The location is a bit of a hike uphill, but the area is very beautiful and quiet, with the sea nearby. The friendly staff and varied breakfast make you appreciate the place.

Quiet and basic, yet clean, rooms. There's a minibar with free bottled water (which isn't a given these days). Comfortable bathroom. Abundant and varied breakfast, ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff. A good base if you're in the Ancona area!

The girl at the reception was nice and helpful, the room was old but adequate, the restaurant was lousy, they fed us two bones for steaks, the spaghetti was not good for Italy, I would not recommend the restaurant, better get a pizza outside

Bar Piscina Fabriano - H2O Food & Drink

30/05/2026: Excellent self-service restaurant, pizzeria, and hamburger joint in Fabriano's commercial district. Convenient parking is available in the nearby square. A wide selection of dishes and drinks, with three first and three second courses every day, and numerous side dishes, ensuring there's always something new to choose from. Friendly staff. The restaurant is beautiful, spacious, and bright, decorated in a pleasant, modern style. The noise level is very low, encouraging conversation. What can I say? We used it for a working week in Fabriano and had a great time. Recommended.
25/04/2026: This place isn't close to Fabriano's city center, but it serves excellent pizza and fried food in a simple yet welcoming atmosphere. Gluten-free options available.
