Wonderful magical place, friendly staff, excellent food.

Good food, especially the cappellacci. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. The location is very suggestive, both because it is located in the town square and for the interior furnishings. Good value for money.

Unexpectedly a little gem in the heart of Sassoferrato, a place with a wide choice of meat and first courses with interesting combinations on the menu. Welcoming environment also frequented by VIPs!

Bartolo da Sassoferrato, not just an illustrious medieval jurist! A new menu freshly "baked" for the autumn season, all dishes that highlight the great versatility of Luca, chef patron of the Taverna da Bartolo where, among others, Bruno Barbieri never fails to stop when he is passing through those set off. Although I was enticed by the new proposals, I opted for one of the musts of Italian cuisine, the "Paccheri Mancini alla vera Carbonara", Luca's famous carbonara, the best I have ever had the opportunity to eat... Followed by a delicious Chianina PGI cheek, stewed in beer and finally sweet and savory pistachio semifreddo, a five-star lunch!! La Taverna da Bartolo is one of the places that I have no hesitation in recommending with my eyes closed... And if you decide to go, also ask what's off the menu. When you have some available, don't miss trying the Polenta with Campanelle (forest mushrooms) or, if you prefer, the homemade tagliatelle with the same sauce. You will not regret it!

Locale molto carino, personale gentile e cordiale, unica nota negativa per le 5 stelle è la troppa attesa in generale. Si aspetta molto sia per il primo che per la carne, il locale non era pieno ma posso capire le difficoltà nella cucina. Le proposte nel menù sono varie e molto interessanti, i primi sono veramente ottimi e le porzioni sono nella norma; ottima anche la carne, tenera e sapore perfetto! Il conto è in linea con ciò che si mangia, da ritornare!
