17/01/2026: What can I say? Discovered this place by chance thanks to the positive reviews. Perfectly spot on. The food is amazing. The staff is more than friendly, never intrusive, and the explanations of the dishes are superb. The wine cellar is very varied. The service is very fast and attentive. We will definitely be back.

05/08/2026: Let's start by saying that I've been trying to eat at this restaurant for at least three years, but between being full and closed, I've never managed it. So finding a table... filled me with expectations!!! The atmosphere remains cold... perhaps it tries to give the impression of being sophisticated... but it didn't convey anything to me! There were two of us, and we ordered a tasting of cold appetizers (€18) for a plate with 7 compartments of fish samples. I won't say it was bad... no, but predictable. I would have expected something more special from the simple fish salad, two marinated anchovies? A salmon fillet with diced melon, a fish puree, and a salty cracker!!!!! The mussels in a stew (second appetizer) were very generous for a portion, but they had no flavor, they didn't taste of onion, lemon, or rosemary... bland! The gnocchi with arugula pesto, with corn on the cob, were very good... It's a shame the arugula remains bitter and makes the dish a bit sour!! The grilled fish was very good: sea bream with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives. A place I won't be returning to.

05/06/2026: Personal opinion after being invited to dinner: rating for the quality of the food and preparation 8 / rating for the service 5 I find it a shame that the waiting staff was not attentive to the table, forgot to bring 4 plates of appetizers ordered, you have to ask for the bread and water otherwise once they are finished they remain on the table until the end... Maybe next time it will go better! Unfortunately, a bad evening can happen to those who work.

27/05/2026: It was the top meat restaurant until 2024, the tasting menu consisted of 5/6 courses, now only 3, they brought the side dish at the end of the dinner, I'm really sorry they've gotten so bad, I left while I was still hungry, I'm sorry, I imagine it's because of the various increases that have taken place but our salary has been frozen since the 90s, unfortunately I will never go back there again

02/02/2026: We arrived at Ars Vivendi (Nico). A beautiful place. The host gave us a warm and human welcome, knowledgeable and immediately empathetic. As suggested, I asked the host Nico for wine recommendations. He suggested a wonderful Lambrusco. He welcomed us with an entrée of pumpkin pie, also a sinful treat. Then came Ascoli olives, artisanal cremini, lentil, farro, and pumpkin soup, and crostini. I forgot about the panciotti, with eggplant and scamorza. And finally, my wife noticed that Laura, in the kitchen, had just baked some cantuccini. They were excellent. In keeping with ancient, but never outdated, traditions. A lovely evening. 31/05/2026: A typical trattoria, with real chestnut beams and a homey atmosphere, you won't find a place that makes you pay 300 euros per square meter for tiles rather than the food. That said, the quality of all the products offered is exceptional. Tartare first and foremost! The meat selection is varied and all of it can be eaten without cooking, of course. The tiramisu, after a dinner where you've eaten everything and more, is not cloying and you'd eat three more! The staff are present not only for service, but also ready to joke, never being obtrusive. THE OWNER DESERVES SPECIAL MENTION: COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PATIENT WITH CHILDREN AND WITH THOSE WHO OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE FROM SUCH A GOODNESS. THEY ARE, IN MY OPINION, AMONG THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE AREA.

25/05/2026: The meat was really good (they serve it raw and you cook it to your liking on the hot stone at the table)...the first course was also very good. I'd gladly return. They're also very well equipped for gluten-free options.
