31/05/2025: I chose this place to celebrate my daughter's communion and I couldn't have made a better choice. A pleasantly refined place in the furnishings, family-run, with truly refined and never banal dishes. I managed to satisfy both those who love the most delicious cuisine and those who prefer tradition in one go. In short... high-level cuisine at a more than fair price! Compliments to Marco, Claudia and a special mention to Alice, very kind and very professional in presenting the dishes.
07/05/2025: I've been there for dinner with friends.
The pizza was good and original. The fried food was a little too cold and scarce.
Good beer and wine.
Speedy service.
Personally, I ate a burger that was a little smaller than normal.
The price of dinner, for what we ate, was not very fair in my opinion. But today, unfortunately, it is common practice everywhere to pay disproportionately compared to what you eat.

29/08/2025: The pizza is super delicious and crispy, typical Italian pizza at a fair price. The pizza base is nice and thin and not super thick, so the topping-to-dough ratio is perfect.
The owner was super friendly; our Italian is so-so, but we were able to speak to him in English.
The ambiance is rather cold and doesn't feel particularly inviting. The color scheme is gray/white, and the lighting is cool white; I prefer warmer tones. The tables, placed side by side, are more reminiscent of a cafeteria.
...but the pizza and service were amazing.
;). I can definitely recommend this place.

05/12/2025: The staff is very professional, friendly, and always smiling. The food is authentic...I highly recommend it.
14/11/2025: The stockfish dishes were good, but the waiters left the food on the table, practically throwing it. If you called them, they wouldn't even listen. The place isn't acoustically clean, so when the room was full, the noise was deafening and didn't allow for conversation.

27/11/2025: The place is small, but Luca, the owner, makes it pleasant with his warm hospitality, making conversation about wine and food pairings very interesting. The food and wines were excellent. The final price was fair for a meal that was appreciated for the quality of the food and the creative way it was served. I'll definitely return next time I visit Jesi.

03/12/2025: Beautiful hotel in the countryside. Breakfast consisted of only pastries and yogurt. But considering the price, it's excellent value. Dinner was satisfying.

01/11/2025: Excellent value for money for the all-inclusive self-service menu. Everything is very fast, well-organized and clean. The only thing is that by the time you sit down to eat, or while you are eating one course, the other food gets cold and there are no microwaves (like you can often find in similar establishments) to warm it up.

20/10/2025: Top location in a beautiful area. Excellent organic wines, delicious food, but in this case I have to remove a star because despite the cold, the dishes didn't come out preheated. The braised pork cheek was good, but not cooked perfectly, and unfortunately they also use flavored preserved truffle (a no-no in a restaurant of this type). All the other dishes were exceptional and made with the utmost care. Impeccable service, good value for money. We'll definitely be back.
04/10/2025: Lunch in September for a wedding. The dishes were anything but predictable. Impeccable service and a tastefully decorated location.
