can say without hesitation that it was an exceptional culinary experience. Each dish was a masterpiece, both for the palate and for the eyes.
We started with a seafood tasting menu, there are 6 dishes, all very special and excellent.
Unfortunately I only took a photo of this dish, the gourmet burger accompanied by a delicate fried stuffed courgette flower, served with tastefully combined sauces. The dishes were cared for in detail.
The main course, a risotto with prawns and champagne, was simply perfect. The creamy creaminess, the intense but balanced flavour of the sea and the quality of the fish were haute cuisine. The elegant presentation on a refined plate made the experience even more memorable.
Finally, the dessert: almond and caramel parfait. An explosion of textures and flavours that ends the meal in a spectacular way.
Impeccable service, elegant and welcoming environment, attention to detail in every course. I highly recommend Ristorante Cavallini to anyone looking for a refined and authentic lunch in Le Marche. An experience to repeat!

Indubbiamente consigliato per un preserale aperto ad ogni scelta.

20/04/2025: The place immediately appears welcoming, the fireplace at the entrance is something spectacular, all surrounded by super friendly staff. We had dinner with pizza, delicious, thin, crunchy on the edge and tasty. Desserts equally good. Absolutely recommended!!!!!

18/05/2025: For 15 years my favorite restaurant in the area. Excellent food quality. Healthy and home cooking and then their mixed meat grill is unbeatable! And to finish the desserts... before I lived here and came every week, now when I come from Rome I can't miss eating there. All topped off with truly unique courtesy and availability. Highly recommended. But book in advance because, to confirm what I wrote, they are always full on weekends.

02/05/2025: Nice place, several outdoor tables, exceptional service. Family run and they are very nice. The growth is wonderfully good and the platter is very well fed and the cured meats are excellent. For camper friends, before going up there is a grassy area on the right where you can park for free and possibly spend the night. From the car park, 20 minutes through the woods and you arrive at the castle
19/03/2025: Thanks to Nicola and Roberta Elcito, a magical and remote place is coming back to life. They are kind and affable, they grow delicious. There is a large and green garden where you can relax and play.

03/06/2025: Nice place, with tables overlooking the beach, which contribute not Pico to the appreciation of the good and abundant dishes, among which the mixed fried fish without bones stands out. The wine on tap is also good, we like it sparkling. Prices are average overall, staff are friendly and kind, waiting times are acceptable in exchange for the fragrance and the festive days. Not least, well-kept bathrooms.

05/05/2025: excellent welcome and excellent restaurant with several rooms of different sizes, the menus and pizzas will certainly satisfy every palate at very honest prices, the rooms are modern and equipped with every comfort with good soundproofing despite the fact that on the floor below there is a piano bar with Karaoke, thanks obviously to all the friendly and discreet staff and above all to Simone who manages this company with great professionalism, obviously if we have the opportunity we will certainly return.

12/05/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at the Agriturismo "Casa Grimaldi" in the splendid Marche and I must say that the experience was made truly special by Laura's presence. Laura is not only a very good chef, capable of delighting the palate with incredible dishes that enhance the flavors of the territory, but she is also a person of exceptional kindness, friendliness and professionalism.
In addition to his incredible culinary skills, I was able to appreciate his great humanity, when he kindly offered me and my girlfriend a ride outside the farmhouse during his break!
As for the structure, it is very beautiful, elegant and comfortable. Excellent location I recommend the stay. At that time

09/05/2025: Oh wow. Showed up on fish Friday at 11:45 AM and they graciously seated us for lunch. Almost every table in this authentic Italian restaurant had a name plate reservation card on the 20 or so tables. We had a whole sea bream and a bowl of lightly fried sardines and octopus. The house wine was delicious too.
31/03/2025: Very kind staff always with a smile, well-kept environment, excellent first courses, delicious meats and... "dulcis in fundo" coffee and chocolate offered... the entire management is female!

12/05/2025: We went to Marisa yesterday, on the occasion of my birthday.
The restaurant is in the splendid Settempedana countryside, in the Stigliano area.
Very friendly service and high quality food, with fresh, local ingredients.
We chose mixed starters with focaccia, local cold cuts, house pickles, red cabbage with orange and raisins (nice surprise!) and seasoned spelled.
Followed by homemade tagliatelle with duck sauce and truffle cappellacci.
We finish with mixed grill, side dishes of chicory, roasted potatoes and battered courgette flowers (it's impossible to do them better).
All applause!
Honest account, but I want to underline the great availability of the dining room staff: they make you feel at home.
Highly recommended!
29/03/2025: Adoro questo posto dove ho anche soggiornato. Stanze pulite e confortevoli Silenzio e pace perfetti per riposare. Parlando del cibo, esperienza super positiva. Ottima pasta fresca e la carne. Porzioni generose e ben condite. Personale cortese e servizio veloce anche il sabato sera. Viene voglia di tornarci tutte le volte che si può. Ci si sente a casa

13/04/2025: Good place for group lunches or dinners for very low prices. In the summer they open the veranda so you can eat in the surrounding lawn. On one side there is a small parking lot. Nice view being placed at the top of a hill.
