24/08/2024: It was a pleasant discovery, a typical Roman cuisine restaurant in Fabriano, as a Roman, I would never have allowed myself to do it. Yet I was hungry and had no other alternatives.
Nice and well looked after place, very spacious and well looked after.
Absolutely remarkable carbonara, while amatriciana is less satisfying due to the onion in the sauce.
Overall a pleasant discovery. Excellent value for money!

11/08/2024: A great restaurant. We were there with 8 people and had various pizzas, spaghetti carbonara and fillet with herb sauce. Everything was very good and the staff were very friendly. Thank you very much

28/08/2024: Very good price quality. 6 dishes with blue fish and unlimited drinks for €15. The place itself is horrible. You have the option of ordering to go.
27/08/2024: Excellent food, but they allow dogs without a muzzle and one, who did not have one and was inside, between the tables, tried to bite my 2 year old daughter in the side, while she was going about her business without even having seen the dog, who he suddenly turned and bit her shirt, miraculously not injuring her.
This is what's left of the bitten shirt.
The staff said there was nothing they could do about it.
Shame!

17/08/2024: Excellent pizza, light and with perfect gourmet combinations. Both the one with courgette pesto, anchovies and fried flowers and the burrata and raw one are very good. The fried foods are also excellent, not greasy and tasty. The staff are very good and friendly. Definitely worth trying again :)

17/03/2024: Oltre ad aver molto apprezzato il locale, la qualità della pizza e la simpatia della responsabile della sala ci hanno di gran lunga soddisfatti. E' un locale che consiglio a chi voglia trascorrere una serata in un locale a mangiare un'ottima pizza di qualità.
16/03/2024: Secondo me in tutta la provincia di Ancona e nn solo una pizzeria dv fanno la pizza buona e di mille gusti cm qui non esiste. Per me la numero uno in assoluto

16/06/2024: A highly recommended street food, giant portions and excellent quality, unfortunately as it was Saturday, people had ordered trays of fried panzerotti, I must have seen 8-10 trays pass by.
But even though we had taken what was left in the display case it was very good.
15/06/2024: At lunch time, the locals come to eat daily offer: pizza, fish, vegetable dishes, spaghetti and macaroni. Some people take food to go. It is very crowded but with an interesting atmosphere. Self service to the table. Eat like a local😜😀

25/08/2024: Nice typical Ancona atmosphere. There was a young girl with glasses who was very friendly and helpful, while the other lady who was there, as soon as we pointed out that she had brought us the wrong dish, kept an angry face for the rest of the meal. There is definitely a lot to say about food. The amatriciana was very salty. The sardines were good. The spaghetti with clams was very loose and the clams had no flavor. The gratin vegetables were evidently from a few days ago, as their skin was very tough. The potatoes were well done but microwaved. The tiramisu is unspeakable. Fair price for the not good quality we found.

26/06/2024: A very nice place to sit among the hills and it is nicely priced. Furthermore, I wouldn't eat there again anytime soon. The service is rather in the background and the dishes tasty but just a bit too simple. Plastic bowls for the grated cheese, slightly overcooked pasta, lamb on a plate but even without a slice of lemon and green salad with really just salad. Tasty and ok but really a bit too simple for a restaurant. I heard afterwards that the antipasti were very good and I skipped them. Perhaps that was where the power lay.
27/05/2024: Phenomenal, great food. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. I will definitely come back

16/04/2024: Pietanze abbondanti. Prodotti sani e genuini. Personale accogliente e veloce. Un cameriere in più non guasterebbe,il ragazzo che serviva in sala era super veloce ma aveva troppi tavoli a cui badare... Bravi cmq,altri locali dovrebbero imparare da voi e dalla vostra passione

02/11/2023: This place is a gem. We’ll hidden - thanks god, because otherwise there would be tons of people and it wouldn’t be possible to get in.
Cozy atmosphere with lovely presence of two ladies who created this great little restaurant.
It has 4 tables and that’s it. Over our two visits we tasted practically all items of the menu and were taken to heaven. Especially the pasta was absolutely divine and the best we tasted. Ever.
06/10/2023: La Buccia wordt gerund door een moeder die fantastisch gerechten maakt en een dochter die geweldig goed bediend. Ze hebben een kaart waarbij je een keuze kunt maken uit steeds twee gerechten per gang. Alles biologisch en veel uit de eigen groentetuin. Mijn voorgerecht was overheerlijke capeletti gevuld met ricotta met een overheelijke gorgonzola saus. Hoofdgerechte waren of bijzondere worstes of kip in sinaasappelsaus. Ook heerlijk. Als wijn hadden we de bijzondere sauvignon Animale Celeste ui de wijngaard van Hacienda Barbara, uit het buurdorp Barbara. Een van mij favoriete wijnen en anderen genote van een rode wijn van Guerrieri van welk wijnhuis 3 rode wijnen op de kaart staan . Bij het toetje heb ik mijn vingers opgegeten. Ik schrijf dit review dus met stompjes. Geweldig!
