17/11/2025: Perhaps the service and set menu need some rethinking. 45 minutes for spaghetti with garlic and oil might be a bit too much. Less gourmet for hungry workers who are short on time. Thanks.

13/12/2025: For years, whenever we come from Ferrara or pass through the Marche region, whenever we find a table, we stop at Stella Marina... one of the few places where you can enjoy fish that tastes like fish (without sauces, cream sauces, or anything else that obscures what you're eating). Don't change, continue to love the tradition of a cuisine that, just this week, has been recognized worldwide (the only nation in the world to have this recognition for all traditional Italian cuisine). An example whose simplicity says it all... the scottadito anchovies, perfectly cooked, without drying them out and leaving just the right amount of moisture of fresh fish... the best on the entire Adriatic coast... and we've tried them, believe us. A spectacular new addition was the homemade tiramisu... a harmonious lightness that, with its flavor, makes you imagine egg whites whipped by the chef, without adding cream... hats off 🎩. 11/11/2025: The restaurant is small, minimalist, but tidy and clean. Service is quick and accurate. Regarding the quality of the food, some items are excellent, others average, but the real winner here is the value for money. For two, we ordered two appetizers, a first course and a second course, water, and a bottle of excellent sparkling wine (their entry-level, but truly delicious). €57 for everything, including a cover charge that includes excellent homemade bread. We'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

09/11/2025: I spent a fabulous weekend at this wonderful property....peaceful, quiet, beautiful, super clean rooms...what can I say about the restaurant?...excellent cuisine, refined dishes using seasonal local produce. Thanks to Debora, who was a very kind and helpful host! I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: Excellent food, we stayed two nights to explore the Sibilini Mountains by mountain bike. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient! Debora's warm welcome and Cristiano's advice were excellent. I'll be back next season!

02/09/2025: I came to this restaurant for dinner because I was passing through for work. I ate excellently, from the carbonara to the pizza, from the tagliata to the fillet of young beef with mille-feuille, to the tiramisu. Everything was truly delicious. The staff was very polite and, above all, very good at managing all the people who stopped by for dinner or lunch. On the evenings I came, they went out of their way to serve all those people. Congratulations!

30/08/2025: Four of us sat in an empty restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a super-salty carbonara. The waiter was very kind; the problem was the kitchen, not the dining room!

08/09/2025: Tagliatelle with ragù, a simple dish because I want to play it safe. The meat is good, so... Total disappointment. The most bland and languid ragù I've ever eaten.

25/08/2025: A dream place... we fell in love with it immediately... Maybe it's because it seems like a magical place... Plus, the staff's excellent professionalism and the quality of the food. We loved the cocktails, which were perfect for us (how could she have figured that out?) I agree with the decisions and the philosophy of the place. We'll definitely be back. A special thanks to Lucia, who accompanied us with such professionalism and kindness throughout the history of our beautiful Italy, reminding us how lucky we are to have been born here.

13/12/2025: Thanks to Gianluca and his staff for a wonderful evening. The atmosphere was welcoming, professional, friendly, and the food was excellent. My son decided to bring his friends here for his 18th birthday dinner, and they were all truly delighted, from the appetizer, first course, grilled meat, side dishes, drinks, and cake. Congratulations!

06/11/2025: Service was good, the waiter was friendly and approachable. Delicious food, top-quality ingredients, well-cooked. Very nice place. The only problem was that on Sunday lunchtime it was too noisy, I don't know about other days. Unfortunately, the dining room didn't have soundproofing... I'm just sorry for the noise, so I took one star off.

17/07/2025: I'm mortified to write this review, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I came for the fish, but both the mussels (mushy and floury) and the scampi (grey and dry inside) were awful and tasted like they were stale. Plus, they were drowned in sauce! What a shame! Especially since it wasn't cheap. The service was good, and it's a casual restaurant.

15/07/2025: We had lunch a few days ago during our vacation in Porto Recanati, and what can I say? Excellent fish, as well as meat dishes. Delicious desserts. Generous portions and excellent value! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for anyone passing through the area who wants to eat well in a casual setting. Plus, our four-legged friend was able to keep us company during lunch, which is a real plus.

01/10/2025: Nothing to add, the location, service and courtesy are all top notch, not to mention the food is all delicious, the terrace overlooking the sea is a spectacle, fast service.

05/10/2025: I visited this restaurant and was absolutely thrilled! The quality of the meat is exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The menu offers a great selection of dishes for meat lovers, but what struck me most was the attention to dietary requirements. As a celiac, I often struggle to find places where I can eat safely. Here, however, I was immediately reassured and was able to enjoy an entire meal—from appetizer to dessert—completely gluten-free. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, flavor, and customer service!

31/08/2025: We had an amazing experience here! Diego was the warmest host alongside other hostess. Very kind and generous service. Food was impeccable and meat especially was simply exceptional-soft, tender and perfectly seasoned 😋😋 we had an amazing lunch! Scottona was so good we forgot to take pictures 😅 definitely recommend it!

08/12/2025: Mountain Prize. Still in a container, years after the earthquake. We arrive to a full restaurant, without a reservation. Three others arrive. They flexibly set up a table diagonally and we center everything. Social table, the best you could ask for. Home cooking with a touch of flair. Local ingredients. Excellent flavors. Extremely friendly and super-fast service. Young owners and staff, in places that politicians would like to see depopulated, to save on services. I couldn't give it 6 stars, but they deserve every one!
